Someone was murdered at my club two nights ago. Really freaky and awful and now business is slow... sigh. Do you think I should move? Ride it out? Has anything traumatic happened at your club? what happened?

Oh wow, that would kill business for awhile I'd think. I would definitely move on. What happened? just wow.....I'd be totally freaked.

I'd definitely leave. Its hard to believe that there actually was a time when a murder at a club didn't slow business down. But that's Vegas for you.

This happened at my favourite club earlier this year. There was a fight between two customers (they did not know eachother) which was said to be over a girl. The two guys took it outside to the parking lot and one guy got killed.

Yeah. This was right at closing. Two guys were fighting and one guy got in his car and rolled back and forth over the other one's head. Heart breaking, really. The kid who died was celebrating his 21st birthday.

I went back today, and most people seem fine but... I don't know. If feels eerie to be back. I'm shopping around different clubs...

Were you there on the night it happened?

I was not (and thank god) the night the murder happened in my club. Oddly enough it did not really slow things down, but 3 months later the owner decided to close the club

It was Peterborough's only strip club and it had been there for over 40 years!

The bouncers broke up the fight before hand, I think. Then one of the guys looked like they were getting in their car to leave. Before they knew it, he had rolled over the other guy. There's usually a cop outside, too... I wonder where he was?

I'm contemplating moving on. It's not a fantastic club to begin with... it's just comfortable.

i personally would leave asap because i am the squeamish type and i'm also superstitious and afraid of ghosts also i believe in predecessor energy and negative vibes. a guy was murdered at another club in the same town that i work in, freaky! they shut the club down though.
i save my money though in case if something happens that i can't dance for a while.

Oh shit, I just read about this the other day. The kid who got killed was a prolific graffiti artist. I grew up in his city, w/ his work all around me for the past few years. When I read about him dying I was surprised he was so young! He did amazing work. The local graf community is pretty torn up about it.

^^ Yeah! You must live super close to me b/cause I see the YNot tags all over the place. That poor kid. It's really awful.

**Update: I transferred to another club for a week, and we'll see how the money is. If it's good I'll stay, if it's bad... I don't know. Maybe I'll go back even though I'm so freaked out. I just miss the girls there... :-/
