Im going to take a wild guess here but considering all the celebrities that wear their stuff and all the publicity they get from said celebrities they could give a rats ass about you. I hate when places get big and start to not care about the customer. Im sorry, had this been Holly from Girls Next Door Im sure she would have gotten a full refund and replacement asap....

You're exactly right. Those were my thoughts. (PS: Holly is a part of the world's highest paid harem) They makes all sorts of money off whores and housewives in LA, so they don't care about their cash cow - the online business.

Even so, do they not realize how many people they can lose here? not just the huge ass SW community, but then girls spread it by word of mouth to other dancers, other clubs, etc. Pretty soon that number is huge.

^Yeah, I don't remember the exact number, but in my business class we learned that for every bad experience someone has with a business, they go out and tell 17 people(I think-don't have my notes!) So in the long run they really end up shooting themselves in the foot.

'tis true. I've recommended Trashy's website and now won't without the caveat of telling them this example.

I'll just tell them to take the picture to a tailor so they don't likewise get screwed.

Wow I can't believe he said that to you?? Fuck him and his business. That is some of the worst customer service I have heard of ..ever.

So what now they are sending you back the item? Are you getting refunded by your bank? Really take pictures of your measurements, the dress the whole deal. File a complaint. I would really like to see them not get away with treating you like this.

Viola, you can dispute charges up to (I believe 60-90 days) afterwards.

You just tell them that you tried to resolve it at all costs before resorting to reversing the charges.

I've reversed charges on my bank card (with the MC logo) several times with no problems.

Call your bank.

I HAPPEN TO WORK AT THE DOTCOM AND KNOW THIS SITUATION WELL. THIS ITEM WAS RETURNED TO US WITH SOIL STAINS ON THE CROTCH..THIS CUSTOMER IS MAKING ERRONEOUS CLAIMS AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS ONLINE!

THIS LETTER WAS SENT AS A REPLY TO A READER OF THIS FORUM :

As it goes there are 2 sides to a story.
Our side is quite simple. We do not exchange or return items that have been worn.
This is a policy we will not bend on for many reasons. First, public health as you can
imagine is first and foremost.Second, because in this day people are not always truthful.
We have had in the past have had people say they did not wear something and then we find out they
have done a photo shoot in it. You can say they never wore it and only tried it on but while trying
it on they took pictures in it for either kicks or profit.

In response to the customer in question and her take on how and what was said to her I would
disagree. I know that the scenario that had taken place and was skewed in favor of the person making
the complaint. Once she was told that the garment could not be returned, she had lost her temper.
I'll leave it at that. You can read between the picture and her writing for yourself.

We do take pride in our work. For over 35 years we have been designing and manufacturing lingerie,
costumes and clothing and are considered in the business one of the top if not the top brands in our
field. If someone wishes to proceed in their opinion of the truth so be it. I can only proceed in my own
ethics of business and practices. This being said, I would like for you to take a look at the garment in
question and let you decide for yourself. If you wish to add a different look and voice with your opinion
it is up to you. All I can do is let our reputation stand on it own. As I stated before, we've been making
costumes for most feature dancers in the country and around the world for some time now. Having
severed over hundreds of thousands of customers over the years, you try to do your best to make your
customers happy that is not always possible even if you try do your best. Not just dancers and movie and
television personalities, but your everyday bride, girlfriend and wife are all treated the same.

I would've lost my temper too if I'd spent that much money and been treated that way. Sorry hon, but we know Viola and we don't know you, and we've heard plenty of other stories here from people who have been mistreated by your company. Viola's case holds more water than yours. And coming on here to call one of our members a liar while posting all in caps ("shouting") at us damages your case even further.

This could all have been avoided if you were posting accurate sizing information and setting reasonable prices in the first place, and if you had engaged in polite, respectful customer service from the get-go. I hope this is a lesson to you and all the other retailers who treat their customers poorly.

Call back, ask for a supervisor. Tell them that you are a senior member of an online message board for exotic dancers with 49,221 members, many of whom are their customers; that you have posted an account of your problem with them; and that their refusal to help you has already cost them business. (See above.) Offer to post another message saying they have resolved the problem with you if they do the right thing.

I agree. I hope this matter gets resolved with the company ASAP!

Viola and trashy need to take care of this matter without everyone making it any harder for them.

Thanks everyone.
