"Cast Away", I was secretly hoping a shark would eat him and make this movie remotely interesting.

I am such a dork! I LOVED Napoloen Dynamite. I have a warped sense of humor.
Worst movies:
-Stepford Wives (with Nicole Kidman)
-Mary Reilly

I had to watch Napolean Dynamite for a second time (drunk this time) to think it was funny. I got it then.
Cabin Fever I love too, but you really have to watch it in the right frame of mind.
ETA: Anyone ever see The Mist? It was the most horrifyingly unscary movie ever. And it was sooo funny.

I hated Sliding Doors with Gyneth Paltrow (So boring and I hated all of the characters)
The Haunting with Catherine Zeta Jones (never seen a movie with worse acting or a worse script)
This one's going to cause an uproar, but I can't stand Zoolander. Too stupid and I like stupid movies.
My favorite classic Bad movies that are just soo bad they're good: Freddy Got Fingered, Pootie Tang (Sa-da tay!!!) and Delta Force (Chuck Norris!!!)

Two words: Vanilla Sky. I am STILL trying to find out to get the time I spent watching that BS back. As long as I don't have to watch that, I don't care what it is.

I don't watch movies often without making sure they'll be worth my time...but twice I did in the theatre and got screwed: The Crow 2 and The Number 23. Memorably awful.
I like a lot of the picks here! Save the Last Dance ROCKS in my books, as do Beetlejuice and Donnie Darko.

Also Big Fish and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I couldn't get through half of Big Fish, it seriously bored me, and Fear and Loathing I feel had the same issue as Napoleon Dynamite. I figured since it was my pot head friends who recommended them (ND & FATILV) as the best movies ever, and my non-smoking boyfriend and non-smoking self hated them, it must be a stoner thing.
I do not enjoy marijuana in the slightest, and I agree that Fear and Loathing is overrated (though don't let K hear me say that)... but Big Fish is one of the greatest films ever made, in my opinion. It's one of the two films tied for my #1 spot. Maybe you have to be Southern to appreciate it or something?
There are a lot of my favorite movies being panned in this thread, but I had to speak up about this one!

I know but it was so hard to get into, they are fake snakes (99%) and it was boring, even as a joke.
OH got two more they keep playing. SILENT HILL. & PERFUME. Perfume only because it's too predictable. I love watching murder (serial killer movies) but that one was dragging...

^^ I agree with Silent Hill. Though I might have enjoyed a bit more if I had known ahead of time it was supposed to be based on a game. Other wise we were like...why the hell are zombie nurses doing the thriller dance????? Just fucking kill the kid already so we can GO....

Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation
That was a rather slow and dull movie. Nothing like the original, which I quite like to this day.
Though it was nice to see Kelly Carlson naked in it.

Tied for #1
a. Falling Down (I can't described how BORING this damn movie is!)
b. Legends of the Fall (everyone in the whole damn movie is utterly miserable then dies)
2. The Terminal
3. Dr Giggles
4. The Thin Red Line (Freaking depressing)
5. Snatch (I didn't even care enough to try to understand what they were saying, and Brad Pitt needed a hose down)
6. The Texas Chainsaw Masacre (should have been frightening, bored me to sleep)
7. 13 Ghosts

OMG I watched that THREE TIMES trying to understand what the hell they were saying. I had to watch it with subtitles and I still didn't get it! I wanted to so badly though because everyone was raving about it.

+1 for Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
I watched it while smoking weed, and it was fucking horrible. In fact, I felt really sad, and almost kind of scared, and I had NO sympathy for the main characters at all. If I was there, and it was real, and I had a gun, I'd keep it trained straight on them.

Chuck and Larry
Horrible movie...
I couldn't stand Along Came a Spider. Love Morgan Freeman, but not in this piece of crap. Also have to agree with Catwoman and GLITTER! I was forced to watch that movie by a girl I was trying to get with... thank goodness I finally did.

Kull the Conqueror
Alright, let's see if I can come up with a few more:
+1 for Spice World. Ugh.
The Science of Sleep.
The Invasion (remake)
Casino Royale. Don't ever get me started on this movie.
I'm sure there are a ton of others...I'll have to think on it.

A few of your picks I understand, but I have to defend 'Falling Down'. It is about the deconstruction of a human soul. I totally got it and it scared me. I feel that way sometimes in LA traffic...especially when I have to pee.

Really, Corey, you liked Black Snake Moan? I was wondering if anyone actually liked that movie. I'm curious what you liked about it besides the soundtrack?
I love Memphis film and I love Craig Brewer, and I wanted to love this movie. But I just couldn't find anything at all to like about it, other than the seriously awesome soundtrack. I hated the script, I thought the acting was terrible (especially Justin Timberlake), I thought the story was insulting and the characters were the worst kind of stock stereotypes... Craig is a genius filmmaker, I don't know what he was thinking when he wrote this. Please explain the good parts to me because I wonder if maybe I just missed something.

Yup I was thinking of this one too. Also hated "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." Jeez I know I'm forgetting a bunch.
I gotta stick up for Zoolander, Mars Attacks and American Beauty (what a combo, huh?) but I can tolerate others of my faves getting panned.

Holy batman! Doc that some list - I did like Team America, tho it does retread a lot of South Park schtik!!!
For me: anything with Richard Gere ( CHicago, Mr T and His Women etc) will prolly suck but 2 of his movies have a special place in my heart as all-time rubbish
Internal Affairs and Intersection - absolute dreck...

Sand, because Venom sucked. They should have either gone with Venom or stuck with Sandman. The movie was terrible compared to Spiderman 2.
Just like batman, next time there will be THREE villians to fight. Then the next one will be FOUR with Arnold!
And there will be so much fightin and explosions we won't even know why they are fighting and exploding stuff!

I would nominate these two movies:
1.) Bloodrayne
Laughable acting, bad fight scenes, unintentionally funny blood squirting, bad script
2.) My Own Private Idaho
At the end of the movie, I said, "Huh?" I could not make heads or tails out of this movie.
