I consider my "favorite crappy movies" movies that I would watch whenever..from any part of the movie on.
-Dancing at the Blue Iguana
-Dirty Love
-Peewee's Big Adventure (I know..pretty bad!)

Dancing at the Blue Iguana

If it had Jeniffer Tilly's boobs in it, it can't go wrong.

I rented that movie for my birthday party in 8th grade. We turned it off when it came to a sex scene. Glad my parents didn't see that!

I'm thinking I'll have to rent it again so I can know what happens:D

Robot Monster never fails to amaze me, but Gator Bait II is a close runner-up...

Zardoz will reduce you to weirded-out tears of laughter, especially if you toke beforehand. Scarily, if you know Jungian archetypes and Robert Bly-type gender theory, you'll actually get the film....Scary.

"But I'm a Cheerleader" is absolute comedic genius. It is so NOT a crappy movie. That's my story and I'm sticking to it:)!

Crappy movies that I actually enjoy?

*Superman returns. Not sure why I like this one. It's like I'm compelled to watch Kevin Spacey in a role that is so beneath his talent. Oh, yeah, and where is the motive for good ol' Lex in this flick? Meh, I watch it anyway.
*Footloose. Well, at least it has Kevin Bacon...
*Dante's Peak. Cheesey, predicable, not nearly enough death and carnage. I love this one!

I just remembered a couple more, Big Trouble in Little China! "Look for the Chinese girl with the Green eyes!"

And Golden Child with Eddie Murphy... classic!

Forbidden Zone.

Paige, I know this movie!

you mean the one with the song that goes "Pico and Se-PUL-veda", right?

It's kind of an independent cult classic, though, isn't it? Not really a crappy movie....It's been many years since I've seen it, tho...

I love a lot of extraordinarily cheesy movies: True Lies, Two Moon Junction, Legally Blonde, Soul Man, Stripped to Kill, Center Stage, many more that are too shameful to post....I haven't seen that dance movie with Julia Stiles, but I am sure that it will go on the list as soon as I do. You get the idea.

Just last night I was utterly riveted by that movie where the HS cheerleader gets pregnant so they decide to pull off a bank heist. Brilliant. Just brilliant.

For some reason I can't explain, I find anything with Steven Seagal to be utterly comical, and yet I'm riveted to the film until it's over. It's like I need to immerse myself fully in the badness of the film in order to truly experience it.

That's what the USA Network does to you...

I'm having a hard time choosing between Krull and Showgirls... I think I'm going to have to go with Showgirls.

^^^ Sugar and Spice!!!

Thank you! So awful and yet so hilarious. But, omg, who the hell was that actress who was narrating the story? And what else has she been in? Does anybody know? it was driving me crazy last night...

And yes, CO, i believe it was on USA!!! :P
