Yeah, but they arent going to stop coming because "they arent buying dances".
::)
but they SHOULD. i didnt say they WON'T be there if they arent buying dances. i said they SHOULDNT. so who cares if girls are rude to them? theyre being rude by coming for the free show.
i must really be missing something because i have never met a dancer who would roll her eyes at another dancer saying guys who dont buy dances have no place in the club.

Well there are some guys who come into the clubs who don't like getting dances, but tip lavishly and/or pay girls to sit with them. Some of them are big spenders, too. My best tipping customer used to tip me 300 fucking dollars to play some Kid Rock now and then, I kid you not.
Oops, pun not intended.
Anyway, I played the Kid Rock alright, lol.
He never, ever got a dance, nor did any of his friends who tipped everyone in the club not-quite-so lavishly.
I can see this from several views. Trust me, I have seen so many fucking guys acting like swine, hearing about them being ripped a new asshole--as they of course deserve--is pleasant and sometimes funny as hell, too.
I think the dancers should be able to put the cretins in their place now and then, it's a healthy reaction.
OTOH, it is far better to laugh off a fat smelly fuck attempting to relive his jr. high studboy fantasies, than it is to let him ruin your night.

even though sometimes it's not worth it i do like to say stuff and i dont give a shit whos money it affects....mine or otherwise.
once i met a loud cantankerous SOB who didn't reject me - in fact it was the opposite - he thought that just because he had $200 that i was "his" for the rest of the evening. he kept grabbing the back of my neck and forcing me forward. i brushed him off several times and he kept doing it. i could have said any number of things to this dude to put him in his place, but i just wanted to walk away and talk to a group of guys who just walked in and sat at the stage (we dont frown on sitting with guys at the stage while girls are up). they were my age, who were smokin hot and the kind of dudes i'd chat up in a REAL bar. so politely excused myself to the bar (as polite as muttering "i need a drink" and getting up without another word can be considered) and after taht i didnt even give him the time of day, it was like he was invisible. he was like "I GOT MONEY AND THIS GIRL IS SITTIN WITH THAT CHUMP RAH RAH RAH" and stood by the stage with his friends, waving money at me and hollering and eventually left in a tizzy.
i totally got sympathy dances from those guys - not much, but they were like ew, that dude is creepy....you probably put up with a lot of shit at your job. and i was like yeah but then sometimes i get to dance for real hotties like you - bingo.
..... anyway the point is i tried to be cool with that creep and just walk away and give him a chance to spend his money elsewhere in the club, and it didn't work. he kept being a tool. so dont hold back. they certainly dont with us....
and i think the world will be a much better place with you letting it know what you think of it. you know how somewhere, a butterfly flaps its wings and causes a hurricane in florida, somewhere, violastrings putting the verbal smax-down on some balding twerp that desperately deserves it averts a hurricane in bangladesh and saves millions of lives.

I agree...maybe the thought should be changed to "if you arentSPENDING on the DANCERS you shoudlnt be there"since some of ,my highest paying custies never get a dance. Just pay me to sit with them, anf pay the dj,manager, etc to keep me off any stage rotation
But TELLING the guy off...not LAUGHING him off is what wont ruin my night. But then again...I"m a bitch so not every girl is the same

Ok Britt. Lets leave it at that. Apparently its hard to get a point across to you.

Yet again, exactly my point. Thanks Djoser. ;)

you didnt say what djoser did. so dont say that was your point. if it was, you didn't say it. you said that theyre getting a free show, same as i did, and that you can't stop it. nowhere did you say they could be spending on the girls still, though not buying dances. because obviously, that is a different story.

Hence why my post was edited. I dont think I have to explain myself anymore. LOL

then that's a different story and we obviously agree. but the original post you made didnt go along with djoser's. so don't act like i'm just missing your point.

Ok, one last time because this is going around in circles.
"Buying dances" was the main point we were talking about. Obviously guys will come to SC's for a variety of reasons (lapdances arent always one of them)
I would *hope* that you would know that if they arent buying dances, they atleast better be tipping. (and that I would feel the same way) I didnt think I had to spell it out for ya, but since Djoser did then its fine.
Maybe I'm the one who should have "explained" it b-e-t-t-er but being that you are a dancer I didnt think it had to be that obvious. This is why I edited my post.
So to recap:
Guys come to clubs
Lapdances arent always one of them.
They need to spend money on the girls

Hahahaha I did that last night at work.
There were these two young cocky cheap guys that came in. I was very friendly and offered them shots, but they shot me down in a flippant, sarcastic way, pretty much making fun of me. So a few mins later when I went back around and tried to offer a 2nd round of shots to a customer sitting next to the 2 young cocky bucks(this was a guy who'd bought a shot from me earlier), the customer politely declined and I assured him, "Don't worry, it's probably a blessing in disguise that you don't want one, since giving you the shot would mean having to hang near the two douchebags sitting to your left." Hahahahaha the customer laughed a little with me, and turned to stare at the 2 cocky young bucks in a really obvious way that showed I'd been gossiping about them! It was so funny!
Later on, I was sitting near the 2 cocky young bucks again as I drank some champagne next to another dancer. The dancer confirmed for me that the young guys weren't tipping and they were being snotty. So I started making fun of them in my drunken, rude way. The one guy said, "Thanks for being so rude!" and I responded, "Well, Philly WAS rated the #1 least friendliest city in the US, and I'm a proud contributor to it!" But the guy's friend was actually the jerkier of the two, and I announced this realization to them both.
A few short minutes later, the guys got up and left. As they left, they said to me, "Fuck you, you ruined it for all the other girls. We have soooo much money and now we're leaving and we're not gonna spend it on them." Now I read on SW before about how the guys who announce how much money they have(while not spending a dime) are usually all talk...can't fool me! So I responded, "Well I have a really tight vagina, and by you guys being cocky, you're missing out on that. Ha!" I mostly said this to humor my coworkers, since I'm the self-designated Class Clown of my club hahaha.
I've pulled this shit more than a few times, but I don't care! Why should I degrade myself to kissing up to customers that are mean, belittling, and don't pay me(or hardly anyone else) a dime? A customer is not truly a "customer" unless he spends something.
