Paige are you ok?
Your meals sound awfully small.
I hope you are eating healthier portions for the rest of the day

I made a warm spinach and shrimp salad.
I saute'd a bit of sweet yellow onion with some garlic, mushrooms and brocolli till the onions were softened and a little caramelized. then i added more olive oil and some chopped shrimp with a big bunch of fresh baby spinach, fresh grated ginger and a bit of soy sauce, till the shrimp was done and the spinach was wilted.
delecious!!!!
That sounds divine!
Tonight is leftover Chinese for me.

Paige, I take it you're on a detox regimen? Just be careful to eat enough through the day at other times- you don't want to lose muscle or slow your metabolic rate down, though I don't think there's anything wrong with a very short detox or trying to eat light at night. Your dinners do sound short on protein, though- white fish might be a good idea, if you're trying not to overdo the calories.
I don't know about my own dinner yet, perhaps a turkey, salad and ricotta wholemeal roll if I feel like that. That's what I'm bringing with me tonight to munch on after my gym workout, anyway, though I'll take it back home for another time if I don't end up wanting it. Lunch was sushi with raw salmon, avocado and seaweed. And a few caramel lollies.
I'm having a couple of bananas and some chicken soup with rice.

I just had some southern-style black-eyed peas (I let the peas soak overnight for extra vitamins) and a small piece of zucchini bread from Portland's new Sweetpea Bakery.
I will probably make some Mac and Chreese (http://www.chreese.com/) with peas for tomorrow and end up eating some tonight.
My final dinner will be steamed collard greens or rainbow chard with sesame seeds on top.

I made chicken tortilla soup from a "Ready to Go" package from the grocery store. But I'm out of olive oil so I had to use fake butter. Its great, and not too fattening actually. However, I will prob. end up eating 3 servings, lol!
The same thing I had last night. 2 bananas and some chicken soup with rice. Soymilk for dessert. :P

I'm broke, but I have this gift certificate for Bellagio's Pizza I could use. My landlord gave it to me as an apology for my water heater leaking shit all over my kitchen, living room and bedroom
If I get a big enough pizza I can prolly eat for the rest of the week... Provided I don't scarf it all down tonight. Cross your fingers for me!

Well, I suppose that is better than nothing. I hope you're doing ok there, Miss Paige, because I don't think I could survive on what you're eating.
And I had to change my whole dinner plan around now that I found my sweet potatoes are moldy. I bought them last week. Dude, wtf?
Eh it was a whole bowl of salad. Thats a lot.

No I'm not.
Some sort of special diet, then? Or just looking for quick weight loss?
Sorry for all the questions, it's just that your dinners are unusually light and it's gotten me curious. Feel free to tell me that you'd rather not say if, indeed, you'd rather not.

So I tweaked my dinner to: london broil, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, Pillsbury breadsticks, and a gigantic salad with raspberry vinegarette dressing.
that sounds yummier than your first one!

I guess that could come in handy if you're looking to drop a few, it'd be rather distressing if you're not though.
Tonight, while on the run, I had some seaweed sushi and some bread, plus the usual few caramel lollies for afters. Nothing very impressive, and nowhere near enough protein. Meh.

Really.... I could use some of whatever that is, I like food too much! LoL. Seriously though, if you don't mind me asking what are you taking? (if I'm being too intrusive, just overlook this post and I apologise)
Well I'm feeling MUCH better today so I finally cooked! We have a huge, gorgeous new Whole Foods here in Oakland so I went on a $300 kitchen/pantry shopping spree. Tonight I made salmon linguini for me and the roomie. I baked 2 salmon steaks w/a lil lime juice, paprika, sea salt & crushed pepper, sauteed portobellos/onions and tomatoes in some olive oil, my roasted red pepper alfredo sauce came out of a jar but that's ok, boiled the linguini and threw it all together! Paired with a wonderful Pinot Grigio, I'm back in business! ;)

Veggie biryani today. It was good, it had carrots, parsnips, onion, garlic, cauliflower, and green beans cooked with brown basmati rice in tomato-veggie broth with a ton of garam masala. I don't cook Indian food very often but this was good... too bad I ate too much of it and now I don't feel good.
