Crispy crust with extra sauce, green peppers, onions, garlic and chicken.
If forgot to add bacon.
Everything's better with bacon. If you want to make something more delicious... just add bacon.

This also sounds awesome. But almost like it wouldn't mix with tomato sauce.
I never realized ziti pizza was a NJ thing. I'm glad I live in Jersey. -giggle-
It's a white pizza with a blend of cheeses, the pear, gorgonzola, walnuts, and a tiny bit of red onion. Sounds weird but its amazing.;D

I prefer pizza I make myself to any other pizza in FL. So, my perfect pizza is like this:
-Homemade crust (with, eek, white flour. I like whole wheat, but not in pizza.)
-A blend of olive oil, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, sea salt & black pepper
-Sliced tomato
-Mozzarella
-Spinach
-Sausage
-Parmesan cheese
...I made this exact pizza last week and ate a ton of it and I was happy.

Ever heard this saying? "Sex is like pizza. Even when the pizza isn't very good... hey, you still got some pizza!" :D

The one that I order near my job has fried eggplant on it, broccoli, onions, & green peppers. It's always fresh & crispy, & the cheese is not greasy....Grade A shit. So fucking good.

You guys suck. I tried to fight the craving. I REALLY tried. And you' d think it wouldnt be bad since I had pizza bagel bites after work on Tues...and I cant remember the last time I allowed myself to have them(Somehow they are SO much yummier at 4:30 in the morning. I ate NINE of them..not really sure how I didnt throw up after that many!)
I tried to eat a little piece of frozen pizza...but it just isnt the same as fresh, gooey, meltyness. So I'm ordering pizza tonight for dinner. Theres a really good(though sadly topping limited so my side will be plain cheese) coal fired pizza place that just opened up down the street. YUM!

^^^You guys have way better pizza on the east coast of FL than we have on the west coast. I am very jealous of that.

You think BBQ chicken pizza is good? Then try BUFFALO WING or CHICKEN FINGER pizza. The place near me will put buffalo wing sauce, big chunks of chicken, blue cheese and celery on it. OMFGZ.
Oral orgasm.

When I make Buffalo Chicken pizza at home I take a couple of chicken breast and broil them. Once that are cooked, I run them through the food processer so they are basically shredded and then toss the shredded chicken in 1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot. No Tomato sauce on the dough just cheese, and then the chicken on top. When it comes out of the oven a swirl of blue cheese dressing around the whole pie mmmm mmm Mmm

I ordered Hammy's today. I couldn't fight the craving either. Damn this thread! I got a personal pie with a fuckton of extra sauce (still, they never put enough on it, noplace does), topped with spinach, basil, artichoke hearts, fresh mushrooms (NOT canned), and whole roasted garlic cloves.
Should've sprung for some pine nuts on it too... ah well, next time!

Pine nuts are awesome on anything.
I went to Pizza Schmizza and had their Green Chicken - pesto chicken, artichoke hearts, tomato, and feta cheese (on top of the normal pizza cheese). Yum.
I have a feeling I'm going to be eating way more pizza as long as this thread is active.

What's worse is I'm back in my hometown to visit, and easily within delivery distance from both of my pizza places.

i submit to the pizza thread!
I fought it for days
I am weak
I have a large cheese pizza waiting for me to put back in the oven.
I got it while i was out so i wouldn't have to leave the house again and i'll just reheat on the pizza stone
I am usually an adventurous eater and i do enjoy Hawaiian pizza and chicken bbq pizza and especially chicken Hawaiian pizza
BUT
Latley i just want plain cheese :)

I've had a hard time finding good pizza in NJ anymore. I hate the greasy swill they try to pass off on college students here. Bleh. Maybe I need to go to Brooklyn?
I do like Bertucci's though. Mmmm margherita.

I'm a pizza purist ... and since I moved away from NYC / North Jersey it's now impossible to find a truly top-notch pizza. So I wind up making my own. I make my own pizza dough from scratch. I use my own sauce which was made from my own garden tomatoes (I canned a huge batch last fall). I also use (frozen) peppers from my garden. I get fresh sausage and/or pepperoni from a local meat processor / butcher shop. Throw in some mushrooms and some string mozarella, and voila. Total cost for a large pizza ... under $4 !

RL, there are still some decent places down there, but well off-campus. I'll see if I can dig up some names for ya. :)

I'm pretty simple to please when it comes to pizza - thin crust, cheesy and meaty.
If it has to be frozen pizza in a pinch, I <3 the California Pizza Kitchen Thin-Crust Sicilian.
