^ Wow, I love the free meal to the top earner one! Johnny, I think that would be a great idea. Also, I'd like to say that it's refreshing to see an owner who actually cares about what the dancers think. I'm going to check out Casa Diablo tomorrow and discuss further!

Yea }:D, Sun Child! What time are you going to be here?

Yeah, I'm pretty excited about it except that I'm veggie and there's only like 2 things on our menu I can eat. Maybe I need to head down to Portland to try out this new club! Hey Johnny Diablo, wanna give me a free meal?

Off-topic, cause this isn't a promo, but I really like the thing my club just started doing. The top earner gets a free meal at the club (that was me last night!)

Also they put stars next to your name on the dance roster whenever they see you do something good for the club, everything from having a customer buy you a drink to smiling while you're hustling. Whoever has the most stars at the end of the night gets their house fee waived.

As far as promos go, my club does birthday dances where the guy sits on a chair on stage and all of the girls give him a brief dance. The d.j encourages other customers to tip and then whichever dancers participate in the bday dance split the money that's thrown on stage. Its usually pretty good money.

Lovely! At Casa Diablo all the dancers eat FREE! Yes, that is right. You heard it here. FREE FREE FREE! Gratis! You pay nada, zilch, nunca hamas.

We will put a Pitch Fork by their name for being naughty little angels! }:D

As in the previous post. Free meals to all dancers (not including alcohol of course). Delicious, yummy Vegan meals ... Yea! }:D

All you vegan and vegetarian dancers, what are you waiting for? Come to Casa Diablo. Remember, 10% of all profits at Casa Diablo goes to animal charity!

Does it get any better than this?

I like this too, because you'll probably get $40, plus for the "I'm waiting for the 2fer" guys, the girls can explain to them that it's better to go now because the songs are longer and they can get their first choice girl.

my club recently started a promo for handing out passes.

-You get $1 for every one returned (everyone, not just dancers, can do this)
-whoever gets the most in the month gets an extra $100
-and who ever goes out on the most club sponsored promos (mostly handing out passes at games and concerts) in the month gets $100, plus the house fee waived that day

exactly, most guys will just tip you the 10, but they still feel like they got a deal, everyone's happy :)

I love that pass idea, and the prizes! It's so smart to do, and it really does help, and since employees/dancers get paid for it, they'll actually do it, and feel good about it.

Do you have an idea of how many dancers are working, and what the schedule will be? Beyond the opening this friday of course.... Just wanted to get my hours straight so i know when to plan my modeling gigs...

I also agree with having incentives for the dancers to sell sell sell!

Have monthly dancer meetings where you announce the 'dancer of the month' based upon not just earnings a few other criteria... and as a reward DO NOT GIVE HER A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE (currently what the club I work within and its sister club does ... since I do not drink it is wasted.. and will sit in storage with all the other bottles of champagne I have been given)... give her something she can use like no or reduced house fees or actual ca$h ;D

vee, our clubs DO give out FREE HOUSE FEES! you just have to get your customer to buy a bottle of certain champagnes, and your next night is free. but i guess if you dont drink at all, it might be hard to convince them to spend up.

im sure if you won dancer of the month you could sell the wine-that would close to equal your door fee? the bottle i won retailed at $90.

think outside the square :)

Hi NeedToDance. PM me your current schedule with which nights you are definitely able to work at Casa Diablo and which nights you definitely can not work at Casa Diablo. Tell me which time slots you prefer. All dancers that are planning on working here please PM me your schedule also. The sooner the better. Thanks.

What I think a Satan Shot would be:

1/3 Tequila
1/3 Contreau
1/3 White Sambuca
splash of tobasco

Think really hot licorice with something like 60% alcohol. Hahahahahaha.

YES YES YES!! I love it when the club treats dancers like a sales team instead of random, house-fees paying zombie sluts.

My club charges $1500 for a VIP membership that entitles the customer to sit in the VIP for a year. I've sold a few, and could probably sell more, but since my commission off this is exactly $0, I haven't bothered.

Any successful dancer is already a selling machine. If clubs would understand that and work cooperatively with us, instead of trying to rip off the money WE make, what a wonderful world it would be.

I'm really hoping this club is everything you say it will be, Johnny Diablo. I would love to see a club that respects it dancers blow the competition out of the water.

Oh it is, my dear. And we will blow the doors off of them. I just heard our radio ad that is coming out tomorrow that will be played on the number one sports channel and the most listened to rock station by men with money. It sounds devilishly delicious! }:D Everyone in Portland tune into KGON and KFAN tomorrow evening. I'll find out the exact time slots later.

umm.. just curious how you know this? the most listened to rock station by men with money part..

He probably means the age bracket of men who are typically in their financial prime (ie. 70s and 80s rock)

Yekhefah
01-29-2008, 12:22 PM
Yup. radio stations know their demographics. It's how they sell advertising. A lot of people make a very good living by determining who listens to what station and when.

I wish I lived in Portland :(

I'm really excited to see how this club will do. Maybe it will set a new standard of caring about the dancers. Happy dancers=happy customers.

Demographics. Each advertising company whether its radio or tv or magazine or whatever has piles of data on their market so advertisers can target their market. Our market is men with money so I picked the station that will supply what we want. Other stations like KINK have a higher ratio of female listeners. That's not our market so we go put our money where we get the most advertising bang for the buck.

i just do not understand how they know that men with MONEY listen to their station.

Katrine

More of your favorite, Wiki:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics

Demographics include profession, income, etc.
If this station's largest listernership is males between 30-50, making $50-200K income per year...its a reasonably good place to advertise. That's why all of our local titty bars advertise on the classic rock/sportsradio station.

i just do not understand how they know that men with MONEY listen to their station.

It's all in the research. Just like they know that the listeners of a certain station will be more likely to buy expensive sneakers or eat at certain restaurants. The listeners of classic rock are demographically men, in their 30's to 50's and in professions with a certain amount of disposable income. These are also the men likely to frequent strip clubs..and be WORTH targeting.

I used to work for a radio company(they owned several stations)...we took ALL the research into consideration when we decided what ads to run on what station.

Computers and Credit Cards. We are being tracked while you are awake, while you are a sleep and most importantly ... while you are having sex!

this won't work at cheerleaders, it doesn't attract that type of clientele :(

i bet you the good 'stuff' is gathering dust at cheerleaders. it would work at hollywood because people don't want to be seen as cheap there, as such. whereas they know they can get away with being cheap at cheerleaders *sigh*

could i sell the wine back to the club for free house fees?

How do you feel about travelling dancers? If I came out for a week or so to work sometime, would that be cool? Or is it house dancers only? Cause I would love to come and check this club out.

We allow traveling dancers but the number of dancers per shift will be capped to insure that dancers income levels are not diluted, so you need to pre arrange first. PM your travel plans. Thanks.
