No shit!? Damn, maybe Ill move to Australia!

NM, I took the online immigration assessment test and I dont qualify for a Visa. Thats odd since both B and I are in "needed careers" in Aus.

Hmm, that's weird. I know immigration reccomended I become a hair stylist, baker or labourer since those are very needed careers... but I'm also 21 and wanting to go t uni. I think age has a factor as well as future determination. Or whatever. They can be confusing.

Aussie immigration is strange. I still find it quite surprising that they let a black anarcho-punk girl in so easilly, and the guy she married without even an interview. It doesnt make sense!

I am schocked I've been on a bridging visa for almost 8 months. At 12 months, I'm legally allowed to get residency without my visa being accepted. So if I just wait it out, I can just totally get citizenship without being interviewed (again).

Maybe its because my husband is 40 (it asked about being married and about him) but whats funny is his career is on the list of needed skilled careers also - Medical Administrator.... who knows? I just did an online app thing - I guess if I really wanted to go Id have to go through red tape.

Whats funny is to work in a salon you only have to go to school for 10 weeks in Aus! Holy shit! You should do it just cause....

I was thinking about it... but then I'd have to promise I did it for at least two years and show proof. Blah. For something I'm not sure about?

I'd sure as hell do it if I HAD to, but right now my migration is looking pretty secure.
