View Full Version : Your Happy Weight
I'm pretty tiny. I'm 93 right now, but when I'm more toned up and not binging on junk food because of stress I drop down to about 90/89 ish. I don't mind my weight but I'm so bloated at 93 and it's not muscle or anything right now. Fuck finals. :(

147.6???
I would shit bricks if I ever went over 140. I'm happiest at 115-120. I'm 5'9" with medium bone structure.

I like how clothes look when Im skinny 110ish at 5'7" but naked that looks a bit ewww cause Im bony. But 116 Id feel perfect but it hard for me to get there without going below. If Im reasonably healthy and work out I sit around 118. At 125lbs I feel fat. My heaviest I was 145lbs and I was actually really happy at the time in life so I didn't notice I was fat. I went through a break up and lost the weight and then never went back because I was repulsed by old photos.

i'm exactly your stats Jessie. At 5'7" I liked being 110 but my face looks older then and my butt is nicer at 114-117. 118 is where my weight falls naturally.
The heaviest I've ever been was 130 and I felt huuuuuuge. It all went to my gut and arms. yuck.
People told me I looked good at 122-125 but it still felt big. I've got really small bones though, take after my mom.

Yeah, I think this calculator is alll screwed up.
No one seems to be happy with what the results are!
I know no fucking way would I be happy at 151!! That's right around 7 months pregnant for me! lol
I'm 5'8, medium framed and am happy at around 120.
At 122 now, so 2 more pounds.
Here's the ideal weight calculator:
and right now, I'm at my "ideal" weight.
That seems a little more accurate..at least for me! lol

I was the happiest between 167-174. My curves in their place, flat tummy, and rock hard muscles.

According to the website- my "ideal range" (which is really only the "healthy" range) is 98-132. My "happy" weight is 108.6.
In real life- I'm 5'1". I'm a tiny little bitch, like, my bone structure is practically that of a teenage Filipino girl but with wider hips. The only problem is that, for some weird reason, my true shape isn't visible unless I weigh (what seems to others) an almost sick weight. My smallest after puberty was 92lbs when I was anorexic/bulimic. My biggest weight was nearly 160lbs and I looked practically obese. At 130lbs I feel like an absolute fatty. I can be satisfied (not happy, but comfortable enough to not berate myself) at 115lbs. I'm at my happiest when I weigh about 100lbs, which other dancers and most men think looks good, but "normal women" say I look sick or strung out. I could see my "happy weight" as 108, but only if that extra 8lbs was more muscle added to the little shit brick-house of lean sinew I was at 100.

I'm at 117 right now. (6llbs of it are my tits) I'm tired of the FPA telling me that I'll look like "tits on a stick" if I lose weight. Not everyone wants to be a huge fucking porker!!!! My happy weight is around 105-110. Still working on it!!!! :D

Mine was 116lb. That's actually close to what my happy weight is, which to me is 115lb. I'm 5'1 with a medium frame. Any less than that and I would look yucky. I look OK at 122lb, but my mid-section needs to go.

I weigh 138 and my happy weight is 124 apparently!I must be VERY happy right now, then!
Lol I want to lose about 5lb. I will be happy then, I suppose if I get a bit more miserable I could possibly reach 124.

That calculator is freaking insane.
It told me I should weigh 146.1 lbs, at 5'11. I'd feel morbidly obese at that weight.
I weigh 122 lbs last time I checked. I'd like to weigh even less, because the less I weigh, the less back pain I have.

Wow my happy weight is 128.5 that's crazy. Right now I'm about 124 and I still have a bit of lower belly fat. The only way I could weigh 128 is if I binged on junk food every single day and didn't lift a finger. When I workout and eat healthy I'm 118. I'm 5'6 my stomach is basically flat at that weight too. I think these calculators don't work well for people with a small frame or who store fat in their belly.

It said 123 is my happy weight, And that's about right. But also, I have a very curvy hourglass frame... probably medium. 123 would be too much if I didn't have that body shape.

>:-(
That calculator just made me feel SAD!!! They ask how many kids you have... yet doesn't bother thinking how busy a NEW mom can be. Sometimes with my 7 year old and 9 month old, I end up eating what THEY'RE eating (fast food, junk, etc.) just so I can get through the day. I'm now 150 after my baby, which I am still trying to lose...
I've been up and down their HAPPY scale... And I guess I'm supposed to weight 107.5lbs??? Well, I weighed that a few years back WHILE I PARTIED AND DID COKE!!! So I assume I have to be a coke head party animal to be happy?? I THINK NOT!!!

I'm 5'5" and small boned; it put me at 126.4, which is about where I am now, but I still have a little bit of chub here and there that I don't care for. I prefer to be very tight and lean and feel and look better around 115-120. I lift weights and am very muscular so at that weight I have defined abs and great muscle tone. Anything less and I actually start getting sick a lot and look really boney. I've ranged from 98 when I was eating disordered to 141 during a bad depressive period but for most of my life have been 115-120 and more like 120-125 as I've hit my 30s but I'm not using age as an excuse to let my weight creep up. My money increased dramatically once I got out of the aforementioned depressive episode and got my weight down to where it is now, and as I've been getting thinner it keeps increasing. I don't think that calculator is really intended for women who make a living dancing with their clothes off, lol.
