Wouldn't it be ironic if this thread lived on forever? :D

Wouldn't it be ironic if this thread lived on forever? :DThat's the goal ;) Or to at least out-live the random thread.

Heh, I always used to think of myself as a thread-killa...then it's been shown that I haven't killed a thread in a long time. So that's alright, I s'pose...and at least I know I'm not alone. ;D

Well I have been here for almost 6 years compared to your 1 ;) I remember being the last poster on threads many times, often going back to see if anyone had responded to something I'd said only to see that no one ever did.

And I remember several times being the last poster in some heated threads that got locked, and I always felt like the bad girl in those :D

Getting threads locked is a whole different issue. }:D

As for your comment that the thought of me being more assertive is scary: why is someone (a chic) who simply says what she thinks "scary"?

I was not trying to imply that you or any other of the Ladies here is scary, I was trying to use hyperbole to be funny. Looks like I miss the mark which is not surprising. Sigh, written humor, so tough for me to get right.

It's because women menstruate, Bridgette. All that bleeding from the crotch we do is wildly intimidating to guys; we have to tone down the rest of the behaviour so they don't just run away at the sight of us.

Now you can see that I've never worried about being a threadkiller. I'll just throw menstruation in with total impunity.

Well, I grew up on a farm so a little blood does not intimate me. I know life is messy. Damn messy but I think that messiness also makes life wonderful.

What about the 'Instant Death' threads. A kind of thread suicide. You start a thread and spend a lot of time creating an essay about something you think is funny or intriguing or important, and no one responds.

Should these count? I think not...

LOL, I do have many of those. ;D Threads I start that no one seem interested in. Yet another type of Thread Death.

I wonder if people are hinting that I am boring on those threads. ;D

HockeyBobby...

So far

High_Heel_lover, SundayMorning, Chrissy68, VegasPrincess, HockeyBobby, and Djoser have taken part in the thread. Even with the high % of killers in the crowd the Thread continues to cling to life;D

We also have many self professed Thread Killers posting in it so this Thread is DOOOOMMMMMMEEDDDDD!!!!! ;D

I set the forum to only show me the threads in the past month. I then went through with a pen and paper and wrote down who was the last to post in each thread. The thread had to be inactive for 3 days to be considered and I had to see a name more then 3 times to be included. Im sure I missed some, but it was only for fun..... Can you tell how slow we are at work?

How many have i killed.

pookie

i wonder who will actually kill this thread

hockeybobby

I think all the natural born thread killers are drawn to this thread, like moths to a flame. They all subconciously are driven to kill it, but they keep cancelling each other out.

It's degenerated into an orgy of senseless, mindless attempted kills now.}:D

I've posted a few times in the Random thread since we sort of mused about us threadkillers possibly having the mojo to actually kill the King of all Threads. Every time I've posted though, it's been like a fart in a windstorm. My post is immediately buried by 10 more posts by other members.
I have no threadkill cred apparently./:O
