Well I was premature... the thread saw the light in the tunnel and was looking at threads which had passed on before it.... but something or someone called it back... Come back little thread - now is not your time.

AnD so the thread lives on!!

Encores?

Maybe we shoud keep going until hockeybobby feels like German theater director Leni Riefenstahl...

"The applause was so loud and insistent that I had to respond with several encores. I was numb with happiness, when it was over, I knew that this alone must be my life and my world."

I nominate hb for 2008 Threadmeister Of The Year!

Please, no bumps. We are all above needlessly padding our postcounts here at Stripperweb. ;D

I thought I had done a rare suicide thread kill the other day with my little "Roll up the Rim" thread. It languished for a long time before finally another Canuck took pity on me and posted. If I hadn't got a single response, I'm not sure if I would have been ashamed, or doing a little happy threadkilla dance.:)

Bob is on my tail at all times!
You almost say that like it's a bad thing!

Stella's tail is lovely. I can understand anyone wanting to be on it as often as possible.
My thinking exactly.

It's what we Canucks do hb. That and the Soulja Boy dance. http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u282/BobLoblaw61191946/soulja2.gif

Ah well, see I was running an experiment...

If I recall correctly, the minimum required number of characters in a reply is 5 (five). It so happens that "/bump" is precisely 5 characters.

And on that educational note, I suggest we all just let this thread die a well deserved death (and let me WIN, a +1 thread killer status point).

While killing the "thread killer" thread would be a feather in anyone's cap, killing the "random thread" would be epic. Songs of glory would have to be written.

Or it could be that you make such good comments that everyone no longer feels that they have anything to add!

I agree with Clara

hb should have the honor of the last post. Can a moderator lock the thread from posts after the final hb post?

Joe - if it were locked - it would not have died - just cryopreserved until that day in the future when some as yet unborn moderator thaws it and the thread breathes life yet again!!! bwahahaha!!!

Oooh, a fluffy thread! I'm gonna join in, and hopefully I don't kill it.

How come every time I hear the word 'fluffy' all I can think about is cotton candy?

hockeybobby
03-13-2008, 05:25 PM
eating cotton candy never gets too old. it reminds me of happy, carefree, fun times. :)

gingerlee

I only like cotton candy when it's fresh, the kind that they sell in grocery stores tastes gross to me. I'm a cotton candy snob!
