So? Still doubting the awesome powers of the MBTI?
actually, it sounds pretty spot on.
i post on another message board about perfume and those women are always MBTI-ing it up in a way that must have left a bad taste in my mouth.

^^Yeah, all self-help stuff gets creepy when people take it too seriously. Some people want to live by their MBTI like other people live by their horoscopes, when really...it's just fun bit of navel-gazing, folks. Move on.

I find it interesting to look at the profiles that are slightly different than mine, or from those whom I am discussing this with. That is, one or two different letters are different.
I look on this, not as self-help, but as an aid in knowing yourself. I know some people are uncomfortable looking inward, but if you don't know yourself, who does? It's not the same as being narcissistic.

Past thread "What's your MBIT?"
I took the test and came out tied for ENTP, INTP and ISTP. That makes me a cross between Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein and Dirty Harry; that fits.

I took one at 19, bet I would get a different result if I took it right now!

I get this every time. I've done it like 4 times.

If so there was a profound change in your life from an external source. One is borne with their personality. Of course this assumes being sober during all tests.

ISTJ - "Trustee". Decisiveness in practical affairs. Guardian of time- honored institutions. Dependable. 11.6% of total population.
Doesn't really make sense -I'm very INdecisive. plus all the categories were split by only 1-10%.
ENFP Champion Type
Had to take this test awhile back to help figure out who my coordinator would be in seminary school.
I'm an ENFP too!

I am INTP, the Architect. 1% of the population. "They are the "absent-minded professors", who highly value intelligence and the ability to apply logic to theories to find solutions. INTPs are pensive, analytical folks. They may venture so deeply into thought as to seem detached, and often actually are oblivious to the world around them...restless..."
I took the test a few times for various college classes the past year and came up with the same every time. For the most part, the various descriptions I've read have been pretty spot on. I'm in good company: Socrates, Tiger Woods, Sir Isaac Newton, Einstein, Jung, and *drum roll* RICK MORANIS! YES! RICK MORANIS!
Man my test said INFJ's were 1% of the population, LOL. I'm gonna need to google this.
The least common type is INFJ with less than 1%, just one student. http://proc.isecon.org/2006/3723/ISECON.2006.Choi.txt. Here is a study saying INFJ is least common, but who really knows, right?
