I want to do my yoga but I'm sick! Had chinese yesterday though. Bad Strawberry. *smack wrist* Haven't ate a lot today. Boyfriend was designated cook today since I feel like suckass but he went to sleep and won't wake up to cook me something. Had popsicles, thinking of making a gravy from my beefy onion soup mix (which is vegan) and pouring it over no-yolk noodles. Or maybe some rosemary potatoes. or both. But I'm CRAVING wild rice.

Okay I have sucked at this. I've kept off the soda, but I can't stop eating everything in my way. And not exercising. There's got to be something you can do in front of the computer while writing 24756383575 papers. I need a Thighmaster or something. ::) I'd better get some As.

I don't know if it makes me feel better or worse to have everyone commiserating on the lack of fitness stuff taking place.
I choose to feel better.
But I will feel a ton better if I work twice next week.

I've made progress over the past two months in stopping my mindless eating and getting back to being healthy. I'm trying to get myself out of a serious depression thats been brewing since last summer. I'm too stubborn to do anything serious about it, although I'm getting there.
I don't know if that makes up for the fact that my muscles are atrophied from sitting on the damn computer doing HW now. I realized my weight loss is probably from muscle lost.
I'm waiting to get my gym pass until next week. I'm hoping that I'll get a better deal closer to the end of the month when sales goals need to be met.
As long as I feel like I have a fitness goal and plan in mind that I'm working to I at least try to eat decently and move around a bit, its better than nothing I suppose.

Me too. It's just a hard time of year. BUT-I walked a mile today, at a decent pace. It's something.

I haven't been updating this thread, but I've had a pretty good month. I'm finally back to the gym at least three times a week and my eating has improved a lot! I LOVE LOVE Hoodia, makes my cravings virtually disappear, and suppresses my appetite. That helps so much because I have no willpower, so it's hard for me to deprive myself of something if I want it.

Wow. I just weighed myself. 133.3.
That wouldn't be impressive except I haven't exercised at all and barely worked this month.
It's sort of a kick in the butt to exercise though.

Yeah I'm joining in too!
I ate way too much on the weekend and since then although I've been eating fairly well I haven't had time to exercise and I kind of feel 'soft'. I want to work out so badly right now!
I'm doing two weeks of heavy exercise, lots of water and green tea and 'clean' foods. I'm cutting out dairy and wheat for two weeks because they always kind of make me bloated too.

Yeah, do it Kat! There's still two thirds of the month left. I don't see why we can't bleed this thread into May as well. Make it a 'springtime challenge'.
Ohhh can we do this? Anybody up for it?

Well I finally got my ass to the gym lol. Used the elliptical for 45 minutes. I want to be toned and stronger.
And I just looked at my last post in here. 4 or 5 times a week? Oops.
