Id really love a self tanner I didn't feel like I was wearing after putting it on. I'd apply it a lot more frequently if I didn't feel like I was going to stain everything.
My brothers a body builder and I'm sure he used this stuff. He'd go from pasty to looking like he bathed in oil (well..I guess he kindda did)...so Jan Tana seems kindda, scary. I'm sure there's different levels though, right?

Jan Tana doesn't have a huge selection. I use the Studio Tan and it's dark. I put it on and hang around naked while I do my makeup for work. I then go to work and it doesn't have the sticky or funky smell. They also sell a "Fast Tan" bottle which happens to be on sale now. It's not supposed to be as dark as the Studio Tan.
I have light olive skin, so the Studio Tan is good for me, but I don't know about someone who is super white. My Asian friend used it, and she has naturally lighter skin than me. It looked nice on her and not as dark as me of course. She even liked it more than the Mystic Tan.

I've never used Sun Labs. Is it darker than Jan Tana? Without orange tint?

I've never used Jan Tana, but this stuff is incredibly dark with one coat. It's worth a try, because you can get 32 oz for about $40 from Jasmine's link on the first page.

I, too, would like to see some pics!
When you say this is a dark tan, I'm wondering if it's fitness model dark (which wouldn't be my style) or, "I just went on vacation and laid on the beach for a week" dark.

Kids, I am so lazy. I am not going to post a picture. It's just damn tan. 2 coats would be fitness model tan, 1 coat is back from vacation tan. Just try it. It's damm self tanner, not cosmetic surgery. I'm so grouchy tonight!
