^^ i don't get the hype either? i like it as a place to get lunch, the one near me even has a bar w/alcohol and you can make a plate buffet style. but i don't shop there. it's overpriced and they have the same stuff at other places. i preferred Fresh And Easy until i moved to texas, now i mostly go to HEB. and if i feel like buying fancy organic stuff there's a co-op by my house

What do you mean? Poor man's what? Have you been there? They have high quality products from all over the globe at affordable prices. We shop there for specific things like spices that would either cost way too much at Whole Foods or are inauthentic in most American chains. I love the almond butter and it doesn't cost the same as an oil change like some stores. But I shop all over the place. I can find deals everywhere.

Some of the best watermelon I've ever had came from a Whole Foods in Winter Park, Florida. It was so amazing I can't begin to explain it. But the portion size compared to what I spent was ridiculous.

poor man's whole foods. I don't shop at whole foods. Could get the same thing a few dollars cheaper anywhere.
