Nothing is objective, damn it!
I agree with that statement 100%. The thing with Michael Moore though is that he's been able to reach audiences who generally have no interest in watching documentaries. It's no different than the news. Sometimes people need to do their own research on the truth rather than rely on being spoon fed facts and figures that are being presented as the truth.
I'm actually a fan of Moore's work btw.

Moore is very "in your face" with his information. Some people may mistake vehemence for veracity (I'm back at school, feeling big with da words). He's definitely passionate, from the commercials I've seen. I've never seen any of the documentaries but I know what his agenda is.
I would probably like them, if I watched them. But then again, college has taught me to not take anything at face value. I think that's something a lot of people still don't know. They think facts are facts.

Yeah, it sucks. The part that sucks the worst is that I was ready to finally audition at a club. I had my stripper bag packed and everything! Postponed because of the storm, now even further postponed for the foot. I'm angry.
Be careful with that. Foot breaks can be bad if they don't heal right. :(

Yeah, I'm fairly certain that me dancing is not going to happen this year. I'm so pissed. I was finally ready! My boobs grew a bit. So they're great now. And my cellulite seems to have calmed down. I know how to do my makeup. I was so ready! Man, I'm so angry.
Well, maybe when you start dancing the economy will pick up.

Agree r2k. I still am without power and water at my house. I have this large maple tree in my front yard and was it was freaky watching it sway 45 degrees. Overall I was pretty lucky. No damage to my house and only about a half dozen tree limbs (large ones but still) blown down. Could have been worse.

Thanks Bob, I didn't see this until just a few minutes ago. I'm still in recovery from unwrapping my "gifts" }:D;D

I'm pretty much a tea-totaler these days HB...but I have some fond memories of Jack...then again, there are whole blocks of time that I can't remember at all..../:O

Glad you and your family are OK FBR
Jay and Yoda thanks :)
It really was freaky. Nothing like I have experienced before even being from Kentucky where tornadoes are prevalent. Recalling back to the tornado that wiped out Xenia Ohio back in the 70's that storm was in and out in less than an hour. The wind storm yesterday was sustained in my area for about 4 hours :O
But the upside is no loss of family members or significant damage to their homes or mine. Now I am just hoping for some electricity and hot water. My pits aren't pleasant right now.

Thanks Iris :) One of my family members has power now. I was able to take a hot shower this evening. After a couple of days without, it felt almost as good as sex ;D
It is amazing how being without power or water for a few days can affect your life. I mean, you go along day to day accepting as normal what would have been a luxury 100 years ago. But at the end of the day most of us in the Ohio area are still better off than those folks in the Gulf. My heart sure goes out to them. My inconveniences are dwarfed by their tragedies.

You know what TV show is really interesting? Dexter, on Showtime and now on CBS.
For those who don't know, Dexter is a character who works for the government, though he's not directly employed by them, he's just a contractor (he photographs crime scenes). Dexter seems like a normal guy in all aspects, has a steady girlfriend, a good job, maybe he's a bit of a doofus and some might even think he's a bit creepy. There's just one hitch: Dexter is a serial killer.
He's really good at keeping this secret; he was taught by his father, a former cop, to contain his urges and direct them to do good with his "gifts." It gets real interesting in the first season because another serial killer (The Ice Truck Killer) figures who he is and begins a cat and mouse game with Dexter. At one point, it seems that the police are about to catch Dexter, so Dexter does what anyone with a lick of common sense does: he destroys all evidence of alter ego (even throwing away his precious blood samples from all his victims) and manages to avoid capture.
Boy, Hollywood sure knows how to create a wacky premise for a show, doesn't it? Be sure to catch all the new episodes on Showtime.

I love SouthWest Airlines. I just booked my flight to Vegas for Oct and 5 minutes after I finish, a "Ding" offer pops up with Sac-LV specials. I cancel the flight i just booked, rebook at no extra fee, and save $50, enough for a decent meal (or a couple extra LDs) when I'm there. Score!

Well, I spent this afternoon in PT's Sports Cabaret. Good time. It's the club's anniversary week so I had free admission with the purchase of a $5 T-bone steak, and the steak was good, not very big but big enough.
This club has a massage girl. I purchased a $10 massage that lasts for 1 song. Different and enjoyable.
They had Donna Doll the Brazillian Blonde Bombshell as the feature and she danced at 12:30pm. I think she does porn, I don't know, I never heard of her.
Enjoy:

We have a PT's Showclub in Louisville. Not a good experience for me.
A dancer abused me in a funny way.:-[
She would put her boots on patron's shoulders and shake them back & forth as hard as she could.
Funny lookin' shit.
My hat flew back about 10 yards.
Went for a friends birthday, and he loved it so much, he kept going back to her.
Or maybe he wanted her to break him in half.:D
