You know what sucks about online message boards? When you have a nicely typed up reply to a thread that you went to great lengths to make sure everything was correct, and you won't ever see it, because the moderator locked the thread right before you submitted it.

There should be a constitutional amendment or intergalactic law against that sort of thing. I mean, I could have used that five minutes doing something more productive, like playing Five Minutes to Kill (Yourself) (http://www.adultswim.com/games/fiveMinutes/).

Oh, and don't anyone jump to conclusions, I'm not referring to any message board in particular (hack, hack, plehm, ptooy).

From "Mutiny on the Bounty:"

Byam (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0867144/): I don't try to justify his crime, his mutiny, but I condemn the tyranny that drove 'im to it. I don't speak here for myself alone or for these men you condemn. I speak in their names, in Fletcher Christian's name, for all men at sea. These men don't ask for comfort. They don't ask for safety. If they could speak to you they'd say, "Let us choose to do our duty willingly, not the choice of a slave, but the choice of free Englishmen." They ask only the freedom that England expects for every man. If one man among you believe that - *one man* - he could command the fleets of England, He could sweep the seas for England. If he called his men to their duty not by flaying their backs, but by lifting their hearts... their... That's all

Never have any problems except people with their stereo volume set to Asshole.
I'm considering a change of location if I lose my job though.
Kind of want to move to either the southeast coast or Gulf Coast.

They had Donna Doll the Brazillian Blonde Bombshell as the feature and she danced at 12:30pm. I think she does porn, I don't know, I never heard of her.
Oh, I've seen her feature before @ Fantasy Castle in Signal Hill, CA. It was... rather boring. She's hot... but can't dance.

You know what TV show is really interesting? Dexter, on Showtime and now on CBS.

For those who don't know, Dexter is a character who works for the government, though he's not directly employed by them, he's just a contractor (he photographs crime scenes). Dexter seems like a normal guy in all aspects, has a steady girlfriend, a good job, maybe he's a bit of a doofus and some might even think he's a bit creepy. There's just one hitch: Dexter is a serial killer.

He's really good at keeping this secret; he was taught by his father, a former cop, to contain his urges and direct them to do good with his "gifts." It gets real interesting in the first season because another serial killer (The Ice Truck Killer) figures who he is and begins a cat and mouse game with Dexter. At one point, it seems that the police are about to catch Dexter, so Dexter does what anyone with a lick of common sense does: he destroys all evidence of alter ego (even throwing away his precious blood samples from all his victims) and manages to avoid capture.

Boy, Hollywood sure knows how to create a wacky premise for a show, doesn't it? Be sure to catch all the new episodes on Showtime.

CP

I remember when Borders had Darkly Dreaming Dexter and Hannibal Rising (or one of the other Harris books with Hannibal Lecter in it) on a display inviting people to compare serial killers.
