There was no band at my high school, otherwise I would've been in it.
I was in band in Junior High ... I played the OBOE :shhh:

wow. guess there's a 'type' for strippers after all (or at least the onto it ones) and it's nothing like people expect.
I was the punk/goth/substance abusing slut who barely went to class and had a file several inches thick in the counsellor's office. I was also incredibly intelligent, loved drama, music and art, played in the orchestra, performed in all the school musicals, was on a local youth council and never failed a class.
Odd.
I was never popular, I've always gone against the grain, but now it seems that what people disliked about me at school is the same as what people like about me now....
*shrug*
Loner. I had a few select friends.

Hehe...mucho-geek here. The AP classes, calculus club, band, and bookworm geek. Though my school had cliques, very few people were exclusive with their friends, and bullying rarely occurred. I had a small group of friends and was the quiet type.

I was a stripper. I was kind of a stoner/slightly post-grunge fucker. And too cool for school--literally. I thought prom was fucking dumb so I worked that night instead. I made like $900 or something. Haha!
Did anyone know you were a stripper? There was a girl at my school who everyone talked about because she danced, and that's why I started.

I was in "Stripper School" before I graduated highschool. I did a burlesque show and saw one of our councelors in the crowd about three months after graduating.
Needless to say he recognised me since I had been forced to check in with my councelor every single day for the last three months of my high school career. I still have the fear of god in me when it comes to councelors. Mrs. Dietel, wherever you are...HAHA, I STILL HAVN'T QUIT, BITCH! Your weak as "No-Harm Contract" fucking FAILED!

Yeah. Not at first, but at one point the jackass dad of this junior jackass preppy fucker came in, recognized me, and told his son and all his little friends. The next day it was pretty much common knowledge. I've got a hell of a spine, though. I was already the "dyke" at my little high school in the middle of a cornfield. I didn't give a shit. I knew everyone fucking with me would either be fat and/or pregnant in five years and I was right! My favorite teacher did pulll me aside one day and ask me if I thought what I was doing was safe and wise. I explained my position, he was cool, and we never talked about it again.

I'm loving all the bookworm strippers!
I was cheerleader, but also a "smart girl" (Quiet, AP classes, books, books, more books, and art).
My favorite thing I ever heard said about me, and remember vividly to this day..."Wow, you are such a contradiction! You are so blond and so..cheerleader-ish, but I bet you are the type of girl who looks at a blade of grass and spends an hour contemplating how many atoms and molecules it is made of."
