We're open at 11 am, but I've never been there that early to see if anyone's there!
Okay: House fee: $25-$100 depending on when you get there. Tip out $20 each to housemom, mgmt>:(, dj. $5 each to makeup and hair if they haven't touched you (unless you get there before 4:30.
No cut of table dances ($20), CR is $325 (we get 200) 1/2 hour, $5something (we get $400) hour. If he uses a credit card he and we get charged 10%. SUCH bs. We get 10% credit on housefees if we sell a bottle though.

You have to pay the hair and make up people even if they've never touched you? Is that in your contract that you signed? That's bull shit if you have a mandatory tip out for hair and make up.
I could better understand tipping out per dance than that! At least with a dance you're making money by "leasing space", but tipping out for hair and make up you don't use? Eff that >:(

There's signs all over about how you have to tip them out. Argh. Totally stupid. They wouldn't even have time to handle all the girls, even if they wanted to, so that's even more annoying.
I go in at 4 though, so I never have to tip them.

Wow - that is ridiculous! Tipping hair/makeup for no reason at all? :-\ Hell, if I HAD to tip them, I might as well show up and have THEM straighten my hair everyday. Seriously!!
Also....you said you have to tip the managers - doesn't most management work on salary, not tips?

Hah-yeah. Seems to take them forever to do one girl though! And apparently no-Rick's mgrs work on tips and a small base salary. I've heard that at the New Orleans Ricks you have to kick the mgmt $20 every time you do a CR. Fuuuck that.

Rose's makeup and hair people are basically the same that goes on here. Our was a mandatory 10 bucks and THEN they forced that the makeup artists had to touch us. I used to watch girls run to the bathroom and wash their faces off only to reapply it themselves.
Fucking sucked.

I'm unscheduled, so I pay more than girls who lock themselves into a schedule.
In and ready to dance by 8pm = $75
-dont remember what it is for other times..it goes up a ton after 8pm though. less if you schedule, or are in earlier
All table and lap dances, we keep all the money.
Rooms: split 50/50...room prices are $200 for 15min and $400 for 30min
$10 minimum tip out to door guy, and $10 or $15 minimum tip out to DJ depending on the night.

So it was MANDATORY to have the makeup artist work on you? I would definitely not go for that. No one knows how to do my makeup except for ME. I had a horrible makeup artist at a phot oshoot once. I literally looked like a CLOWN.
"Smoky" eyes was not a concept she understand. And BRIGHT pink lips. I bolted to the bathroom and redid it myself....I couldn't believe it.

well, at one of the top clubs in manhattan prices for us girls are:
$60 - house fee before 6:30
$120 - house fee before 8:00
$160 - house fee after 9:00
$11 - min house mom
$5 - hair, if they curl it or straighten it, its $20 and looks perfect
$5 - make-up, but i usually get my face done every night and its only
$25 and it looks GREAT
$20 - DJ if you go on stage, $60 if you don't want to dance on stage
now that's if you just do $20 dances all night. the real money comes later:
10 min rooms - $120 custie - $90 for dancer
20 min room - $240 custie - $180 for dancer and so on
champagne rooms -
$300 for half hour - we keep all of it
$500-$600 - for hour - we keep all of it
BUT then we tip the host/security 10% of the entire time spent in VIP
like sunday i did 2 1/2 hrs and i tipped out $130 to hosts
most nights its worth it though! :)
(i'm kind of addicted to hair and make-up, would be hard for me to work at a club without it now. plus its worth the $5 tip even if they don't touch you because you can use their curling irons, blow dryers, tons of make-up, and ask for advice and slight help. plus the artists at my club rock!)

I wish my club had a makeup artist. We had a gay guy come in once to promote himself (I say gay only in that he was in our DR and it was nice not to be hit on). I wish he would come back.

$20 - DJ if you go on stage, $60 if you don't want to dance on stage
$60 to stay off stage isn't a bad deal. Is that one rotation, or all night?
At my club, you have to have a customer buy a bottle that is $200+ or more to keep you off stage - but then you're off for the rest of the day....I had that happen to me last Friday. I went on stage once (on days, we are usually up at least once every 1.5 hours). I came home from work that day feeling like I hadn't worked at all! LOL.
If I had the option of paying the DJ $60, I think I might do it - especially when guys are buying LD's left & right. So far, going on stage just messes w/ my $$ (common complaint I am sure!). I could see how being on stage could be a good thing (in a very busy club), so guys can see you - but in my club, a few rounds on the floor during the lunch shift makes you known to every customer.

you know, at my club you only end up going up once, maybe twice a night, so i generally do it. the other night i got rained on $300, so i was glad i went up that time, haha. but that's sweet ass about the bottle! i would constantly be like "oh baby, do me a favor... thanks big daddy!!" hahaha
but there are def nights that i go on stage and watch my customer get stolen and that's no fun, but every now and then i enjoy pole tricks. plus i can do a split which i like to show off :)
btw, i am seriously gonna make my sugar daddy take me on a trip out to texas to go to kamryn's club! <3

thanks, that is hustler in nyc. i love working there. we have 17 closed door VIP rooms also, 1/2 with a pole in the room, all with a flat screen TVs so men can still watch "the game" if they wish to use their money that way. many nights every room is full too.
i used to work at scores in ny, and when i came over to hustler it was like "ahhhhhhh" one of those like heaven moments. stripper heaven.
well, i wouldn't go so far as to call my club "stripper heaven" lmao!
but i do feel lucky to work there, and i'm not like trying to brag or anything :-*

10$ or 10% whichever is greater to dj
10 to house mom
5 to each floor guy
house is free before 7 and 10 increase for each hour after that
we have a makeup artist and hair thursday through saturday..full face is like 20...just lashes are 6..i think hair is like 10-20 too depending on what you want

10% of what? your tips?? so because you hustle more or spend more money looking hot, the DJ gets more? hmm, i'm not a big fan of that.
jessica0585
08-06-2008, 01:57 PM
yeah, you are supposed to give him 10% of what you made...i only tip what they can keep track of which is cr's and we do a dance special maybe once a night if that...they dont know how much you made on stage or table dances or vips because you keep all that money...i worked at a club once tho where they watched you on stage so they could estimate how much you were making so you would have to tip more

House fees start at $20 at 7, and go up $5 every half hour after that. I pay $40 or $45 and get there between 9 and 10.
$10 to house mom and dj.
Dances are $20 on the floor, which we keep.
In the private room theyre $30, $5 to the club.
In the VIP area dances are $30 or you can charge whatever you want, and just tip the VIP manager whatever you feel like.
$25 to skip one stage rotation.

Mine is $60, plus DJ and anyone who helps you make money. I've never worked somewhere that takes a cut of each dance, I think it would bother me.

-5 drinks/shift counts as our payout. If you don't get them, you're supposed to pay $10/drink, which makes it equivalent to a $50 payout. During dayshift, they don't care as much, tho.
-we keep 60% of our rooms.
-we keep all $30 of our lapdances. and like many of you, i love the club for this.
-we tip out $30/mon-thurs night, and $50 on fri/sat...not sure about sunday
-daytime tipout is $20 and tipouts cover bouncers and DJs
-i sometimes tipped the daytime bouncers more if they let my drink tickets slide. i try to tip the DJ out an extra $20 every 2nd or 3rd night i work with him, and i tip a SPECIFIC bouncer an extra $15-$20 if he walks me out...i sometimes get one of the bigger bouncers to talk me out because they usually have the one that looks like he weighs less than i do walk me out (he's really nice and it sounds mean, but i don't feel safe with him)

I was just wondering, how much dose everyone pay the club? House fees and dance fees? My club just added a new stage fee which is Sun-Thurs days is $5 night is $10. Fri & Sat days are $10 and nights are $20 weather we get a dance or not.
1 song $20 pay (to club) $10
2 songs $30 pay $15(keep)15
3 songs $40 pay $15 25
4 songs $50 pay $20 30
5 songs $60 pay $25 35
But we have a special 4 songs $40 (btw our songs are cut to 1:20) that seems to be the only thing people will buy and if we stay for 5 songs (which happens on accident since the songs are so short) thats another $20 from the customer, and the whole 5 songs cost the customer $60 I pay $25 and keep $35. Now at the end of the night we pay the stage fee plus $2 per set to the bar/club and $2.50 per set to the DJ. The per set means if I do
1 song I pay the $2(club) and $2.50(DJ)
2 songs " "
3 " "
4 " "
After 4 songs it starts over and you have to pay for the 5th song like it was one song so 5 songs you pay $4 club and $5 DJ. So really I try to never do one song since it really only makes you $5. Then after all that they try to guilt trip us into tipping the bartender and the security and sometimes the managers expect a tip too.
Sorry it is confusing I hope I explained it well enough to get some feedback it seems like I pay out alot? Oh and on top of all that if I am late it is $10 per hour and same $10 per hour to leave early, the shifts are 12 pm to 8pm and
8 pm to 4am. It dosen't matter if there is not one customer all day we have to stay and pay the stage fee, (well some managers are going easier on us and waiting till we get a dance and I do mean a dance).
Dose this sound expensive to anyone else?
One more question my manager has a mandatory meeting once a month that we are fined $50 if we are not exactly on time or basically we have to be early. And guess when the meeting is?....anybody?.... thats right its held on Saturday at 11:00am and it is at least an hour (usually girls get to complain about sometimes rediculous things the whole time (example "I have a problem with some of the girls, we have girls that are not beautiful." It takes the manager like 15 min to explain how different people have different taste, so some men are going to be attracted to different looking girls. Wow I woke up early for this? Sorry I thought it was a big waste of time and you loose sleep over this. Is this even legal? Anything I can do? I would change clubs but I can't seem to find one thats hiring right now.
Where in LA is that place?? I would end up hurting management some how>:(

Oh my God....$100-150 house fees? Wow. Just curious - what cities is that a common practice?
For real?!
