I'm taking the Women's One a Day Multi...is that a good one?

And I am definitely learning to cook.

You know what the best vitamins are? Prenatal ones. I know they are huge but they're really good for you and give you absolutely everything you need. The vegetarian ones seem to provide a good amount of B-12 and are without gelatin. They also say liquid vitamins absorb best.

I take one that is made from whole foods. Very similar to .

Can you cook brown rice? That's really where a lot of recipes start. Remember, some carbs are okay as long as they are complex (whole grain) carbs.
Also I want to add that frozen veggies are often just as good if not better than fresh veggies and they're cheaper too. I read somewhere that they are always frozen at their freshest point, so you get the most nutrients. Get a veggie steamer basket (like $2 at Target or something) and you're all good.

Avoid the microwave too if you can, because it slightly changes the molecular composition of food making it less nutritious.

I'm a huge fan of fruit. A container of blackberries or raspberries with some vanilla yogurt and granola on top is my preferred breakfast. Or dessert!

But don't be fooled by juice. It's absolutely LOADED with calories and doesn't help fill you up at all.

Thanks for recommending FitDay by the way. It's a nice way to keep a food journal without having to hassle with the math!

I don't know if anyone suggested it, but for breakfast or lunch... cottage cheese with pineapple slices. Or whatever other fruit really. It's healthy & delicious.

Yes I agree with the water thing. Don't drink your calories, or a least cut waaayyy back on juice/sodas/alcohol. Its one of the easiest ways to eliminate extra calories and all that sugar. Don't get toooo drastic on your diet. Otherwise you will binge. If you are really craving something and it doesn't go away in 15 min, EAT IT. Just keep the portions small. I am the biggest I have been since pregnancy (5'8 1/2, 137 lbs, I just lost 3 lbs, so I was 140) Not huge, but really uncomfortable and getting BAD cellulite, so I can completely understand how you feel, even if everyone else said you looked great, or better now with "meat on you" you feel like a whale. I can't really give you any exercise/healthy food advice because I just cut back on foods and drink water. I don't want to exercise because I build muscle really easily, so I want to lose weight first before I start a routine.
