I think there is something about yellow tail wine red or white that is unlike the finer wines out there, any time I drank only one or two glasses of this stuff I awoke with a major evil hangover the next day, in my experience I stick to chilean or argentian wine which seems to contain less sulphites and preservatives and other poisonous chemicals, it is also cheaper than the organic wines, I have never had a good experience with Australian wines in general I always get major headaches the next day, with the only exception of Jacobs Creek.
If you do proper research on some of the best to least favorable wine companies it will help you to enjoy yourself with the better wine/alcohol choices as opposed to the cheaply made imitations that hurt you later on.
