I spent the weekend in Las Vegas at the newly remodeled Mirage. In the place where they used to display a white tiger along the southern entrance, now stands another name chef gourmet hamburger joint. It's called BLT, so in honor of this thread I had to dine there.
7 oz of ground that morning American cow, add bacon, Vermont cheddar, and avacado. Throw in some Vidalia onion rings, a couple of Pilsner Urquells on tap (the second of which was gratis from the bartender), all for only a pre-tip price of $29.09. :O Thank goodness MGMMirage paid for it.
Slightly overcooked, but the quality of the meat saved it from being dry.
I should have looked for branded shirts or hats, we could have had a raffle.
