^ Hell yeah I agree. We should be raising our prices, not lowering them to make cheapskates happy!

The only discount dance I give is at the end of the night when a guy is like "I want a dance but I only have 15 bucks". In that case I tell him to sit his ass down and I'll finish this song (assuming the song didn't JUST start, or if it's the very end I'll go into the nest one for like 30 seconds).

I don't really consider that a discount, if anything I generally make more per second that way.

why would you give a discount? this isn't walmart, if their looking for a bargain look elsewhere. regardless of weather the place is dead or not.

A lot of guys will say "well she just offered me 3 for $40, r u gonna match that?" the answer is always "NO, my dances are WORTH $20. As far as I can tell even though she offered you a discount, you're still sitting here waiting for MY Dance!" LoL. I always laugh and say it in a nice way though : )

Nope, I wouldn't. What difference does it make it there are no custies, they are there to see you right?

Our club use to run two for ones every once in a while and we'd also run specials with promotional items but personally I never offered a discount.

I agree. I don't consider it a discount, but if they want a "discount" they can get a "discount" dance.
