I was drunk and talking about how I like their music because it got me laid a few times. I was all like "yeah, I used to go to your concerts to pick up little confused emo kids! It was awesome!" It was out of my mouth before I thought about it. I guess they take themselves seriously as "rockers" and being told that their concerts were packed with emo kids was insulting.

The truth hurts.
Oh. Well, if they can't take the truth too fucking bad.

I danced for (on stage) Anthony Kiedis' dad, Blackie. I knew he was famous from the moment he walked in, but I didn't know exactly who he was. He was wearing black leather gloves and a black leather jacket and looked creepy. Apparently he was having an art show in town that he ended up getting one of the newbie dancers to be his arm candy to for the opening. I told her she should have charged for that...... but she was starstruck.. weird.

oh yeah and Darius Miles. but I'm pretty sure every dancer in pdx has.

The biggest celebrity I have ever danced for is Stephen King. I didn't even know who he was at first. He was only with one other guy. Spent $60 and didn't tip, but he was a nice guy and very down to earth and he didn't try to grope me at all.

I also danced for a guy who won the silver medal on the rings in the olympics. I don't know if you'd consider him a celebrity in this country but maybe in Switzerland where he lives, seeing as all the endorsements that come with winning a medal and all. He was awesome, made $1500 from him with little dancing and lots of conversation.

Lets see who else, one of the Bone Thugs N Harmony guys, the one who came out with his own solo album not that long ago. I forgot his name. He was really nice, only did three dances and he didn't tip either, but he did buy me a drink.

I've danced for a bunch of football players from the Raiders and the 49ers, not much money from them, but went around the group and did several dances for a couple of them. They were cool though, it was right before New Years Eve, they invited me to a private party for New Years and gave me a goody bag with an invitation, a party hat, one of those noisy blow thingys, and a joint ha ha ha. Yes, a joint, as in weed. It was some good shit too. I thought that was really fucking cool. Nice surprise there.

Can't think of anyone else at the moment that I actually danced for, that I knew who they were. I have seen and met a whole lot of them though.

Oh yeah, Dennis Rodman is a douche. He had some guy come and get me to dance for him, I said you tell Dennis if he wants a dance to come and ask me himself. So, I'm standing at the bar or besides it I should say, and Dennis comes over and just stands next to me. He doesn't say anything, reaches his arm over and slides it across my breasts. I got pissed and walked away. He ended up getting kicked out of the club and barred for life for doing something bad.

Jason was super nice and doesn't drink at all.

Let's see: Outkast, Bone Thugs, Twista, a few NBA players, 3 Six Mafia, a couple of actors, etc...

But hell, when you work in Atlanta it's a given to dance for a celeb any given day.

I wish I was in Vegas when Pacman tricked off 81k on 40 strippers! Shoot!! lol

Some celebs are cheap though.

I forgot to mention I met one of the stars of the 1st season of Discovery Channel's "Deadliest Catch." He was the one who ate the ceremonial herring. Super cool guy, maybe not a big "star" by most people's standards but a sweetheart, a "real" dude, and tough- if you've even gotten slammed down on a boat going through choppy water, you'll know what I'm talking about...........

Heh heh, why am I not surprised a Raider or a 49er gave you a joint? ;D Ah, Northern California.

The white stripes, the kills, Joan jett, Mickey Avalon, TV on the Radio, Old Dirty Bastard, the Dandy Warhols, the decemberists, and the manager for cat power... I work in this small small club known highly in the music scene for it's girls who strip to the best music. Most of these people have been super sweet, I've been at all their shows backstage, a few of them have become good friends and stay in touch. People are just people if you treat them that way.

Bianca, I'm at a place called Magic Gardens in Portland Oregon. Two dancers a shift style, no pole club that has become a cult classic to say the least. Where's the clown room?

OMG!! What was she like and what did she say to that?! What made the girl call her an ugly dog---was she being a bitch or something?

She went up to the girl and said, 'I'm a model and some people say I look like paris hilton what do you think of her?' to which the dancer replied "You don't look like paris hilton she's an ugly dog.";D

really she asked for it.

the dandy warhols and the decemberists are from portland oregon so it would make sense that you would see them there. Did you see brian jonestown massacre also?? ... I never knew the magic gardens had a reputation for that I always thought it was just a seedy club downtown.

A couple of my girlfriends got to spend the entire night in the Penthouse with Chuck Liddell. Jealousy!! If it had been Matt Hughes, I might've made an ass of myself and been all "Ohai!" They said he was really cool and laid back.

I'm so jealous! I love Chuck Liddell! :lovestruc
Doesn't surprise me that he was cool.

OMG I would freak if Sean Penn was in my club! Swoon:-*

I was gonna say "OMG SAM ELLIOT?!?!?!?! *insert fan-girl squee here*" Though I dunno if I could dance under that steely blue gaze.

I used to drink with the singer of Seven Dust *shrugs* he was practically a local bar regular.

I've danced WITH Virgos Merlot (whom I'm sure only like a dozen people have ever heard of, nineties crap rock).

The best one though was actually a Gavin Rossdale look-a-like, I mean fucking identical twin. Wasn't really Gavin but sure looked like him. His buddies were obnoxious but tipped well and the not-Gavin gave me a $50 for the hand massage I gave him to relieve his headache.

A couple guys from the 2003 Tampa Bay Bucs (I forget which ones, they weren't wearing their Jerseys) and a shit load of wrestlers. I actually got into a fight with Paul London at a Bennigins. *lol* Good times.

Sam was super super nice, and Sean smokes more than I have ever seen in my life.

I met Andre3000 at my former club one night. He's very little and soft spoken. Ludacris came in as well and blew so much money there wasn't enough money in the club to cash our funny money- we had to do it the next day.

This was all like 3 years ago. I miss those times. Damn.

theres a reality tv show star who hangs out in one of the bars I work at all the time....I dont really watch tv so I had no clue until one of the other girls was like "whoah he talks to you and sits at your rack? he normally doesnt talk to girls" and I was like "why?"

when she explained I realized who it was! and when I told her I had no clue she was like "oh thats why he likes you! he comes here to get away from all that stuff..." I hear customers freaking out about it all the time its funny.

i danced for a guy who was in an old industrial band from the early 90s. he's a computer geek now. he picked me out, figuring i was into that type of music. we started talking and then he told me who he was. he was surprised i had heard of his band, since they didnt get big outside of the industrial scene. he looks very different now- no crazy shaved head. very nice and not a celebrity brat at all.

Oh yeah, Dennis Rodman is a douche.

When my husband worked at Ceasar's here in AC, he said he was working one day and looked over and saw Dennis Rodman pissing in the flowerbed in front of the casino, LOL!!! What a jackass!

The biggest celebrity I have ever danced for is Stephen King. I didn't even know who he was at first. He was only with one other guy. Spent $60 and didn't tip, but he was a nice guy and very down to earth and he didn't try to grope me at all.

I would have loved that! I love Stephen King and probably would have just sat there and talked with him......crazy I know, but he is awesome!

I offended Kenny Loggins(sang Footloose) because I didn't know who he was at first, haha. I was like 5 when he was big, lol.

A couple of Soap stars, A wrestler, not worth saying his name because I don't know who would actually know him. He wasn't around long at all. And a few of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jerry Springer was in a club I used to work at, I didn't meet him, but the girl he did a dance for said he was a complete pig.

Here's a random one....

Danced for a guy from the reality show "Deadliest Catch", ya know the show about crab fishing in Alaska.

I always thought he was pretty cute on the show, it was a trip to meet him! Turns out he has friends and family here in Tucson....weird!

He asked me for my number and I told him I was unavailable. If I wasn't married though, I would so have went out with him! He was really hot.

Hayden Panettitiere from heroes, shortly after she turned 18, came in with Bud Bundy from married with children and his date. They sat at the rail and didn't tip, she kept covering her mouth all innocently and later, when I was offstage her eyes kept following me and she seemed all excited. She made ME feel like a celebrity!!

Also, Ethan Hawke got about a trillion dances with my friend, had a drink with her nextdoor and then told her "I'm giving you 8 minutes" (for her to get her things and leave with him) she scurried but made it in time so she could help him ruin his relationship with Uma Thurman some more.

Ha ha, and this didn't happen at a strip club but obviously I love to bring it up: My roommate brought home Aiden from sex in the city!! He was drunk and came into my room, saw my pole and made some comment. I had to stand in front of my computer screen because i had just been googling him, "John corbett" lol. Then he had crazy sex with my roommate all night and used up half of my olive oil pouring it all over her!!

The best part is that new roommate bought that bed from her! It probably still has oil in it!!!
