Geez, at least put a sign outside the club entrance:

WARNING! Pregnant women taking off clothes inside. May be YOUR baby! We offer rubber boots in case of water breakage! If it happens on you, we'll give you a free t-shirt saying: "I GOT WET at Billy Bob's Busty House of Babes!"
thats hilarious!!!

i just deleted the whole thing i wrote....so ill try again...

i wouldnt dance during your pregnancy....i would dance right now (meaning as little as possible only to support your self till you find other work) look really hard for a job (desk job, data entry, whatever). something that take you offf your feet adn doesnt put the fetus in danger. If you are dancing and wearing even small heels, and you fall you are going to really feel like crap if you miscarry because of that. Even breathing in smoke on a daily basis, even if its a small amount could lead to birth defects. I dont think its appropriate for a pregnant woman to dance. I also think there may be one or two men that like pregnant women, but in general i think it might be harder to make money. A regular job would be much more profitable in your situation. Also think about this; if you take a break while your pregnant, you have the baby and come back to dancing, it will help you shed the baby weight and you will be fresh mentally, ready to come back and hustle. I dont know how the girls are at your club but the placesI have worked I can see the girls being very very catty and rude about this. I would find a regular job, and if you hate it you know its only for nine months (i cant remember how many months you are in already). as for dancing until you are showing....thats up to you...your still putting the baby in danger even if your not showing so thats your decision, i personally would dance as little as possible till i foumd a regular job.

i cant beleive no one mentioned the issue of wearing heels and how dangerous it can be for a pregnant woman.

I personally can understand a pregnant woman fetish, but I think that it belongs online or in photos. Clubs and 4" heels just don't mix with having a baby. I really just don't think so, and most men that come into clubs aren't going to be the prego fetish types. They are coming in to see hot women, to relax and have fun, NOT to look for chicks with huge bellies. Most people who are into that find websites and webcams to induldge their fantasies. Pregnant women are one of those fetishes that people aren't always comfortable with and even if some men came in that were turned on by it, in a social setting, I doubt many would act on it due to social concerns and constraints (i.e. they wouldn't want their buddies to know they were into it for fear of ridicule). I wouldn't work past showing, and if money was an issue, I'd work from home on fetish sites.

I just think it's not appropriate and a total mood killer for customers.

I'm nineteen weeks pregnant and I plan on dancing through my pregnancy. I'm lucky enough to have a wonderful manager that always tells me how wonderful I look when I'm working and loves diversity in his club. I find alot of men love pregnant women and think that their very sexy. What do you girls think about it?

Well, me personally, I just don't know. I think it's a little weird. Don't let anyone discourage you, though. It seems like you've made up your mind.

And well, if the guys like it...;)

You're not planning on doing any real pole tricks are you? I'm not sure if that would be good for the baby.

Sounds like you've made a decision with the cam work for now, but will you go back to dancing after the baby is born?

If you do, make sure that (this is gonna sound weird) you don't lactate on anybody...there was a club in my state that got sued by a customer who accidentally got squirted in the face by a dancer. I think the dude's reason was that it was a health hazard...he equated her milk like it was blood...I'm assuming that he thought, "oh, she's a stripper...she must have diseases..."

Anyway, I don't know how the whole lactation thing works after you've given birth 'cuz I've never been pregnant. But just thought I'd throw that out there...I know that club and the dancer had to go through hell to settle the matter.

Good Luck, Momma-to-Be!;)

I am a mother. I have a child. I think pregnancy is beautiful and sexy but honestly... If I walked into a strip club and saw a obviously pregnant stripper Id walk out. I think its extremely trashy. And also if I ever found out my mom stripped while pregnant with me I'd feel extremely weirded out. IDK babies dont belong is or around the sex industry regardless of a uteran barrier or not.

This is my personal opinion. But I do agree some men love that shit. I made so much $ when I was breastfeeding and my breasts would swell. But if I was a customer I would feel extremely uncomfortable around you. Like a pedephile... I dont know... I guess I cant describe it. Bottom line... extreme discomfort.

I'd listen to your doctor's opinion.

There's a girl at my club who is pregnant, and she smokes like a chimney. She's not huge yet. I feel bad for the baby. =(
