So last summer I was desperate for a job and found a job listing from my school on bikini modeling. I e-mailed the contact and got a response they weren't looking for my type but that someone else would be interested in hiring me as a wine waitress. I talked to this person on the phone for awhile and met out twice, last time he molested me (dont want to go into detail)

I was traumatized and tried to forget about it. Recently I found out one of my friend stumbled on the same thing only she didnt go out to meet him since she told me before it happened. I started thinking "How many girls is he tricking? What a sick bastard!" I don't have any pictures or recording of the things he said.

What can I do to catch this guy?

I'm sorry it happened to you and wish you well.

It's been 9ish months since it happened. Do you have absolute proof it happened? If not, it's pretty much your word against his. If they find out you posted this, the screen name you've chosen for yourself will not bring a good lite upon yourself.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but it's one of the douche-iest things I have read on here lately. You think everyone would assume prostitution instead of pole tricks? What makes you think this site would even be brought up?:eyebrow:

its sad, but its true. strippers just don't have a good name for themselves. that's the way it is. Its happened in many cases where girls in the adult industry have been sexually harassed and not taken seriously because of their business.

Depends on your judge and jury.

To the op: I'm very sorry this happened it you. Just try to gather all the information you remember from what happened and what your friend experienced. And take all the info to the police. Men like that shouldn't be able to take advantage of women as they please.

I said if........ and if you think that's bad, wait until they get her on a witness stand. As I said, if you do not have absolute proof, it is one's word against anothers, they will tear her up.

Sorry this happened to you.

In the absence of physical evidence, it's your word against his. The only thing you can do is try and find other victims of his. If several other people can be found to corroborate your story (and you theirs) you have a chance of a prosecution.

Even if she decides not to press charges, wouldn't it still be a good idea to file a police report? At least then if someone else decides to press charges, there's more evidence against him.

i actually talked to one of my friends who is an officer and he said if you reported it immedieltly after it happened it owuld be one thing, depending on the state they would ask for his contact info and possible tryy to set him up to get on video or recording exactly what he was doing. however i beleive you said it was nine months ago which basically could lead any detective your speaking with to beleive that nothing happened and you reported it nine months later because you got pissed at him for one thing or another. (i thought it said this happened nine months ago, ignore that comment if it didnt). anyways, the whole gap in time would cause a big problem. I would personally find a guy that will kick his ass, call the dude and set up an appointment to meet him, send the big dude to kick his ass, the end. thats just me and im a huge bitch about shit like that and belive if i could find the shit bag tha tmolested me when i was younger i would have him beat up so bad he would never walk.

i would file a police report, then its in the system that this dude is shady and if someone else complains then they have more proof.

So I'm guessing that you don't have any "real" info about this guy, such as his real name or anything? You said you talked to him on the phone...did you not save the phone number or has the number been changed? Sorry if this seems obvious. Sometimes you never know, though...

What does molested mean? I tend to think of little kids being molested, not adults. Do you mean he sexually assaulted you?
