I have a customer that I see once a week without fail whom I leave with $3,000 (minimum, since he does a lot of dances and tips me $2-3 grand) after dancing for. Besides that I average $400-600 a night.

I know that I could probably make more money (since I was before this month, more like $600-800 a night) but being back in school has made me tired and not as focused at work, and go in later and less because I have things more important and interesting to me than going to work.

^I work really hard and I've watched the top hustlers at my club to see how they do it. There are girls at my club that have been dancing for eight or nine years, some only at the club I work at. They are amazing and make 2 or 3 grand every night. When I first started I wasn't making anything like what I am now, it took me a few months to figure out how the hustle worked by watching them. You have to stick it out at a club because every one is different.

I'm also lucky because I work at a high roller club and our customer base is very wealthy long-time strip club patrons. My regular that I have is just luck, Im totally myself with him and don't hustle him at all, our personalities really mesh and he just loves spending time with me. But y club is also SUPER SUPER dirty, so once again it just comes down to mastering the hustle at your club.

One month? Babe you are still learning to walk in your shoes! Haha. Trust me in two months you will be making three times what you are now just because you will have gotten more comfortable and less nervous being in the club. I worked for two and a half months before I had my first thousand-dollar-night.

I would suggest getting strip and grow rich. That program helped me a lot, it at least doubled my earnings. I'm incredibly shy and that program is what makes me able to sit and be bubbly and talkative. It will teach you how to talk to all the different types of customers you'll encounter, and will tell you all the basics regarding different types of clubs, auditoning, tipping, selling rooms and has a lot of sales tactics that you can use. I would also read ALL the posts in Hustle Hut and looking for the GOOD ones in Customer Conversation because it's good to read from their perspectives as well. I have learned so much from just going through the threads here. Watch the top hustlers at your club and ask them for help. If you say you are brand new, a lot of girls will take you under their wing. And, just work as much as you possibly can. I worked six, sometimes seven days a week for the first four months I danced.

I'm really not anything amazing, and I'm the last person anyone would think would be good at this job--I've had an eating disorder (that I've been hospitalized for) for the last seven years and I hate my body I've been sexually abused, I'm incredibly shy and timid and don't make friends or find boyfriends easily, and I've always identified myself by my intellgence which hurts my $, so if I can be good at this anyone can. I have many bad nights and a theres a lot of luck involved in this job. if you read a lot of girls are making equal and way more than I am. I've only been dancing for eight months so I have a lot more to learn!

Thanks Audrey! I'm soooo proud of you!

hello-kitty, like Audrey said, this is a skill based job. Cultivating and maintaining a regular clientele has very little to do with what you look like, how big your boobs are, or how well you dance onstage. It has EVERYTHING to do with how you gain his trust and keep him intrigued with you.

Uff, I'd be hella happy to make $150 - $200 consistently on a 5 hr shift. $1000 a night is unimaginable to me

Thank you. After another shit day, that's just what I needed to hear.

And I've been doing this for less than a week. :)

For the past 12 years as a house dancer I've made 1k and up like 2-3 times a YEAR.

1k a week is the norm. IF the club is busy enough.

Not realistic when you have girls soing way more than stripping for 200 a night and the industry is flooded w/more girls and less custies every year.

A friend and I made 3K each one day last month. Then she worked the next two days and he came in again BOTH days and she cleared 5K each time. I wish I hadn't taken off!

It's still out there! Rare, but still out there.

Regulars who trust and are into you are the ticket! I could not agree with BritneyIreland more! If I did not have two regulars come in last week I would have walked with nothing!

I did about 850 (would've been more, damn you LA clubs and your taking of half my money!!) last friday (I thought I did less for some reason and I realized I didn't). I hadn't danced in a year and it was my second week back into it so I'm pretty proud! I work in LA too so it didn't come quick, but I worked a long shift...club was pretty steadily slow but guys were spending some money so I just kept staying and doing dances. Kind of like what black widow described...working 10+ hours. I'm going to do it again because now I see it's totally feasible at my club, especially now that I'm building a couple regulars.

I've been dancing at one of the big New York clubs for about 4 weeks, my first week and a half was rough learning the ropes, but now I'm averaging over $1,000 a night gross, usually $850+ net of expenses. Had my best night ever this week though and walked out with over 2 grand!! I wish my situation allowed me to work more than two days a week!

^ usually when you're working somewhere and it's good money, it behooves you not to spread it all over the internet.
