My response to Athena: One of the things we emphasize at SGR is that we don't try to convince anyone they should or should not be a stripper. What we do is offer sales training, money management training, and life coaching to those who have already made the decision to enter the industry.

Ixnay on the reality TELEVISION show for now, thats a different project. We will be taking videos (with permission of course) for youtube testimonials.

One of the things we teach in the BootCamp is to learn to ask better questions.
Instead of "How much does it cost" ask "What is the value to me?" I'm working on a pricing model right now that basically is giving the farm away, but I'm sure some people will have sticker shock.

Again I will reiterate: for the sake of privacy we are keeping the details offline. The first newsletter went out today ;)

Thank you for all the feedback! I can't say that enough!!!!

I could never do the TV aspect but I think it sounds like a fabulous idea, esp for newbies!

Yogi: The whole appeal is the small group dynamic. I've gone to huge lectures with thousands of people, but the breakthroughs are made when a small group of people learn to trust and respect one another. Eventually the business plan is to hire SuperStripper Mentors for our DancerMentor program, but that is putting the cart before the horse ;)

Hey I just did a google search to see if anyone is promoting something similiar out there. I didn't find anything but I found several sites like this: http://www.strippersecret.com/ Do you really think that guys pay for this kind of thing?

Also BI, I think you are missing a key ingredient to your Boot Camps.... dance instruction! Having dance classes would make the training a complete package.

I had an idea last night as I was pounding away on the treadmill....

For all you newbies out there, does anyone have an interest in a SuperStripper Boot Camp? It's just a concept right now, and I have absolutely no time line established, but here's the basics:

Five days (maybe a week) in a house. Workshops on sales, lapdancing, poledancing, choreography. Also two daily DancerFit workouts and healthy home cooked meals included. We get you hired at a local club and you can work at night and at the end of the week.

I've been in "talks" for a reality show for a few months now...but I didn't like the skanky factor the one cable network included in it for ratings (its all about the ratings) I don't even watch TV!

So, does this interest anyone? Both if you had to pay and/or if it were free but you were going to be "exposed" as a stripper.

Id do it!

Wow! That sounds like a great idea. I think it would be fun both ways.. It would make an interesting reality tv show but then again it would be a great idea for girls just starting out!

Update:

I posted a general video on YouTube, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiiX_2HfURc) which doesn't show the participants faces and any discerning characteristics of the house/neighborhood (for safety reasons)

The member's version is here. (http://www.stripandgrowrich.com/dancerwealth/popup-video.php?id=55)

I am laughing my ass off right now at this stripper secret website. Seriously.

It gets better the further down you scroll:

"For a VERY limited time, I'm offering you a VERY RARE "Underground Hypnosis" book set FOR FREE: The Hypnosis "Dark Arts" Collection"

Dumbledore must be pissed.

i wannna go!!!!! it's too expensive britney!!! I wish I could afford it

hello-kitty, you never even called to ask me how much it cost...so how do you know it is too expensive?

wanderlust, it's pathetic, but according to Google Analytics, most of the internet traffic I receive comes from the search "date a stripper"

britneyireland

No, you saw the retail VALUE of the services provided ;) The actual COST is much less.

http://www.stripandgrowrich.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/sedonapricelessfriends-300x218.jpg

Note: this is the SAME thing you SHOULD be doing with your customers in order to upsell VIP. COST and VALUE are two totally different things. When the Value exceeds the Cost by a landslide, there is no way anyone can say no.

so, why do the girls have to interview to be accepted into the SuperStripper Bootcamp?

britneyireland
02-15-2010, 08:45 PM
Breezy24,

There are a few reasons. First, because there are a lot of creepy lurker guys on both this board and my website. I want to make sure the person is a legitimate entertainer. Second, do you have any idea how much the downpayment, utility deposits, furniture, liability insurance, etc. are on a MILLION dollar mansion?? Can you fault me for screening carefully? During the interview I go over the house rules and make it crystal clear that this is not a get drunk and party stripper house.

Most importantly, I interview everyone because I want to make sure the person is committed to learning. This immersive experience is NOT for everyone. Space is limited, the one week program is very very affordable and very popular, and I don't want to turn a quality candidate down.

On a side note: it's absolutely FASCINATING how afraid people are to make a phone call and talk on the phone nowadays. Everyone wants information via email, text, and forums. Call me old school, but if I'm going to invite someone to live in my home, I want to talk to them on the phone!
