It seems to be a popular movement these days for girls to be liek "i am happy with my body. so now i am going to eat taco bell for dinner and finish up with dairy queen for dessert. twice a week. and two more times a week ill have mcdonalds. and this is ok, becuase i look good enough for me." i dont think anyone should live like this because it is super unhealthy. and especially dancers, because having a good body is part of our profession.

so yea, if you are now eating healthy and excersizing, you are golden. i wouldnt sweat the clothing size as much, just make sure your body is healthy and in shape :).

Just had to comment on this....

ug! that is gross! I exercise 4 days a week, walk my dogs 3 times a day and eat relatively balanced, low cost food.

Today I did not feel like working out per say, so I decided to just go swimming. Came home had some chocolate ice cream (with banana and peanut butter) and put myself in front of the tube. Then later I finished up my house cleaning, had about 3 glasses of water, took my dogs out and then ate some celery and an orange. Later on tonight I will probably eat a baked potato and salad for dinner and then take my dogs out again.

I don't deny myself, but in the same respect I do not over indulge. It's not about dieting for me, it is about eating balanced. I do eat ice cream (I go through about a container a week, which is a 2 L), but heck I certainly ain't eating a tub of it every other day! Infact on some TLC show I saw a guy who was going through 4 L a day of the stuff!! Talk about high sugar....

Also the cost of fast food is rediculous (sp?). I can make a taco dinner for me and my two roommates for less then $10. That's 3 people I can feed, just by making tacos at home. And I do not use half the amount of cheese and other fattening ingredients that taco bell might use. We did this the other week, we each had 4 tacos and we were all stuffed! $10 for 12 tacos (meat, cheese, sour cream, veggies, and taco shells).

Eating at home and working out reasonably is what made me lose my weight. Not only do I look better, but I feel better. Also my pocket book can thank me because it does not cost me near as much to eat at home then it does out.

Thank you OJenni! Balance is truly the key and I think you have it down for what works for you. It's good to know that people do eat "normally" and aren't crazy about every bite they put into their mouths.

It grosses me out when the girls at work order KFC or Swiss Chalet delivery to work. I can't imagine eating something that gross and greasy and then trying to act sexy and dance around afterwords. I just feel sick and lethargic after eating that garbage.

As for the question at hand, I'm size 3-5, 34B-24-37, 5'4" and about 125-130 lbs depending on what scale I use.

OMG, I can't image trying to be sexy after eating that! Seriously? Swiss Chalet? And that deliciously greasy gravy/dipping sauce they serve with a whole half a friggin' chicken....Mmm...soooo good, but damn! Trying to act sexy and flirty after that? Not going to happen....Gassy Maybe, but not sexy.

Just what a man wants! LOL!

Well im 5'7 and weigh 176 and everyone is always shocked that im a size (UK) 16 in clothes as they guess me as 12 or 14 at the most. I have very thin muscular legs and arms, all my weight is around my stomach but even then if i suck it in i can clearly see ribs so i dont know.... I have wide hips and a tiny waist and big boobs. Due to my wide hips i could never fit into anything lower than a 10.
I am working my way down to a size 12 though!

The underlined - especially the bold, I wholly agree with.

I am 6 foot and 150 I am not sure what size I am but my measurements are 34 C, 27, 36 and alot of people tell me I look good. It's all about how you feel. Although right now it's "that time" so I am not feeling all too sexy. Are those good stats?

I'm 5'3 and about 2 weeks ago I weighed in at 152.8 and I just bought some new Seven Jeans at a size 8.

I'm not stripping anymore, which is why I got so heavy. Dancing I was around 135lbs and a size 5-6.

At my smallest I was 21 years old and using ephedra. I was 114lbs and a size 3. Without ephedra I don't think I can ever get to be that size again.

I'm a 10-12 U.K size and 5'5. My top half is bigger because of my EE boobs. I don't know my measurements but I'm around 10 stone. I've always been around the same weight except when I went through a very skinny, junkie phase which lasted a few years. I eat very well 95% of the time and walk a lot.
