^ Being physically fit has very little to do with risk of burn-out. I'm very physically fit as well...the physical aspect of the job is nothing. It's the emotional labor that kills most women.
Shrugs...you should be fine at first regardless. Even those who burn out usually love the job when they first start.
I'm not wishing you ill-luck, just trying to let you know what to expect.
It's only ever emotional burn out with me. I pop my knee out of socket and will keep movin'. But when I start getting pissed off or crying every night, it's time for a break. >:(
