That is Fn awesome. I am only 3/4 as healthy as you and I'm also a health freak ( I succumb to sweets sometimes).
Great list of foods too, I only started to shop at whole foods like a month ago. I also find that people who know how to cook look better (are in better shape/thinner) than those who don't because they eat out a lot.
Shower filter is a great idea, I got one two months ago and lemme tell the difference is amazing. Isn't it so good for the skin!?

I love Whole Foods! Also, when you start to cook for yourself everyday, it becomes very difficult to eat out anywhere. If I go to restaurant, I'll look at the menu and be thinking, damn, I could cook this same thing at home better! Not to mention I only use organic meats and produce now, and restaurants here use all commercial products. I love the shower filter! My skin never gets dry, the water feels totally different. I've heard the first time you clean out the filter and see what's actually been in your water, you'll never go without one!

JD, I found this website with this really bad ass chart concerning supplements I thought you would like. It's really easy and comprehensive, tell you what not waste your time on versus what is totally worth it! You can also roll over the "bubbles" and it explains what they are intended for.

Today I ate.... for breakfast: greek yogurt w/blueberries, black coffee, water. For lunch: spinach salad with apple cider vinaigrette as dressing, with one organic tomato, and one can of very low sodium tuna, and some crushed red pepper. I did my workout and had a Jay Robbs protein shake afterwards, then for dinner I had baked salmon and chicken livers, with a glass of kale/romaine/carrot/ginger/lemon/cucumber/fennel juice.

Hope everyone's diet and exercise routine is going well too!

Tonight I ate 2 kale/strawberry shakes and am eating baked salmon(which I totally overcooked) right now. I put lemon and butter on top. Want to try chicken livers!!

I thought I'd share this recipe with you- you might enjoy it.
A can of canelli beans
2 tomatoes
1 ripe avacado

Combie and cut them, throw on 1/8 cup balsamic vinager and 2 tablespoons of extra virgen olive oil. It's really good, and gives me lasting energy for like 5 hours if I need it(I prefer to eat light and often though). It should fit into your diet also.

Thanks! Today for breakfast I had a glass of red kale/green kale/romaine/green bell pepper/ginger/carrot/parsley juice and added one raw organic egg, a few ounces of aloe vera juice, and 6 drops of BioSil. I have been adding dandelion greens to my "green lemonade" here and there as well for some "detoxifying", as they increase bile flow from the liver. I also had my Chobani 0% greek yogurt with blueberries, goji berries, flax seeds, and slivered almonds and a cup of lemon yerba mate tea. I just bought some organic low fat Kefir (this one: http://www.foodservicedirect.com/product.cfm/p/170858/Lifeway-Kefir-Organic-Low-Fat-Plain-Kefir-32-Ounce.htm) and I plan on mixing this with my post workout protein shake for some extra nutrition.

JD if you're into yerba mate try the Guayaki Mate Chocolatte. It's delish & my absolute fave!!! You can find it at WF and perhaps your local grocery.

:( That sucks that your mom threw up so much while she was preggers. If it makes you feel any better, my mum smoked the whole time she was preggers with me!

I've been snooping around this site for a few days and this quote provided me a great lol, so thanks!

here is to my first post!;D

I'm glad i just checked this out, I just got a new diet from my nutritionist and basically he just gave me a list of my goal for nutritional values and based on what he gave me I'm having a very difficult time finding enough food to eat in a day that would fall under my goal. He didn't give me any food ideas. My Sat Fat goal so low I can hardly eat a hard boil egg. I think I like your list better...

Where did he go to school? I think it's time for a new nutritionist! He should have given you a list of foods, recipes, etc. And anyways, saturated fats are not really the enemy.
