also -- anyone who thinks they're "deprived" becuz they have to move outta a HUGE 1600 sq ft LOFT in expensive-ass SAN FRAN is a spoiled brat. (most likely spoiled by the bf and/or stripclub money) i'm in the process of moving/buying a property and all of the 3bd 2-3 story homes im lookin at ring in at about 1200-1400 sq ft and they feel pretty darn spacious to me. and this is in a city where house prices are downright reasonable, not overinflated like san fran. i can aptly afford a house priced up to the low 200s but im purposely buying a property thats 140k or less becuz im conservative with money and not willing to overextend myself and then ask for handouts. downgrading is the LEAST she could do.
Exactly. I'm not quite sure why a previous post where I admitted I am struggling was even brought up. I've fallen on hard times the last few years (as have many others, the economy is crap) but refuse to still take advantage of the system. Because I know I can't afford a baby I refuse to have one now until my financial situation gets better. Yet because I stated I was against welfare freeloaders, of course my financial situation (and previous posts) are brought up to defend the idea of welfare for those who don't need it. Very strange considering I never even mentioned the op, just welfare in general. My situation will improve eventually because I work hard and it always improves. I do it without assistance from the government. I guess the idea that because I am struggling now I should be sympathetic to those on welfare. Nope, that won't happen, in fact when I've struggled financially I always resent welfare freeloaders even more.
Congrats on your home.
