I love this thread. It's SO motivating!

I know Zin's goal didn't ultimately work out, but dayum, the girl had a dream! Gotta respect the effort. I return to this thread every now and then when I need a kick in the ass.

I'd be interested to hear if any other girls on this site are pursuing a similarly aggressive goal in this economy.

yeah after reading that, i kind had a feeling that would be a pretty impossible goal but i wished she pulled it off! that would be amazing and so inspirational! im going for ten grand a year so by the time i quit i would have 100 grand ..that's a long time though so im thinking i need to double that. i get so stressed because i feel every night i have off im losing money and im very scared of getting old and having no income ..but on the other hand, i wasted to much of my youth i want to enjoy the rest along with my sons' childhood so i have to weigh money versus enjoyment and living right now. i think im just going to go with a happy medium, half work and half relaxing and having a life. i just want a house/trailer with land and paid off by the time i quit

If you take that ten grand a year and invest it, you could end up with a lot more than 100 grand after 10 years.

^^^ indeed I was very lucky in that regard. Of course I also saved and invested more than $10k per year.

I had a mini realization a while ago in regards to the whole 'taking advantage of your stripper earnings' thing and I must say; it's quite a pessimistic attitude! Why assume that you can only make great money stripping?

Because, for better or worse, the changes which have taken place in the US / world economy over the past few years have arguably primarily benefitted those who already HAD major money. Those same changes have arguably made it more difficult for those who didn't have a whole lot of money to start with to make economic progress. Almost without exception, 'stripping' provides girls who have little money to start with an opportunity to earn and save at a very fast rate ( compared to alternatives requiring similar levels of education and initial investment ).

This was me! I hate to update this thread unencouragingly with shattered hopes and dreams, but I have to LOL. I never did become a stripper workhorse. I'll be on a roll for a while and then I burn out and make less for a while. I would probably make more if I worked less but I tend to feel wasteful when I take more than a little time off and also; the more time I have off the more time I have to spend money.

I never got the huge tits of my dreams either, after oodles of research my only realistic next option was extremely overfilled salines and I absolutely did not want that. Plus I must say I'm also sick of being under the knife. Going back under in September. Best believe though that if I end up dating a rich guy who loves big tits I'm getting expanders and custom replacements. :D

This is a great post, too. The fact that you have the stones to speak up and say that it didn't completely work out...

Regardless of how it turned out though, I hope you can see that you have an impressive amount of ambition, and that'll take you far in any industry. I first read this thread when I was massively burnt out, and I remember being awed by the simple fact that you'd set such a goal: it was so inspiring! And seriously, even if you only made an extra few thousand dollars by setting such a crazy goal, it got you somewhere.
