I always hated doing doubles, I wish girls would ask me if I am okay with doing doubles before hustling the guy I am with. It always seemed like they were just stepping on my toes and made me resentful. Rules seem all black & white on a website but change in practice as in yes, definitely don't talk shit about your coworkers to anyone but when one of your coworkers is drunk and giving a hand job to a guy at a table and the guy has a ten inch dick... If you need to talk to someone about a coworker, best to talk to management but even that is pretty iffy.

You can't count on your coworkers to know "the rules" so look out for number one, watch yourself. Don't create trouble for yourself or others. Focus on the money, getting angry or being resentful isn't focusing on the money.

-Don't show up fucking sick. New girl worked Sat and Tuesday, didn't tell anyone she had strep throat till Wednesday. I don't care if you can just snort a line or two of K and feel better, you're not in shape to come to work. Now me and another dancer are sick!

-Shave! you can argue that your thong covers your vagina but it really doesn't cover all of your cooter hair. Nor does it cover your armpits, legs, stomach, back, mustache, and whatever place that is not socially attractive to have mass amounts of hair.
-Please brush your teeth, I don't know why that would have to be explained or why someone wouldn't do this but I have seen it (well smelled it) many times.
-If you get so drunk you pass out in the bathroom or dressing room we will not help you and probably won't try and wake you up either.

If you are going to do a double with me don't tell me during the middle of it that you think you might be getting your period and aren't wearing a tampon... :O

Avoid sitting at another girls stage. Especially if it's the only guy at the stage. If you MUST sit with a guy at the stage make sure he is tipping and don't sit on his lap or be so all over him he can't even see the girl onstage. SO disrespectful. Sorry if that was mentioned I haven't gone through this whole thread but that one gets me so mad!

Don't trash talk other dancers to customers, it makes you look bad and half of the time the customer will tell the other girl to try and start drama.

Flsuh the damn toilet and if the toilet is in the dressing room and you poop, spray some perfume or something for godsakes!

Light a match - it's the best way to get rid of the shit smell instantly! We kept matches on the toilet tank for this.

-Get off stage when the dj calls u off stage, don't linger nd be greedy trying to get as many singles as possible when your stage time is up. Be considerate of the next girl called on stage and her stage time that you r taking up- thank the customers and gt off quickly -I hate waiting for bitches to get off Or still having them talking to custies when I'm trying to do my set..times up biotch!

Please don't introduce yourself by your real name in the DR and then expect me to know it's not your stage name.
If you say "Hi my name is Kelly" anywhere in the club I'll assume it's ok to call you Kelly anywhere inside the club. I don't know your club name is Chandelier.
In fact I don't really ever need to know your real name unless we start to hang out irl.

Avoid sitting at another girls stage.

This is actually forbidden in many clubs.

This is rude as hell; heck, no matter how much I may dislike a dancer, I do not do that.

Agree, however, these are othe ways where is legitimate to say that a girl is really ruining your money:

-Girls who talk trash about other girls to customers.
-Girls who jump into a customer's lap while you're talking to him (and you prefer to seat next to him instead).
-Girls who sit around the tip rail to talk/distract customers while other dancers are on stage.

For me, these are big no-no when dancing. No matter how much you may hate another dancer, it is never acceptable to talk trash about them to customers. In the end, is worse for them.

I agree, girls rarely do this at my club, and the guy they sit with usually tip. Honestly I hate when chicks do it period unless they BROUGHT the guy to the stage for me. The only time I approach customers at the stage is when they see come see me for a lapdance or private before I get off stage.

DON'T TOUCH MY FUCKING SHIT!!!
I don't care if it was "in your way". Bitch, there is PLENTY of other seats and spots to sit in AND my shit is in a nice, neat little pile...UNDER the table.
If I have my bag on the counter, it's because I was on dayshift, did an outfit change, and had a customer.
DON'T FUCKING MOVE MY BAG!! and especially DON'T FUCKING THROW MY SHIT!!
PLUS, you KNEW I was just chilling at the bar, come say, "hey, Avery, is it cool if I move your stuff over? Or..hey, Avery, can you just move your bag over?" It's one thing to just scoot my stuff over, but to fucking throw it!..fucking disrespectful bitches!! grrrr
I will be polite at first, but if it happens again, I will go off.
I'm EXTREMELY easy to get along with, I just don't appreciate anyone touching my stuff.
Grrrrr...bitches!! >:(

I use a locker with my own personal lock at my club. I can't EVER work in a club that doesn't provide lockers for me to use while on shift so chicks can destroy, use, or steal my stuff. I LEAVE NOTHING ON THE COUNTER UNLESS I AM USING IT AT THE MOMENT.

-Don't bitch to me or anyone else who will listen about how much your life sucks. We don't care. Customers don't care. NO ONE cares.
-Don't talk my ear off like an old friend you haven't seen in years. I'm NOT your friend.
-Don't treat the staff like crap (staff means Bartenders, Bouncers, DJs etc.) because you somehow think you're better than they are because you're a dancer. Those are the people you want on your side when your ass gets in trouble.
-And (imo) the NUMBER ONE rule - DO NOT EVER TALK SHIT ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOU WORK WITH TO THE FUCKING CUSTOMERS.

Keep your mouth shut, be cordial to those who are to you, and most importantly FOCUS ON MAKING $$$$$ ONLY.

Being dancing in the club since the beginning of time doesn't mean that you are above the other dancers; it just means you have been there the longest, nothing else!!!!!
