Back into reality from Punta Cana and life freaking sucks.
Am considering of saving up for a vacation house there ~125k, nothing below 300k here and that includes a small 1 bedroom condo. Hate this city, cannot wait to move out.

My throat feels a bit closed up, awkward breathing. DOn't know if I've just been sitting funny for too long or it's a stress thing. It's not goodwhen you just burst into tears at a minor inconvenience.

Yes it is, which kind of bugs me. On the other hand we are chatting more and more and getting to know each other better in that respect. I don't want to scare him because he is inexperienced but on the other hand don't want to wait forever either. I'm still casually dating other men too but not crazy about any of the others (one is just a friend though).

Some people are so strange; something can be staring them in the face, all the signs are there, outcome obvious - but if they don't have a date and a time, it's an "uncertainty" and "not to be worried about right now". When the stakes are this high, you err on the side of caution!

How many years has it been for you? I'm due for my next shot in about a week and this is literally the worst time period I've ever experienced in life. I'm devastated. I only took one shot and never again. I'm going the Saheli/Centchroman route.
Yup.
The two most irritating parts are that I still have SUPER irregular periods (If I get them at all - I literally skip months) and my hair has never really grown in as full and beautiful as it used to be. But there's a ton of shit that's 'not quite the same' since I tried that devil's injection.

I took it from age 15-18. I loved not having any periods (didn't have one for an entire 3 years!), but made me completely insane. I got it secretly from Planned Parenthood, so my poor dad had no clue why I was such a wild animal during that time. I wasn't teary or sensitive or anything, but incredibly hyperactive, lots of risk taking, shorter temper even than usual (I have the worst temper ever), swinging from not caring to raging to extreme happiness... it was pretty interesting. I have no lasting effects from it, but I definitely think it's a strange compound that doesn't work for very many people.

I was only commenting on the stated experience of a couple of girls I know who did not have such horrid experiences. It DOES have a LOT of well documented side effects, and many women respond poorly to the drug - but some also find it o be reliable and nearly side-effect free.
On a different subject - I set THOSE assholes straight today, despite their trying to screw me again; got it done, got it signed off, gettin' paid. Fuck liars and haters.

I know women who took Depo and the one where it is inserted in the arm and they all said they hated it. I'm not a fan of hormonal birth control anyway because I am worried about the side effects. That's just me though.
I have a brother and I love him and am proud of him but I have always wanted a sister. I have a sister in law and we have become closer in the last few years than ever, but it's not the same thing.

Personally, I think nude with wings makes an angel costume, but that's not exactly legal outside the club and not a good money making strategy inside.

Do keep in mind that most of these famous "psychics" are just cold readers. You probably just didn't give him enough information to make up something for you. Legit psychics try to keep a low profile or only do it for good causes, like helping in the investigation of crimes. I wouldn't call myself psychic per se, but I do have precognitive dreams from time to time (all of which depict the event from my point of view, like being at school when I learned about my mom's car accident, so I never see anything that doesn't affect me) and can accurately (at least it's accurate to my knowledge- readings about myself come true and I've never recieved a "it didn't happen" report from anyone else) forms of divination like card readings. You think I tell anyone I know irl or charge them for it? Hell to the no. I only talk about it on the internet where I'm (semi) anonymous or to extremely close family and friends. I'll do readings on occasion for free or tell them about a relevant dream, but it's really a secret that I do NOT want getting out. I already get asked at least once a week to do spellwork, which is way less mainstream than getting "psychic" readings, and only accept in cases of undoing spells that were done by dabblers.

Some famous psychics like Sylvia Browne are egomaniacs whose motives become transparent after awhile. But I do believe that there are legitimate psychics or mediums who are more well known who just don't feel any conflict about charging money for their ability and encourage followers to develop their own abilities. A few I can think of off the top of my head..Colette Baron Reid, Peggy Rometo, John Holland. Some of these psychics also help investigate crimes like you said and also want to draw a large audience to promote their own healing modalities. The psychic who read me (D Fraser) has an online radio show that I've listened to several times and he is usually spot on about specific things without being given any information about the caller. To be fair, he picked up on things about my family and predicted a future relationship but couldn't pick up enough information on me in particular because he said I'm just floating around with other peoples energies. I don't know if empath is a title that is familiar to you but I'm chalking it up to me being an empath which is a person who takes on other people's "emotional stuff" (not the same as being intuitive or psychic). Anyways I'm going on a tangent at this point but I'm really open minded about this topic and I think it's great and beneficial that you have these precognitive abilities and share it with those close to you.

I know you were asking Vyanka and she will have her own input, but I will also chime in a bit...
The answer right now is: Who knows? A lot of the subway system is still closed and most of downtown Manhattan is still without power, all of which is due largely to flooding (the power lines are also underground). The powers that be are saying that they expect to have most of the power restored by Sunday, but given the current state of affairs I have my doubts. Still in effect today is also a driving restriction where one cannot enter the city unless one has three people in the car. Cops are sitting at all of the bridges checking cars and turning them around if they have less than three occupants, which is making any commute into the city a multi-hour nightmare.
One of the craziest things is that they are still intending to hold the NYC marathon on Sunday, despite the fact that several thousand entrants will not make it and there is no guarantee that conditions will be substantially improved by then.

Grrrrr. I got double-whammied by Sandy. My work in Boston canceled for this week because no one could fly in and now my gig in NYC for next week cancelled because things are still such a mess down there.
I've got electricity, gas and food up here in Boston so I'm certainly not putting myself in the same boat as those of you who are up the creek right now. On the other hand I'm bored out of my mind and, with two weeks worth of work cancelling, I can't even hang out in the clubs...
