I wouldnt go if i was totally broke. I have ticket home money saved just in case and Luckily i broadcast on one of those vanilla live streaming apps and im contracted so i get bad the forst week of every month and i did pretty well this month so i decided to not wait for that and just go.
I know the money there isnt great but really im just going to get my head back to putting myself first and back working regularly. I figure if i dont make enough before i leave or if i fall back in love with dancing again ill contact some of the mainland clubs i saw that contract girls and get my money right then. Honestly ive been working so on and off recently ANY money will feel like a lot of money. Haha

I left Guam recently so wanted to share some post covid updates. Whoever said Guam is what you make of it is absolutely right! I got the feeling that the people who hated being there would be miserable anywhere. I also am fond of the island now and plan to return but not to work.
I went on a 48-work day contract to Foxy's and was required to work 5 days a week which I've never ever done before. Except for catching Covid the week I arrived, one other sick day and one day I was super emotional (emergency back home) I didn't miss any other days.
If your only concern is making tons of $ don't go here. I made 12,600 the month of July but I know I was if not the top earner among the top 2.
Money: The club is super f'n dead until late and on my worst nights I left with $75. However, you also get a nightly pay of about $87, or $500 every 6 working days. The club will fly you out but will hold your checks for some time to make sure you don't bail. In addition to the daily pay you get another $100 for each $1000 in sales for that week. You will make most of your money from drinks and if stage is good you don't want to miss it. The drinks are $20, $50, $100. Dances are $100/10 minutes in a private room and I know some girls do extras but seems like they get paid more in cash once they're in there or they just wanted to? You can upsale though and make it a champagne room and charge $800/$1k just take control and make sure you let the mamasans know youve already established that price. You don't keep all of the money, you get handed a coin for each drink/dance (20, 50, 100) but when you cash them in each night you get half of the total and they take a house fee (min $10 up to $30 and its based on 10% of what you make so if you make $250 take home they take another $25).
I mentioned mamasan: they are the waitresses/facilitators and quite aggressive, it seriously made me anxious how hard they hustle the guys but stopped caring quickly. Figure out which mamasans you work with best and tip them when they help you make money. The mamasans well fight over a good dancer lol Also if you're a baby stripper Guam is a very gentle start you literally can just sit all night and let the mamasans do all your hustling...but if you're a shark and can upsell be careful to make sure you're in control and dont let the mamasan sell you cheaper, communicate and be in control. Also, you can be "bought out" which means LEAVE the club with a client which was crazy to me! But I did it lol preferably with another dancer and we go bar hopping. I'm sure some girls do more as most guys have a room nearby everything is centralized on one strip. This should be at least $500 but I always asked $800 per hour and the most hours I got was 3.
Stage: 3 songs, 1st fully dressed, 2nd topless, 3rd nude. All clubs on island are full nude. You pick your music. I personally dont let people touch me and my ass/legs are big enough that if I dont spread my legs when nude you cant see my vulva and I wouldnt lol however I still made good stage $ compared to other girls but I have great stage presence and am a good dancer. I see there used to be a lot groping on stage but I absolutely never let anyone play with my tits, and for the most part didn't notice other girls allowing it either. I would motor boat a bday boy with a large group of friends to rake in tips tho. Some dancers will lay on the tip rail and spread their legs in a guys face and touch their pussy but anyway.....imo not necessary
Housing: not bad, but not at all whats on the website! DM me if you want to see where we are housed I'll tell you the apartments exactly and you can look it up. $14/day for utilities which is a little over $400/mo. Basically its a 2 BR/1bath apt and there can be up to 4 girls per apartment (2/room) but I never had to share a room in the three months I was there. I also asked to move from one apt to another because I was closer in age/personality with the other girl and the club allowed it. You cannot bring anyone into the apt, no men, no friends, no dancers, no pets. Overall we followed this rule except a couple occasions where the girls in the apt came over for a drink and both my roomie and I were there. Also alcohol isn't allowed in the apts lol obviously we broke that rule but we never like stocked the fridge with beer or liquor...there is a dancer who is a manager which i thought was pretty cool and she can come at any time and check the apts but she didn't except like when a new girl came or a girl was moving out and it was basically to have it cleaned etc. Not a hassle. Its 5 minute drive through the main strip to the club and a cab each way is $8 and you can split with the other girls. The housing is close to everything you can walk to the gym (need a membership), a circle K (grocery store you will need a cab), beach, and a lot of restaurants/bars. I brought a home camera and with my roommates consent we set it up at the doorway because anyone from management or the hotel cam come in!
Banking: There is no mainland banks, no BOA, TD, Chase, Wells, etc. You will need to open a bank account. Bring your SSC. They are like Hawaiian and Guam banks. If you happen to have access to Navy Federal you're winning.
Military bases: No access at all for civilians. Handful of girls in Foxys are married to mil guys and can get on base which is quite the treat because the bases have to best beaches, cheap ass gas, and cheap goods/produce. I met a guy who was in a work field that allowed him to bring anyone on base no ID asked or anything but thats RARE.
The island: So. Much. Fun. I made the most of my days off! This is a great and cheap place to get scuba certified. I also snorkeled a lot, was my favorite thing to do. I also went hiking, parasailing, jet skiing and would just drive around the island through the mountains, stopping at random places/beaches and taking it all in. Everyone says how hawaii is so much better and maybe it is but idgaf I enjoyed what was there and it is absolutely beautiful. If you like to party at night plenty of clubs and bars, if you like day time stuff its a little tougher because we work until 2am and trying to get up early and take in the day is always hard for me especially if I drink at work. Just gotta try to manage yourself and your time.
All in all I had a great time. I met a Navy guy a couple weeks in and I designated him my island boo. Miss him but it was fun to have someone to go to at 2:30am after work especially when I was drunk :D For me personally, having a lover there made it more fun and it really was like a sexy and fun vacation. I paid 5k towards my car loan when I was there, had a customer buy me a LV purse and came back with almost 15k saved up (and I spent a lot eating out, nails/lashes/massages/spas/waxing and doing fun stuff).
If you have questions ask away

Guam is honestly a waste of time if you're a woc darker than a paper bag
