rightttt..so whats your camgirl URLS anyway??? *rolling around laughing smiley face* and "sweetie" a timezone isant going to change the morning unless your out of country. There are LOTS of camgirls on MORNING eastern and pacific. If you were a "REAL" camgirl you would know there are DAY girls and NIGHT girls and BOTH. SMH
So wait you put me on blast and you want me to give you my URLs, sure, I'll get right on that because I'm a sucker for harassment.

also - have some thoughts to maybe make your twitter less spammy!
retweet when your models tweet that they are online - I emailed Liz so she has my info to retweet me and promote, but that hasn't happened; if there were some way to automatically tweet whenever a user goes on the site and into chat, that would REALLY help drive in traffic, especially since the biggest complaint I've seen is nobody being online
also, maybe instead of tweeting the exact same thing over and over and over, change it up and feature models and new content on a regular basis! that would be less spammy and more promo-related
OK - we've just finished implementing a system to include Virtual Girlfriend chat log in alerts in our Tweets. So you log in to chat at VLA and a couple of minutes later we tweet the fact to our 1200+ followers (there's a 30 minute limit on it to stop chat log in/out by the same person grabbing more than 1 tweet in half an hour).
We're also developing a system to highlight the direct profile links/content sale items of recently active girls in our Tweets too. Also a tweet and/or RSS based system for alerting Virtual Girlfriends to members in chat. More news on these bits later. We're also going to give those of you with Twitter accounts the chance to add this information to our records so that when you log in to chat we can tweet "@yourtwittername" in the tweet alert rather than just using your site name.

We added the Virtual Girlfriend feature tweets earlier today. This gives twitter exposure to Virtual Girlfriend's direct profile links and highlights their sale items (and is weighted to give more exposure to those girls who are most active on the site). More updates on additional social stuff to follow.

Hi,I'm Loz from Virtual Love Affair. Noticed on my site stats that there were links coming in from this site and found this thread (good to see that some of my Twittering has been useful).
Just wanted to throw in a few comments that may help any of you considering signing up and answer some questions raised in this thread.
First up the payment through "e-wallet providers" thing. We are finalising a list of the ones we'll support at the moment, but Neteller will be one (). It's a handy way for us to pay participants without having to store personal details, tell the taxman about you or exclude women that don't want to see their income turn up in a bank account.
Next the worry that we ask for your "exact real age and birthdate". This is just our age verification system to keep out underage participants. Depending on requirements from our payment processor we may need a tougher avs - we'll know more on this next week. For now, you can rest assured that as we don't ask for your real name or address, the DOB info can't be used fraudulently. We do realise that some more mature beautiful people may be sensitive about their real age anyway (I am and I'm not even beautiful) - but it's just to keep out the kids.
Seems like MGF? It is in many ways. Actually we only found MGF after we had finished development. Could have been a real downer, but we're not worried as our site has a number of key differences.
Firstly the site percentage. Rather than the 35cents in every $1 that MGF takes when you cash out, we take 0cents. On our site when a guy gives you a dollar it's worth a dollar to you. We take our percentage at the front door - at rates similar to MGF member credit buying rates. We're not interested in rubbishing anyone else's site, we just feel our members and women participants will prefer a transparent payment system. Our margin is much smaller than MGF, but then again you'll be doing most of the work and if everyone's happy then business runs faster and more smoothly.
Secondly, we've developed a "pay to see" private content model. Once you create a private content package on your profile all the member has to do is click to buy instant viewing rights to it. No more messing around with mediafire links etc and the members can impulse buy your stuff. This means that you don't have to nail every sale in chat. Your content packages (images and/or videos) are available for instant sale 24/7.
Thirdly, we're not offering live cams. There's plenty of sites that offer that but we're after a different vibe. Our experience of the mixed "some do cam / some don't" approach (MGF,MFI) is that it makes life tough on the girls that don't and the ones that just don't at the moment. You have a bunch of members running around the place asking for live cam in the first few words of every chat and being rude when they can't have it right now or ever. We prefer building the social model and getting you sales from that.
Well, that's quite enough from me. If you have any further questions drop me a message or check out the site. As you'll see, we're still in pre-launch recruitment - determined to avoid a "tumbleweed" launch (so we're going to make sure we have plenty of participants on both sides of the fence before we go fully live). Hope to be working with some of you soon.
seems like a cheap rip off of mygirlfund.com. MGF lets you keep up to 90% of the money *smiles*

Up to 90%? Wow, so pick a number between 0% and 90%? I love advert speak, it's so inspiring. Either a/. read the entire thread before you comment (on the 1% chance that you're a real person) or b/.Aw Zoe - back so soon? Now I really believe you're a camgirl...

If this were the case, I would be a rich woman.
Girls get about 35% of what men spend, I believe? They skim a percentage off the spenders and the girls. Pretty lame they act like you're getting 65%.
Re: VirtualLoveAffair - the site is a ghost town for me. I've never seen anyone logged in to the LiveChat and I don't have the time to search through members/blogs looking for a big spender. Site navigation is not exactly user friend. I don't sell content yet so maybe it's not the site for me, but I figured I'd get at least some kinda money another way. I have no idea how to go about doing that though, so I'll probably just close my account.

OMG! MYGIRLFUND..Grow up everyone already knows that you (vajayjay) AND Zoecamgirl are the same person and that person is MYGIRLFUND. You are acting ridiculous and it's soooo obvious who you are. You come on this forum ONLY to bash other companies but take up for MYGIRLFUND only? ummmmmmmmmm yea...Shouldn't you be busy managing a website that looks like it was built in the 90's and ripping off girls and harassing them :O
And about your 90%, how much do the girls have to make to get 90%?? Like 50k or something? ....exactly

UPDATE: Your right girly....
Virtual Love Affair is currently offline.
All user submitted content remains secure under the terms and conditions.
All Virtual Girlfriends entitled to a payout under the minimum payout goal conditions have received their payments.
We apologise, but we are not able to respond to or action any service requests at this time.
Did they think that MGF was gonna sit around and not try to bring them down? I was really interested in joining. Wonder what the exact thing was that made them go offline.

The site just never took off. It was always dead there, no traffic at all. I think they ran out of money before they could promote it.

Aw...read through the whole (highly entertaining!) thread only to find out that I missed the boat. Ah well, at least I didn't waste any time. Well, no more that it took to read a 13 page thread!!

Alright guys, I updated the first post. Sorry, I figured this thread would get buried, it's been forever since the site was even active.
