^^^^^^ I hope that everything goes ok for you too. I will never order from them again no matter how many coupon or promo codes they dangle. It's just not worth the hassle IMO. I can find comparable deals on more reliable sites that actually have a customer service number.

I'm gonna stay totally neutral here as I use 'Snaz75' often, and haven't had any problems - however - have you looked here?

I would wholeheartedly recommend them! I've ordered from them three times, and each time my order came in 2-3 days. They have a great selection of clothes, and a lot of their stuff is cheaper than what you can find it for on other sites. And they have a customer service line (not that I've ever had to use it)! Try them!

Just wanted to update that I received my order from Snaz75 on the exact scheduled delivery date (took about a week), received everything correctly that I had ordered, and the items were great quality. Thumbs up from me.
Probably wouldn't order again though unless I had another 30% coupon to justify the prices. They aren't necessarily expensive, I'm just kinda cheap since my shoes, stockings, and undies (which is what I ordered) get worn and torn way too quick to spend a lot of money on them.

I keep seeing things I love on these sites only to get to the checkout and find that they don't ship to Australia. Anyone know of any sites that ship down under?
I'm in Australia nd had the following experiences with these stores.....
*Lingerie Diva (http://www.lingerie diva.com), they ship to Aus and are very reasonable with their shipping costs.($23) I have bought here several times now and been very happy.
*OD Girl (http://www.odgirl.com)but their shipping costs was a bit pricey, I bought half what I got at Lingerie Diva but the shipping was a lot more,($54) and they took a week longer to get it to me (I ordered from both companies on the same day)
*Electric Boutique (http://www.electriqueboutique.com)- again shipping was hefty and to add insult half the order was missing- got an e-mail 3 days later that those items were out of stock, however they only refunded the cost of the unshipped items and not the extra cost of postage I paid (2 pairs boots) for those items. I'll never buy from them again because of that.
*Yandy (http://www.yandy.com) Prices are good, great selection, reasonable postage costs and often recommended on here. Sadly I couldn't get the google checkout shopping cart to work so after 4 hours of trying with setting up a new account and farting about I was disappointed that I had to give up on them.
Do watch out for postage sosts they fluctuate massively. One place I was going to buy goods from quoted $170 postage for 2 dresses costing $100. I didn't know they still used the Pony Express over there!

I still don't get it...
I ordered from snaz recently. Got my shipment fairly quick. Everything was nice & mint. Zero complaints. I took advantage of the discount, free shipping, etc.
I don't wanna jinx anything but they seem to be on the ball---- as far as I am concerned.
P.S. This thread did make me think twice about ordering from them. Companies can be good one month and awwwwful the next! I'm sorry for any shitty shipments/product-mix-ups you may have experienced. However, I'm still very satisfied. And I've been ordering from them for a whiiiiiiile.

I've never had any real problems with Snaz...The first time, everything I ordered came in about a day or two early, everything was there, and I even got my 20% SW discount.
The second time, though, I only ordered a pair of shoes, and I didn't get my discount. It didn't bother me enough to complain.

ALSO.
I think we should try to get these other places to give SW discounts too! THAT would be rad. I'm all for saving money. ;)

Basically it comes down to if you can't add it to your cart it's not available. We add/remove clearance items weekly and may have been expecting more inventory or may have missed deleting it. Sorry.

I have been selling dancer gear for 8 years and am in the process of opening my website www.femmeexotic.com. I can tell you that most web companies keep some items in house and the rest are drop shipped. I'm pretty sure that the items you are receiving quickly are in house. When I order from Ellie it takes almost 2 weeks from the date I order to receive my shipment, and shipping from Cali to me is only 4 days. As for the mistakes...human error.
Snaz has been in business for a LONG time so they are obviously doing something right.
Don't get me wrong...anyone who wants to shop with me instead of Snaz will be thoroughly appreciated (I will have free shipping, as well). But I can't knock a company who has been in business as long as they have.

After reading this thread I felt compelled to register here and put in my two cents. :)
My bf just tried to order some things for me from Snaz (it was a couple days ago) and got nowhere with them. We have an account at our local UPS store for receiving packages (trying to get deliveries to our house has been a recipe for delivery failure in the past...but that's a separate nightmare). It's never been a problem for us with other online shopping sites. But, then again, we'd never ordered from Snaz. :p
The order went in late last week, and a confirmation email came almost immediately that the order had been received. By Monday of this week we hadn't received any more communication from Snaz - no shipment notification, no nothing. So we decided to go to Snaz's site and check the order status there. Right at the top of the status screen it said, "This order is on hold." WTF. It didn't say why, and (of course) we'd gotten no email from them informing us of any kind of problem. So we used their wonky built-in email page to ask what was wrong with the order. About an hour later a really generic looking response came - they wouldn't ship to any address other than our billing since it was our first order with them. (Again W-T-F. You'd think that MAYBE there'd be some kind of notification during the checkout process informing new customers of that very thing.) They gave us two options: Have the order shipped to our billing address, or pay by money order. (It's 2011, who the fuck uses money orders??)
Now, the really funny thing (and by "funny" I mean crazy-laugh insanity) is this: They charged his card for full amount of the order. Don't companies usually charge ONLY once an order ships??
So Snaz won't process your order if you give them a different shipping address, but, OH YES, they'll take your money anyway. Fuck you, Snaz. If a customer places an order which you consider unfulfillable, you shouldn't accept the order...and you shouldn't be taking money. >:(
Anyway, the bf replied to their email, and asked about paying with PayPal and trying to work within Snaz's self-imposed rules. Snaz responded with THE SAME DAMN MESSAGE. It felt like trying to reason with a retarded robot. (I've never actually tried to reason with a retarded robot, mind you, but I'm guessing the experience would be really similar.)
At this point we were both pretty freaking pissed. He emailed Snaz again and told them to just cancel the order and refund the money. Funny enough, though, they didn't respond. Of course that just pissed us off even more, so we took turns emailing nasty-grams to them. Still no responses from Snaz.
I began to wonder whether Snaz75 was just one big scam/ripoff site and talked my bf into calling his bank and the BBB. He called the bank and started up a claims process. Funny enough, a few hours later we got an email from "Sarah" at Snaz stating that the order would be cancelled and the money returned.
That was where we left off yesterday. Hopefully the money will be returned by the end of the week.
So today, to satisfy my curiosities, I've been doing some web searching to get more info about Snaz. On most review sites, they have horrible reviews. I found story after story of botched orders, horrible communication from Snaz, failed deliveries, and item returns that took weeks/months to complete.
The Better Business Bureau has quite a juicy history on Snaz:
In the last three years there have been close to 40 complaints filed and closed against Snaz...39 to be exact. In just the last 12 months, 16 complaints. Considering that only a VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE of the customers Snaz screws over will file a complaint with the BBB, that would indicate a shit-ton of orders that Snaz botches in one way or another. Ironically the BBB gives Snaz an A+ rating. Obviously the rating is calculated on how responsive and cooperative Snaz is with complaints that come via BBB. But in my mind, if you have 40 complaints filed against you, you don't get an A+ rating...you're failing.
It's hilarious to me that Snaz has followed this thread and started doing damage control. Maybe if they'd spend less time surfing/posting here and more time doing customer service they'd have better reviews.
Don't drink the kool-aid! I know they're making promises and blowing kisses and offering discounts, but it's inevitable that they'll screw something up again. Tempest was right on the money when she compared them to a cheating BF. He may be at your front door with flowers and chocolate heart candies today, but by the weekend the football game will be more important than you, and the week after that he'll be back to rolling in the hay with someone else...again. History always repeats itself.
So! To be helpful, I have an alternative site to suggest:
They have great technology there...like telephones! YOU CAN CALL THEM! LOL. In fact, on their customer service page, they encourage you to call them. AND... They even encourage you to call them before/after business hours:
"Please note that our business hours are 8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday – Friday. We are usually closed on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays, but sometimes we are in the office, so give us a call!"
I actually called them a couple days ago at about 5:30pm PDT. A lady answered and was able to answer a bunch of questions I had. How awesome is that? They carry nearly all the same shoes that Snaz carries, similar prices. (No, I didn't notice whether there's a SW discount). In fact, we were able to place the exact same order with them AND confirmed that every item is in stock and will ship today. Hooray! So much hooray! \o/
So Snaz is dead to me...once we get our money back. :P
(As a side note, I totally love this site! Everybody's full of great input!) ;)

Thanks xoAnnaBanana! My site is still in the design process. It will be up by the middle of next month. I must admit that I won't have as much inventory as Snaz; but I'd like to think that my customer service skills will make shopping on my site a dream come true. :)
I do intend to advertise in the marketplace on stripperweb.com. When my ad is in place I'll probably post an overly excited message. :D

@ElleFX This is very similar to what happened to me, and like you, I only got anywhere with Sarah when I filed a complaint with the BBB. It's nice they're trying to mend fences, I guess, but there are other companies out there that offer good selection, good prices, and with whom I've never had a SINGLE issue. Why should Snaz get my business? They're like the Walmart of dancewear, only with shittier customer service.

Snaz has always been good about taking criticism and listening to the concerns voiced on this board.
I guess we're like an ever-evolving focus group that gets paid in SW discounts.
Fear of God? Unless the RAPTURE rumors are true, I doubt that is their motivation. I think it's more likely that they understood their weak-points/problems and are actively working to address them.

I ordered some shit from stripperwear.com! Came on time, no drama. I recommend them. I'll only go to snaz if it's for shit that's not a big deal like stockings, thongs, etc. They're like the fucking Wal Mart of stripper clothes. (insert your comparisons here)

Ok I have had excellent service with snaz until now. I ordered a bikini, a dress, and 6 thongs. The bikini came in 2 days. a week later I contacted customer service about the rest of my items and was informed they were shipped separately. I waited, and contacted again. I complained that there was no reason for them to be taking this long (Sarah from snaz75 claimed that they were shipped on the 11th and it was now the 16th) because I live in CA, and I demanded a tracking number. She informed me that since they were shipped with USPS, I didn't get a tracking number. BULLSHIT! So I told her if I didn't receive the items by today, I wanted a refund or a new reshipment with a tracking number. She didn't respond. Today? My items are still not here, so I contact them again. Still waiting for a response...
well snaz, it was fun while it lasted, but I'm never fucking ordering from you again.
Did you ever GET those thongs, btw?
