^ I usually only train 1-2 hours a day and that includes warm ups, stretches and cool down (if I'm doing it right). I dd recently have three consecutive 5hr days and totally fucked my shoulder for two days, overtraing is totally a problem! Very easy to get RSI especially in the wrists with the amount of repetitive strain it can put on the body.
Wow, and I thought it was only me. I work out and do bikram yoga regularly (almost every day), and I usually still feel very tight and crampy. It's comforting (in a weird way) to know that other folks, too, are feeling the same aches and pains I am. LOL.

I love my Fuck You pants!!! I usually do well when I wear them at work too hehehe
@JudyO - though I've never done Bikram before I find it strange your still getting tight and crampy doing it, from all accounts I've heard it's meant to be the opposite. Do you do it before or after your workout? If you do it after it should stretch and relax your muscles, if you do it before your muscles might be too relaxed then panic when you suddenly work out causing aches (of course you should always warm up and stretch before working out but bikram is too intense for this)
Advice from my fitness instructor roomie - keep your body warm after bikram to try and slow down the cooling process of your body as much as possible then do some lazy stretches at home in your normal temp environment to keep the muscles relaxed.
