Man that vid has gotten a lot of attention, good and bad. Fu%$ 'em if they don't like it. Planet Fatness is all that's wrong with our current society. :O8):O
Any place that encourages discrimination against people who work hard in the gym is a bad thing. I like to pass along info people should know before signing up.

But it's a judgment free zone! ::)
If I can post a link and talk ONE person out of signing up there... it's a good thing!
You'll get a laugh out of this:

I work out five to six days a week. I don't really even count dancing as exercise anymore. My routines vary but generally I try to incorporate weights, cardio, and stretching. Right now I do kettlebell stuff four days a week and body weight stuff twice a week. I go running or jump rope depending on how hot it is. I do yoga throughout the day, like I'll do a couple sun salutations while I'm cooking or watching TV. I've also been doing some ballet stretches in an attempt to do splits:

I didn't always work out like so much but I'm in the process of trying to drop ten pounds and lean out a bit and get back to looking how I did about two years ago if not better and I also have some specific fitness goals I'd like to reach (pullups and splits!) so everything just kind of kept getting added on. I like it, though. I think of working out as a personal hygiene thing, a concept I picked up from Zuzana of Bodyrock.tv (a website that has fucking awesome body weight workouts you can do at home). I put it in the same category as brushing my teeth and showering, I feel kind of weird and gross if I'm not working out regularly. I'm getting pretty good results so it's worth the hour or so a day I put into it. I've always had a nice body but I want a fucking phenomenal one.

I've become a Bikram junkie. My knees don't hurt anymore, I've grown an inch in height, my ass is amazing, and I have a WAIST for the first time in my life! ^_^ I have narrow hips, long skinny legs, and broad shoulders so it's nice having a more girly shape.
