I am soooo in! Awesome idea AC!!
I have been really down on myself lately and depressed and have packed on quite a bit of weight, I don't look horrible but I am not 100% happy with what i see in the mirror. I will post a before and after pic when I am done and have reached my goal. I don't own a scale but I weigh myself when i work out/go swimming at the YMCA, I would like to look 15 pounds and tone up.
I am starting back at my old club tomorrow night and will be working there 5 days a week, and camming during the day 3-4 days a week.
-Workout-
1.*Dancing 5 days a weeks at the club*
2.*1/2 hour of running/walking*(at gym or just outside)
3.*30-45 minutes daily video workout, Ill be finding different stuff on you-tube when I get sick of my video collection*
4.*crunches DAILY(as many as I can take, increasing everyday*
-Diet-
1. Only water(except when drinking alcohol I will allow a fruit juice to chase shots with)
2. Fruits and veggies
3. Lean meats(very few if any, not a big meat eater, might look into vegetarianism)
4. Low carbs, whole grains only.

whew! so i just finished my first official workout of this challenge! I did a turbo jam workout and about 20 min of jump roping ( i took a break in between lol). im worn out which is scary bc i shouldnt be as tired as i am but at the same time it feels sooo good :D
This is my exercise routine:
Every Day:
- 45 min. - 1 hour of cardio (turbo jam, taebo, or jogging on an inclined treadmill)
- Jump rope at least 200 times
- abs, 50 crunches (is this enough?)
M, W, F:
- butt workout (donkey kicks, squats, lunges)
-calf toning workout
As far as my diet, im just going to stick with frozen diet meals and fresh fruit for the sake of convenience. Cutting out soda, sticking to water with fresh lemon juice squeezed in and occasional glass of fresh fruit juice :)

Ok!!!! I am soo ready for this...
I am doing a calorie counting diet because honestly its so easy for me to "forget" about my diet when I'm not counting every single calorie I eat. I'm going to do 1200 a day which is the minimum you should be eating.
For exercise I don't have a routine yet, but it will be some combination of playing wii fit, swimming, walking and my punching bag. As long as I do 30-40 minutes of exercise a day I will be good

ok my routine is not very complicated
I would like to lose 9lbs and 1.5 inches from my waist, and an inch from my hips (this is just getting me back to where I was a year ago)
I'm already pretty active in my exercise regime so I'm just gonna try upping speed/intensity
Basically I do:
Mondays, Thursdays, Sundays run 6 miles - would like to up this to 10 miles over the course of the challenge
Tuesdays, Wednesdays - "boot camp" workouts, this is an outdoor military style class which combines cardio bursts with resistance and boxing exercises
Fridays - this is my gym day when I just do whatever I feel has been lacking in the week and this normally means doing some floor exercises combined with interval training
Diet - this is where I really need to step up my game. I don't eat snacks or processed foods, but we tend to have lots of pasta with creamy sauces in my house... yummy! Anyway, so I need to cut down my portion size and basically reduce my fat intake... sigh! I've previously enjoyed Slimming World, which does one high carb and no protein day followed by a high protein no carb day etc. All days are very low fat. It worked for me last time so may just stick with that.

Need this so much! Okay so.. I am running/walking daily and doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I have motivation now, but as soon as I mess up a day I know I will completely slack again. I do not really want to lose weight just tone up as I feel a little jiggly after the winter. Oh heck, I am constantly upset with my body so why not go for losing the weight!
Anyways! This is a great idea hope everyone is doing well so far and that everyone is getting some of this nice weather (I'm up North and finally not freezing).

I haven't been to the gym. I haven't done my Shred and I haven't swum a single lap.
I've been having a lot of sex, though. That counts, right?
