Swagz, I think I speak for many blues when I say that we are generally happy to share our thoughts! IMHO any pink is welcome to ask questions and I am happy to answer as long as she is gracious about the responses to her questions, which you most certainly were. :)
Just a couple of other minor points relating to your additional thoughts on this.
Even if I did want to accept an offer like that, I still wouldn't because of the potential social stigma.
Many of the girls that I have engaged in OTC with over the years have been very sensitive to this issue as well, which is why discretion is important. Meetup arrangements usually involve meeting around the corner, or down the street, or taking separate transportation directly to my hotel, or any number of other misdirection techniques. They also usually involve spacing out departure times so that it does not look like we left together. In fact, I engage in a fair amount of p4p OTC each year with dancers in different parts of the country and I can only remember two times, over the last 3 years, where I actually walked out the door with the dancer (once in Dallas and one in Queens).
I think the girls most receptive to those offers are the career strippers but even then, I feel like they would probably make it known that they would be open for that kind of arrangement.
I agree that full time dancers, and single ones at that, are often the most receptive. It also seems to help a lot if she has a kid or two at home, though I have done plenty of dicey things with childless dancers as well. But in terms of making it known, it is a mixed bag. Some most certainly do, but there are plenty that do not unless the guy makes the first overture AND she is comfortable with the situation. When I do make the first move in a new club, I am often asked if I am LE, so I think that exposure to solicitation charges plays a role in whether a girl makes the first move.
Anyway, it wasn't my intent to write an essay on the methods of arranging OTC, LOL, so I will stop now, but there it is.
