man i totally wanna do this lol i wanna be like 90 pounds by august hahah i weigh like 135 right now :"( for some reason i always gain weight in the winter idky tho ?

you totally should! it works & its only for 2weeks, you will see results. but not 90lbs, thats a little too small, {unless your 4'11"} after the 2 weeks is over, try to still make healthy meal choices to maintain your new weight loss. in the winter, i think we all gain a few extra lbs. "holiday weight" i call it. thanksgiving, christmas, cold, indoors more.

You will not be able to maintain your weight loss (unhealthy as it was) on this regimen. Your body is a machine...it needs fuel and nutrients to operate correctly.

i have lost 20 pound in one month before lol but that was because i was on a water fast i tried it because of the book skinny bitch its really good actually and it works i didnt even gain the weight back which was awesome but im gonna have to really try this :) tanks you for the post im also 5feet by the way im really short so 90 pounds is good for my height lol

I used to do crazier things than this when I had eating issues.

The saddest part was I never really stayed skinny when I limited my calories to the extreme.

I started eating more calories ~1500, and running and lifting weights, and I was actually smaller than when I felt like I was starving myself. More importantly, I was happier.

if you were an edcuated woman, and im assuming you are :) then you would know all factors are based on a 1200calorie diet is the maximum anyone should consume on a regular diet, because thats how much your body can metabolize per day. if your trying to lose weight then you need to consume less than your body metabolize. My mother, who is a certified personal trainer & nutritionist, along with my personal trainer, and my college P.E. class all have the same answer. 3 different resources, all saying the same thing. your body only metabolizes 1200 cal a day.

You're not taking exercise into consideration. If you restrict food and remain inactive, the body goes into famine mode. If you work out more and eat more food, you will lose fat and gain muscle in a more sustainable fashion.

The diet you recommend could be ok for like 3 days. Much more than that is just plain bad for you.

this is what works for me. an apple with peanutbutter are both carbs and will sustain you all day. laxatives help food move along the small intestine quicker so the calories do not absorb. and when your body goes into starvation mode it begins to feed off of the fat reserves. why eat when u have extra fat your body should be eating? to each thier own, and this is what works for me. it is a lifestyle. you make your own choices, this is what i choose.

There should be no apology when you are posting something that you yourself have said is unhealthy, and are encouraging other women to engage in your self-destructive behavior.

And the fact that you're NOT telling your mom or anyone else about it, and are keeping it secret, is yet another indicator of your ED. You need to go get some help.

Tiffany, I am not on any drugs besides Synthroid, which I am on because of my ED before, and after giving birth to my daughter. I used to be on Phentermine, but after some negative side effects, I am no longer on it. And I was supervised by my nutritionist and doctor.

Oh, and if it's no one's business but your OWN, then you shouldn't be posting it.

it's no ones business but my own, *in my personal life*. im sharing it on the web as an option to other dancers who wish to lose weight quickly. i excercise, eat healthy, take vitamins, drink water & antioxidant rich green tea, nothing about my diet is harmful, hurtful or any other way wrong, not in my eyes. im not sick or angry or tired. im simply restricting calories for 2weeks. as a "fast". think of it as a religious thing. you fast for the Lord, fast for yourself, for summer, to fit that new bikini. its worth it. if you dont agree, dont do it. dont put me down and call me names and be rude and mean to be because of my choice. im simply offering an option.

her percentage actually probably went up since most of the weight loss was probably muscle and water. i imagine her actual fat loss was not that much.

i cant say it any better. this is it. take it or leave it. for those of you who choose to debate me, you have your minds made up, as well do i. i will continue being thin, i will restrict my calories, and stick to my low calorie diet & lax. i will continue to excercise, eat healthy, Forever. This is a Lifestyle. i will share my diet and advice with those who are interested. Try this diet for a few days {2wks for maximum results}, give yourself a Fast. Its excellent! It Works. Despite the people who disagree, to each thier own. some of us dont need to lose weight to get complements. i made over 1300$ on friday and got complemented plenty. and i ate dinner before i went to work.

im going to assume you are so ornery and dont sound coherent because this diet is making it hard for your brain to function. hopefully at some point you will switch to something healthier, before doing some serious damage to your body, and be able to type something useful on here.

no hunni- my memory is fine, i remember when you said you did coke and drugs and all kids of other stuff in your hay day in the 80s. when someone speaks negativly on the thread i started, i will respond. this thread wasnt started to be put down and ridiculed. it was started to share my diet, and give an option to others who wish to lose some weight. didnt know ppl would jump all over me so much, but i am flattered. at least i got hundreds of views and lots of posts, so someone will notice. and hopefully ill be able to help them. as for all the negative haters. stay on your job, you do it very well.
