^ congratulations! I love that u have a goal weight. Seems some of my friends who have had babies try to gain as little as possible no matter the effects on the baby. I don't get why a mother would risk the health of her baby for the sake of her figure.

Thank you :) perhaps the reason your friends want to stay relatively thin is becuz they're dancers and want to get back in good shape as soon as possible post partum so they can get back to moneymaking? Fortunately my job isn't in a looks based industry so I don't have to worry too much about slimming down post delivery. But I've bartended before, such as when i got pregnant with my first, so I know how it can be to want to be able to work for as long as one possibly can to save up a nest egg.

5'6 1/2 (I go there, too!) and 130 pounds. I like myself most at a toned 125. I haven't lifted a weight or moved a muscle in seven months. I keep blaming everything on not being able to drive. Give me a month!

I'm 5'5" and 123-125 when I'm working out regularly and not drinking too much, 130 when I'm not taking very good care of myself. Last time I checked I was up to 128 again.

5 feet 10 and 3/4 inches (haha) and about 160lbs...? (I don't weigh myself regularly).
In general though I'm pretty happy with my body...especially since I started dancing cuz it's toned my legs and made my ass bigger and my waist smaller. You know, I've been in different sports and I used to be a gym junkie, but no matter how much time I spent working out I just could not get the results that I get from dancing. Dancing is the most feminizing form of exercise that I've ever come across.

I'm somewhere around 5'6" or 5'7" and I just weighed myself at 127 at the gym. But I try not to worry about weight too much because I've found it doesn't directly correlate with how I look. Right now I feel flabby and huge because I haven't been working at all for several months. I've weighed like 133 and looked way better than I do now.

136lbs although I think I carry it well, most people think i'm in the 120's... Still would like to get to 120! I'm 'apple' shaped so my butt n legs are fine but carry the weight around my belly.

5'6" and about 135-140. I used to be so skinny, my boobs were tiny and now that I've actually put on some weight - my boobs have gone up to a D cup naturally and I love it! I definitely had a problem with my weight a few years ago, but now I've learned that curves are sexy and I respect my body just the way it is.

I'm 5'4" and 140 pounds of pure muscle. My boyfriend thought that I weighed 110 pounds and he's a fitness junkie (this was before he picked me up). He remains surprised at my weight.
just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are muscular, you are going to weigh more than someone who is at your height but fat.

currently 5'4" and hovering around 220lbs. i have an hourglass figure...most of my weight is in my boobs, hips, ass, and thighs. my highest weight is 240, lowest is 85. i'm really happy with my body now but have losing steadily for the last four or five months due to life changes/less stress in my life. as long as i'm eating well and exercising, which i focus a lot on, i don't really care if i gain or lose (although some of my customers preferred me at a higher weight).

^I'm glad to hear you're happy with your body as is. When us women get up to those higher numbers it can be hard to remain positive and respect your body. 85 to 240 is a large fluctuation. Do you find you did better at the lower end of the spectrum or the higher?
I notice now that I'm a bit larger, I get a lot of BBW-loving customers who get dances with me, but tell me that they wish I weighed a bit more. When I was in the 150's I had a lot of people telling me just to lose that last 10 lbs. I find it interesting.

i've lived with an eating disorder for about half my life - 85 is my lowest weight and my weight fluctuated a lot between 85 and 140ish when i was very sick. i've been in recovery for a few years now and i'm doing really well, but i personally don't believe it ever fully goes away, if that makes any sense.
i was at my lowest weight well before i got into sex work...i've been overweight the entire time i've been a sex worker, so i can't say for sure if my earnings would have been better or not :) i think if i were underweight again i might make more money as an alternative/fetish girl (i'm queer, tattooed, and pierced, and i am involved in bdsm outside of work) but couldn't tell you for sure.
i am currently doing the best i've been health-wise and nearly there fitness-wise in my adult life, though, and definitely this is the most comfortable with myself/my body i've ever been :) that's more important to me than the numbers, to be honest.

I recently had a nose job and couldn't do any strenuous exercise for about a month and lost weight. I was really pissed off I lost about 2 kilos (roughly 4.5 pounds) because I know it was muscle dissolving.

5'4 and around 135. I was around 115 when I stripped. I don't look bad and my tits are huge, but I wouldn't dare try to get hired at a club this way. Not toned or muscular either, all soft and pudge-tastic, hehe.

I'm 5'7". Last winter, I got up to my all time heaviest weight of 170:O. But, I hit the gym super hard, and am now down to what I consider a respectable 146.
Of course, height/weight proportions are gonna look different on everyone. I'm a curvy girl - not a euphamism for fat (anymore!), but honestly curvy. I try to make myself feel better by subtracting 10lbs for the boobs, lol.
Sometimes I get self-conscious working around girls who have that beautiful slim, streamlined figure, but I am what I am. I try to own it, and when I do, I always get the men in the room who like a "healthier" girl to spend all their $$$ on me ;)

5'6" 120lbs. I like myself at this weight because I actually have buttcheeks.
My weight doesn't usually fluctuate, but when I lost 4lbs out of sheer laziness (as in, too lazy to eat), the results were not well received. Like, "Ugh, you got skinnier!" and "You've lost so much weight!" Yeah ... 4lbs ... It did make a lot of difference, though. I looked like I could wear size 2T training panties with those tiny cheeks I had. smh

I'm 5'1 and lately it fluctuates from 104 to 108, I'm pretty muscular & somewhat toned already, but I'd like to lose maybe 10 more, but no more than that. I like the very lean and trim look, with definition not bones.

I'm 5'8" (I shrunk) and weigh 133. I like to be closer to 125 just because I have fibromyalgia and I feel better when I'm thinner but when I was around 118 I looked anorexic, and when I went up to 142 I was too chuncky. So My goal is to be back down to 125 ish by the end of summer.

I'm 5'5".
Current: 140lb, 25% BF, 36D-26-38 and I look crazy good.
Highest: 360lb, 40+% bf, huge-huge-huge
Lowest: bf%-wise right now and that's all that matters
Goal: 120-130lb, 18-22%bf, with big fake titties
I'm still dealing with waiting for my skin to shrink (I was BIGGGG) and my boobies deflated.... I can't wait for my massive implants :) I'm also newly (past 2 years) fascinated by fitness and have gained an incredible amount of muscle and am in the process of literally re-shaping my body.
I look damn sexy at any weight but I'm hella healthier now.

^ That's simplely astounding. Good for you for getting all that weight off and tracking your BF% (which is a much more important number that weight, really). You must be a very strong person to make that kind of a transformation.
I'd love to hear details about how/why you decided to lose the weight, how long it took, the changes you've made, etc.
It's really inspiring to me, because I'm trying to lose weight right now, and I keep thinking the number is too big and I'll never lose it. Hearing people accomplish large weight-related and fitness goals is a great motivator!
Any tips for dropping BF%? Mines really high for my weight. (like 30-32%)

Thanks :) I don't know my bf at my heaviest just because I didn't know how important it was!
I decided to lose the weight because I was self-conscious, I wasn't in the industry (started at 300lb). It made me really unhappy, I tried 456034579 ways and I kept regaining it all, I was constantly trying to diet... omg I tried so many really unhealthy ways :S
I finally figured out what works for me, and its the same common-sense stuff that works for everyone else. Go figure. I'm sensitive lactose and gluten (I had no idea) and I do best on a ketogenic diet. It was insane, the weight started melting off!
Tips for dropping BF? Its pretty straightforward, gain muscle and lose fat! Lift heavy. Really heavy. Cut and bulk cycles might be necessary at the end of your weight loss but you don't need it at the beginning... I use bodybuilding.com's forums so much its unreal. I like compound exercises to maximize my results, there's a beginning to lift program posted on the program subforum on bb.com - even now I still follow it.
If you don't keep your diet fairly clean you're cheating yourself out of the hard work you put in at the gym and really your diet matters more than anything else. Balance your macros: 1g protein/lb of LBM, eat healthy fats and if your body can handle it carbs as well. Eat 500-1000 fewer calories/day than you're burning and, if you're lifting, most of what you lose will be fat (not at but most). Track your calories. EVERY calorie. fitday.com has a great calorie tracking program. They also have a program for your computer I can help you internet pirate if you'd like...
I dunno, the whole thing is really straightforward but it took me a long time to get through everyone's opinion and make my own decisions. There's so much information about fitness about there and a lot of it is wrong/bro-science/even dangerous!
If you're in Toronto (I seem to think you were) we should hit the gym together :)

I used to really worry about carrying a few 'extra pounds', but now....with the emergence of the fashion for 'thick curvy' figures I'm not bothered all that much. I'm reasonably well toned for my age - and it's a big ego boost to get a wolf whistle or two when I'm out in a short skirt and heels.:)
