I am about 5'5 and weight 135-137 I HATE it and I am not used to being this big! Grrr it is from eating non-stop fast food at large quanitys ,I struggle with gluttony badly. I have decided to sttart working out after seeing a disturbing pic of myself lol when I first began dancing I was at 110lbs size 0/1 now I'm at a 5/6 :-( I want to go down to 120-125 this is where I am the best :-( I feel like my money has went down,even though I carry most in my butt,it is now gathering around my waist and tummy which I feel is the problem

Without my natural DDD's and ghetto booty I'd probably weigh about 120. Boobs weigh a lot.

^^Yeah I feel you, I'm 130 lbs but I'm really only 95ish because most of the weight is in the fat around my thighs, ass and stomach. Actually, I'm really only 60 lbs if you exclude my bone weight. Bones weigh a lot, ya know.

I adore you, but be nice. Don't want this thread to be a repeat of so many other weight-bashing threads. ;)

I'm 5'9" (175cm), and I weight 160 pounds (72Kg).

I wish I was a bit heavier, around 165 so I could have my boobs back!!!!

Or I guess I'll just get them done next year.

I am 5'8 and 120. I would LOVE to put on another 20 pounds, but my metabolism is SUPER fast. I can eat all I want, and unless I am eating like a man would, I won't put on any weight. Everyone in my immediate family on moms and dads side are tall and thin. However they all tell me, and I can see it too, that they put on weight after they hit 30. Well I only have one year left to go! lol

Let's see if my metabolism slows down in a year.

For now though I am comfortable with how I look, but I think I would look a little sexier with more weight on and a little toner :)

5'6 and 149lbs. I am usually 142 ish (still way over where I wanna be) but I have been dancing less and snacking more :( I think I look best around 135. I'm super curvy (real curvy not fat excuse curvy) at 36DD, 27, 41 would really like to get the hips down to 38-39ish .I've been running a lot but ive yet to give up my buttered English muffins....fail.

5' 4". I weigh about 148 right now. I hate my thyroid. Normally I am 10 lbs thinner. Also hold steady at about 20-23% body fat. I'm pretty happy there. I make good money, I fill out my clothes, and I have boobs and a nice booty. :) Kinda like a girl in a rap video.

I also have a thyroid problem. Mine is too slow. I'm 5'5" and 150lbs. The heaviest I've ever ever been. I'm scared to go back to work. I was thinking I'd go back forestry es just for "practice"?

5'7" and I fluctuate between 110 and 120, lately on the higher side.
One time I had metabolism issues from a medication and got up to 128. I looked way bigger than what most would look like because I'm really small boned, I just had this huge gut and chicken legs and flabby arms...it looked awful.

Stripping -- in that you're spending a lot of time checking out naked chicks, lol -- has made me realize that bone structure and tendency toward muscle gain is a real thing. Everyone's so different and people of even the same height can look totally different at the same weight. There's a few girls I work with who are 5'4", 135ish and they are TIGHT with awesome asses and tiny waists.

5'8" and 162 right now. I'm working on getting down to 145. I was never lanky and always had a lot of muscle. If I can tone up and still maintain some of my boobs I'll be very happy indeed :)

5' 3" 104 lbs. I wish I could put on about 8 lbs. I have had problems with b12 deficiency lately and it has caused loss of appetite and weight loss. I look healthiest around 112. So weird how every woman's body carries weight differently.

Would love to gain a bit more- When I started dancing I was 95lbs, now working out almost every day on top of dancing has put me at a bodyfat percentage I'm a lot happier with. I weigh more, but it's muscle.

I'm 5'8 and weigh 162lbs right now. I am working out like 3 days a week at least to get down to my goal weight of 135/140 lbs. I'm cutting myself some slack since I'm only six weeks postpartum. I still have nice muscle tone and can see my abs pretty well someone thought I weighed 140 yesterday so I'm doing good lol.

Haha, yeah, I've actually thought about PM-ing you to ask for (non-explicit) pictures because I wondered how fake boobs would look on someone my size and you're the only one I know of, but I didn't want to be super creepy and all "hey, lemme see your bewbs!" lol

I used to do P90X or Insanity, but I'd go about 2-3 weeks, start seeing good results, but then fall off-track. Once I'm off-track, I just kinda go into "break mode" for a couple weeks and pretty much undo all my progress. :-\ So I've been trying to just shoot for a 20-30 minute cardio video a day and then alternate a 10-20 minute circuit training video for upper body, abs, and lower body in a cycle after the cardio. I hate having to cut down my workout time cuz I feel lazy and like I'm not getting optimal results, but only working out 30-50 minutes a day at a lower intensity helps me stick to it a little better. I had hit a point back in November where I was 135... BLAH! Never again! At least I've managed to drop 10 lbs from there. It's just always that "last 10" from the goal...

In a perfect world, I'd get back to my high school, martial arts/dancing 5-6 days a week weight of 108, but... yeah right lol

5'1" 166. Used to weigh 185 lost the weight as a result of dieting and walking. Am medically obese, in the diabetes danger zone. My body is beautiful especially to black men even though they're stingy as shit LOL. Am continuing to lose weight through the diet and maybe the sucky gym. Love you guys!!

I've been slacking for the past 2 years, but just started working out again this week. I'd like to get back to 110 lbs, when I looked like the attached pic.

Recently I've had an evil waitress try to convince the manager that I'm pregnant. Ummm, no, I've gained some weight, but I've looked the same for the past year. ::)

Hahaha! It's neat to revisit this thread! A year later I now weigh 103. I actually got down to 98 by quitting drinking, working out, and eating well (but also super strict, like no sugar ever). Then one day I realized I was looking too skinny and have been focusing on gaining muscle and strength and actually letting myself enjoy food again. I still eat extremely healthy (paleo 90% of the time), but indulge on weekends. I do Crossfit now and can back squat and deadlift more than my body weight and am getting stronger and more buff every week, woohoo!

5'5" and 133 at present, trying to get back down to 120 and slowly succeeding (it took a while to find the right eating and workout plan for me). I don't look my weight, I'm told; I am extremely solid and muscular from years of weight-lifting and being active, but have a little layer of chub over everything that I'm working on getting rid of. I don't look bad but prefer to have a lean, defined look, with a six pack and all. I measure 35-26-35.

My highest weight was 143 sometime last year after a pregnancy termination, a battle with depression, and an alcohol problem that packed on A LOT of weight over the course of a year. My lowest weight was 98 when I was anorexic at the age of 20. For most of my healthy adult life (from ages 22-29) I've averaged 115 to 125 and have measured 33-24-33 and plan on being back there within the next six months or less. I refuse to believe that getting older means throwing in the towel on being in great shape. :)

Aaaaand just over a year later I am down 10 pounds, and my measurements are at 32-24-32. I'm back to wearing my old size 2-4 clothes. :D I've been working out with kettlebells and really watching the diet, eating raw vegan 3-4 days a week for the last month and cut out dairy a few months ago. I drink big green smoothies every day and I feel great. I still allow myself to "cheat" one day a week but it's gotten to the point now where I really don't crave crappy food anymore, a bad food to me is something like a Thai chicken curry with white jasmine rice. I look like I've lost more weight because I've put on tons of muscle; I have very little jiggle left. And I just turned 32, and everyone thinks I'm 22-24. I just want to drop a few more pounds to get rid of that little tiny bump of fat on my lower tummy. I'm not perfect but I feel damn good about myself these days. Hopefully this doesn't sound like bragging, it was a lot of hard work but it was worth it!

This is me! I am about to turn 32 as well and my lower stomach is my most hated area, where fat cells make their last stand, lol.
