i'm 5' 4 1/2 /5'5 and i'm now 130 for the first time in years! pretty happy right now, feeling a lot better at this weight finally eating like a normal person and having the energy to exercise. thinking ill go up to maybe 135 and then keep my weight there

5'6" 134.5 lbs. i lost ten and am very happy with myself for it, but am still considering some form of minor lipo for my hips (doesn't matter how toned/how much i weigh, they're staying with me). i want to look like the girls who model hustler lingerie, lol.

Some moron from good old Norristown asked my boyfriend why he was dating a "twig". He said he liked women with "meat on their bones". My boyfriend replied that he liked meat as well: "I like my women like my steaks. Nice and lean with most of the fat trimmed off!".

Damned if you do and damned if you don't with men lol. It's the same way in central and NNJ.

What did you do to get to a healthy weight? I am not sure if you remember, but I have a next to impossible time gaining weight and stay at about 5'3" 96 - 100 lbs. Maybe 105 if I get lucky....I don't like looking anorexic thin.

^ well taking time off work helped a whole lot, because my metabolism is so high and i do such rigorous stage sets and dances. i started slow with lots of protein and good fats like cheese, nuts ( lots of nuts they are so high in fat its ridiculous), whole wheat noodles with butter, fish, lean meat, and gave myself permission to kick back and eat some sweets like cheese cake etc. lots of carbs and fat and protein, i also got on remeron which is a huge appetite stimulator and helps you gain weight with an anti-histamine. i don't think i could have done it without the meds

I'm 5'4 and 135lbs I would love to be 120 again stubborn 15lbs will not go away. I am very healthy though I love going to the gym and am generally in shape, I don't drink pop or eat fast food although I do feel it's my diet that's hindering me, something's missing from my routine that I cannot lose this weight.

I figured it out, well not me, but I found someone that pinpointed the issue and it makes perfect sense: I have leaky gut syndrome, so even though I eat a lot of foods, my small intestine doesn't absorb all the nutrients or calories, so I am undernourished despite eating. Gross.

I've posted in this thread in the past, but I'm currently grossed out about my appearance & am embarrassed to have irl sex, despite dudes not even caring.

My highest in the past was 160 @ 5'5"
That's where I am now, or at least on friday bloated w/ period stuff....i generally have a 5 lb less generally went not bloated.

I'd like to get down to my HS weight - 122, but I look rad at 135/40. I'm never gonna be a "thin" girl and I'm not really interested in that anyway. MY TITS ARE RAD, and I'd hate to lose there fullness even slightly. However, when I got down to 135, it was a period while not able to get help myself....my anxiety was extreme, I couldn't eat and if I did, I threw up out of nervousness or something....So while I liked hearing "you look great!" it was shitty knowing that it was from a negative experience instead of actual exercise & healthy eating.

I haven't marketed myself YET as BBW, but it might be more beneficial in the long run. Just recently signed up at a gym & bought a juicer AND I AM TAKING ALLI, with all its [literally, i mean LITERALLY side effects].

I'm 5'10 and 168lb. Natural 36C measurements are 36,28,42. When I first started dancing 2 years ago I weighed 130lbs. I had very small boobs and butt. I think guys actually like how I look now better then when I weighed less. Now I have a big round butt that I get complements on all the time. Lucky I still am pretty fit looking. (no stretchmarks or cellulite) even though I have put on close to 40lbs. I am happy the size I am now and actually feel more confident and feminine then I did when I was smaller. I do think that girls who are thick in a muscular way are very attractive too. I don't really want to lose much weight but I would like to maybe replace a few lbs of fat with a few lbs of muscle.

I've learned that 36C tits are like, 8 lbs of our weight. I have ZERO confidence in my ass (totes flat and nothing helps except for a brief period when I could afford Pilates.) My awesome friend said "you look like a boy from behind! You have no little hips!" (not in a shitty malicious commenty kinda way, definitely while we both laughed at it, and we worked together in retail so constantly had to try on clothes.I always appreciated her no bs ways) Jeans never fit in the booty are, generally saggy! ugh. I moreso above all AM DISGUSTED AT MY STOMACH AREA. I've got the hour glass shape but oddly high waisted. ALLLL of my cellulite is there. All of it. And it's like right in your face when oncm w/ HD! Barely any cellulite on the hip/thigh/ass area which most others deal w/. I guess I should take that as the silver lining.

Took like a month off and gained 5 lbs which put me up at 108 lbs, heaviest I've been in years! So I was 5'2'' 108 last time I weighed myself, but I think I'm probably back down to 105 now.

Oh gosh. Slightly embarrassed, but I need to learn to love this body or do something to change it! I'm 5'4" and 175 lbs. 38DD and 50" hips, and a little bit of a belly.
My high school weight was 140, so I've always been on the thicker side. Would love to get down to 155-160.

I'm 5'5" and about 145 last time I checked. I'm happy, I look like a woman. I don't have a "goal weight" because I worry more about being healthy than trying to allow myself to only take up a certain amount of mass. If I could just have one day where women around the world were just content with their body I would be soooooo happy.

Yes but it will be good weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Took me a long time not to freak out when I saw the scale number going up. As long as your clothes fit and you look good worry about your muscle tone not your weight.

5'10 1/2" and 188lb (85kg). I want to lose 10lb of fat and see how that sits on me. Basically I want to lose 1 dress size (I've got a lot of outfits in my cupboard that are too small). I'm happy with being "curvy" and I don't want to lose my natural E cups (Could probably deal with having DDs but nothing smaller). I want to build muscle tone on my whole body (so I can do pole tricks) and especially get a perkier butt.

This. When I started working out I would cry because my weight went up until my trainer told me it was muscle. If you have the bodytype that builds muscle easily as I do this will happen. However my dress size went down and muscles will make you look smaller. However, I tend to get bulky so I try to do things like yoga and pilates to stretch the muscles.

5'3" 130lbs at the moment. I've been rocking my curves when I find time to cam though XD, haven't really seen a drop in income due to weight. Actually had 2 highest money making days ever since I put extra weight on XD. I just bought a new workout bench though, I don't mind being at 130 though it is alittle high for my bmi, :D like I said guys love the fuller curves but would personally rather it be in more muscle than fat.

Try not to go by the BMI chart. It doesn't take into account muscle mass. I stopped going by it a long time ago although I will occasionally type in random numbers for fun.

I can't weigh myself anymore because it'll make me flip out unless the number is 0. (Thanks teenaged eating disorder!) I'm 5'6 and 34-25-36, which is the same as when I was 16 and ~115 pounds. I have a lot more muscle now, though, so I really have no idea how much I weigh!

5' 5" and 142 as of this morning. When I started on this site I was 158. Horray! I'll admit it was mostly because I was put on a new crazy-med that kills my appetite. I have to remind myself to eat occasionally, but the meds are working well so I can't complain too much.

5'1 and 134lbs. I'd say that I PRETTY MUCH carry the weight well, since most of the guys I come in contact with flirt. From the front/back, I still have my hourglass shape, but I personally think I look preggers from the side because I tend to carry weight on my belly. I dunno. I'm comfortable in my body (I don't start flipping shit about my appearance until I'm around 140-145lbs, which I haven't been in years,) but I won't be content until I get to about 115lbs, and I won't be happy with it until I'm around 100-105lbs again.
