It's very possible.
You should get a good anti-virus for your computer, other than that I don't know how to help you close your ports.

Since you said your pic here is the same as your pic on SM, and you've posted about nose jobs (http://forum.stripperweb.com/showthread.php?p=2125273#post2125273) and cosmetic surgery (particularly nose) here (http://forum.stripperweb.com/showthread.php?p=2121254#post2121254) & here (http://forum.stripperweb.com/showthread.php?p=2119501#post2119501) & here (http://forum.stripperweb.com/showthread.php?p=2119353#post2119353)- he probably just connected the dots and looked at your recent posts (like I just did) since its a popular forum.
Also since he 'loves anal' he may have been carefully monitoring the thread here (http://forum.stripperweb.com/search.php?searchid=2065036) and latched onto you to freak you out. He did not hack, just probably lurks here and on SM.
You may want to alter your avatar here going forward
From a google of him he seems hard to please / leaves negative reviews and has not reviewed SM girls since 2010, so I assume he is just going into rooms, not paying, & seeing what he can dig up here, and messing with camgirls
Unless this was an independent cam show - itd be incredibly difficult for him to breach SM's firewall. Don't worry.

Just to repeat past warnings - this site has blown up a bit among male cam customers, white knights, and assholes etc in the past 4-6 months. Its referenced quite a bit more in other forums (not explicitly for camgirls) than usual. If you check out SW's forums mainpage, OW has a LOT of lurkers.... I remember when 40 was 'a lot', Ive seen near 80 lately and there isn't a proportional increase in volume of posts (usually ~the same 10-15posters post daily).
So, you know, lurkers like whoa. The popularity is good b/c other camgirls can find us and not make as many missteps, the fallout is... its still the internet, so you know, tread carefully
People will fuck with you, be careful with what you post here if your cam performer info at all matches your identity here (or if you've linked or hinted to profiles/websites of yourself, don't have privacy protection on your website, etc.)
Unfortunately since many of our posts where we're freaked out are about privacy - some people have a field day with faking it. So just be cautious or strategic about your info

I think you are fine, but as a safeguard, do change your avatar and perhaps even open a NEW account on here with a different user name. I get good enough traffic without having to show my face on message boards. If you choose to show your face, as some performers do, you have to accept the good, the bad, and the ugly that comes along with that.

There are thousands and thousands of infected computers on the Internet that run just fine. The viruses and malware that cause problems are a pain in the ass, but the ones that don't are the ones that are the most dangerous.
While the others are correct that he's likely just reading here and fucking with you looking for a free show, you should do more than just change your avatar and screen name. No single antivirus or antimalware product is good enough anymore. I highly recommend that in addition to your antivirus, you also install and occasionally run some additional scanners. The same goes for EVERYONE here.
There are a ton of scanners out there, and some of them are not legit, but are in fact malware themselves so be careful not to install something without learning about it first, and getting some confirmation that it's not going to make things worse.
The two I personally recommend for you initially are Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free (free version)
http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html (free version)
Download and install them. Allow them to update themselves with the most recent virus/malware patterns and then do a FULL scan with each. If you're worried about my links (and I don't blame you if you are, you don't know me from Adam), Google the names and become comfortable with them yourself. They're the best (in my opinion) for dealing with hidden infections that your antivirus won't find.
For those that do scan, I'll bet you a dollar that there will be a bunch who have infection to one degree or another and had no clue that they did because their computers were working great.
Lastly - If either of the scanners come up with any reference AT ALL to a "rootkit", clean format your computer and reinstall windows. Rootkits are the worst of the worst, and once you've got one there is really no way to be 100% sure that your pc is clean, even after "removing it".

I don't want to add to the paranoia, but sometimes a little paranoia is a good thing.

Okay, he just said he'd tell me how to close all my ports if I gave him a free show over skype. He also found out I use the name Sammi (I use a different name on SM). But I'm assuming he just found this forum, since I use the same avatar pic (which I'll change so this can't happen to me again). He gave me a $1.00 tip which he said will show up in my bank account in 2 business days as proof. I mostly don't believe him, but there's still a chance he's telling the truth, so I'm still kind of scared.
Girl ignore him. Do not play into his little pathetic mind games. He CLEARLY has no life, and doesn't get pussy on a regular basis.:-*

Don't completely blow him off just yet. There are many ways for someone to hack into your computer. It doesn't require viruses or trojans or anything. It could just be that you have file sharing enabled. It could be that he's telling the truth.
Find out if he is really on your computer. Create a file like c:\secret.txt and put something random in there like "My dog is blue". Tell him you're not sure if you believe him. Tell him you will do the show if he can tell you what is in the file c:\secret.txt. If he can't tell you, then he's just making stuff up. But if he can tell you, then he's really on your computer.
If he has hacked your computer, you'll need to get it fixed up. It may be best to take it to a small computer store (not a corporate shop like Best Buy or anything) and have them help you out.
Also, install a firewall program like Comodo (http://www.comodo.com/). Firewall programs will let you know when a program on your system is trying to connect to the internet or a computer from the internet is trying to connect to your system. With a firewall, you would likely get a notice if this guy really connected.
One last thing, how does your computer connect to the internet? Is it like this:
computer->router->cable modem
or like this:
computer->cable modem

Okay, he just said he'd tell me how to close all my ports if I gave him a free show over skype. He also found out I use the name Sammi (I use a different name on SM).
That guy is an asshole...and if he's lurking now I hope he sees what I just said! >:(
"I'll tell you how to close your ports IF you give me a free Skype show, bb." SMH. Get the fuck outta here with that bullshit...
And you know he'd just log out of Skype (after he cums, of course) without even giving you his so-called help. Don't fall for it...get this loser out of your life (ban him...report him...etc.).
And thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us his name.

http://www.ic3.gov - FILE A CLAIM!!!
I Accept > Not Spam > Not Email from FBI > Computer Hacking > Someone has falsely created online... > Then fill in the form as fully as you can and submit it.
Regardless of where he claims to be from, and whether or not he has actually compromised your computer, he's trying to blackmail you with identity theft. He's even gone so far as to create an online account in your name (or screen name).
You are hopefully keeping a record of each exchange with him.
The IC3 website is a central database of Internet crime from which other authorities like the FBI draw information.
If you need more help, you're welcome to pm me. And no, I'm not interested in anything in return.
Good luck!!

Have you not reported this to streamate?
Your best bet is to get him off the website... and if your terribly concerned that perhaps your computer is compromised, I'd suggest reformatting it (reinstall the operating system) and make sure that you have all of the current windows updates, but most likely he's just trying to mess with you. You don't wear glasses or have a mirror that could possibly show him your screen do you?

Girl, just google 'close open ports', so many free applications and software out there. That plus CoolBreeze's suggestions.
He's fucking with you - most cam site 'hacks' that guys gleefully claim seem to be ALWAYS someone was negligent about something that is totally out in the open (see: adultcamgirlsnetwork). Most legit hackers are using their skills for financial gain, credit cards, other kinds of financial activity, fucking with big sites like paypal and visa (anonymous), e-justice or 'real' justice' (4chan & anonymous)... not getting detailed pointless info about random cam models (no offense intended here, I am a random cam model too).
He's manipulating you and probably masturbating wildly to this thread - don't give him a free 'i fucked with a camgirl i think is hott and got a free show' orgasm
EDIT: followthrough with Cool Breeze's ID theft claim suggestions
As an aside, a cam customer has made about 6 different versions of my name to circumvent bans, its a common trollish practice.
My suggestion: don't post updates or blow by blows here about it anymore though until its resolved or you solidly don't give a fuck or he does somethingVERIFIABLY fucked up / give syou info about yourself that is NOT available online (IN ANY FORM, including your real life personna, gives go to FB to try to match faces as well) .... just PM the people who seem to know what to do... as itll escalate the more you post how freaked out you are. Since he is reading this all anyway - bear that in mind

thank you so much for this. i downloaded both programs and scanned them both. when i scanned the malware program, it found a small infection that my anti virus didn't catch. thank god it was only minor:) then i scanned the spyware program and it found over 300 adware cookies! thanks for recommending those programs and the internet crime site, definitely bookmarked that. you can never be too careful when it comes to the internet:)

I had a guy hack into my computer too because I opended a file he claimed was a pic of him he wanted me to see. It was an .exe file. I didn't know much about computers then. He could go into my files and everything.I was very scared; but I was worried for nothing because I learned all I had to do was change my i.p. address and that got rid of it and him. It may work for you if you haven't tried it yet.

I downloaded and ran them both after I read this.
CoolBreeze, you're officially awesome. I didn't realize that a crime was committed by blackmailing + creating a fake account using my name (I already let her know this in a PM, but I want the other girls on this site to know this too). And the malware program has already found a bunch of infections. I think everyone should download this.
Something in my personal life just ROYALLY pissed me off, so thanks for making the fact that I'm awesome official. The compliment actually seems to have improved my mood. ^^
The scans... they take a long time. Both of them, so if you haven't run them yet, I suggest at bed time and just let them run overnight, but only one at a time.
Good luck and be safe.

With a nice court order, that $1 tip he sent you can be traced. The website can release all his information to the authorities, tracking him down, and getting him served.
No one deserves this kind of harassment. I hope you can have some peace of mind soon and that all gets solved.

Can SM really do anything about it? He would probably just create another account. And I'm still deciding if I'm going to report him to authorities. I'm still really pissed off about the whole thing.
As far as I know you have to have a totally new credit card for each account so unless he has fake ones he will eventually run out or they will likely stop him. I'm sure they can ban him from making new ones if it's a fraud case.
If he truly is committing fraud they will definitely go after him.

Okay, so I'm really freaked out. This guy claims he could see the files on my computer. He knew I was looking up info on rhinoplasty, and I have been looking up a lot of info on that so how else would he know? And I know it's not someone from here, because I use a different name. Can someone please tell me what I should do? I'm scared that he can actually see into my computer and find out personal information.
Him: I hope you make enough for the surgery!
Me: its cool
what surgery?
Him: you're doing this for nose surgery right?
Me: how do u know?
Him: you're showing it
Me: did u just make that up?
Him: no
Me: where does it say that?
Him: looking at your comps files lol
Me: my comps files?
Me: huh?
im soo confused
Him: kinda the hacker type
Me: your hacking my computer?
Him: not really just looking at what's on it
Me: how are you looking at my computer?
seriously
Me: ill call the police and report u
Him: it's not illegal lol
Me: yeah it is
Me: if ur hacking into my computer
Him: I'm not distoring anything
Him: you left a port open
Him: I know the law
believe me
I think he was just fucking with you at first and then when you said "How do you know?" that gave it away. The only way he could look at the files on your computer is if you are using wireless and have your files public and you have your computer as being recognized on your network. And then he would have to be in a few miles of you. He sounds like he is bullshitting and just using good old fashion word play to agging you on...
But I hope you can report him to give yourself piece of mind...some guys think we all want some kind of surgery as in breasts, etc...maybe you have a big nose to him and he was just taking a guess...I really do not mean that to sound bitchy, but you know what I mean...Did you mention it to someone in the room before and forgot about it?
I hope you get this settled.
