Hi, I read it up but I'm still confused, can you please give me more infos about Global Bank Transfer Service (worldwide, I checked, my country is listed)?
I'm an existing Payoneer cardholder and would like to change to this option, how? And would like to know about fees, I may be dumb but I couldn't find it in that section of the site...

The way the service works is that you receive payments directly to your bank account, rather than to a Payoneer card. You can only use this service to receive payments from partners of ours that support it.

Pricing starts at only $2.99 per payment, and varies depending on your country. If you let me know which country you're in, and what company/site you want to receive payments from, I can tell you exactly the cost and process to sign up.

I was told that using Payoneer for guys to make tributes or pay for shows is dangerous because they can easily find our real names. Is this true?

No, when a private loader sends you a payment, they do not have access to your personal information. They will be able to see your account e-mail address and the last 4 digits of your Payoneer card.

Italy. I was interested in private loading (and not sending each transaction directly into my bank, more like storing a bit on my Payoneer account and then when I decide to do the "payout" from my account to my bank, if it makes any sense)
Thank you.

In that case you will need the Payoneer card. We plan to introduce a card to bank transfer service, that will allow you to withdraw your card balance to your bank account via your My Account page. This service is planned to be available within the next several months.

Nissim,

I received confirmation that my payment change was approved (direct deposit). It shows that SM made the weekly payment but Payoneer does not show a load. Does it bypass the card and go straight to my bank account? And when should I expect to see it in my account. Thanks

Nissim-Payoneer

Yes, our Global Bank Transfer Service (which includes ACH/Direct Deposit, local bank transfers, and wire transfers) bypasses the card and sends payments directly to your bank account.

You should still receive an e-mail confirmation of the payment once it is processed by Payoneer. Bank transfers generally take 1-3 business days to arrive to your bank account.

Are you sure because I just got this message in my Payoneer inbox? On the 13th.

"Payoneer is pleased to announce our new wire transfer service.

To register for the bank transfer service, please Click Here to get to our secure registration page where you have to fill in your bank details. If the link is not working for you please copy the following text into the address bar of your browser https://payouts.payoneer.com/WebApps/MethodRegistration/Registration.aspx?t=dad0751310a74acd80644a7ddedd48 31574C39CFFA

The required information includes the name of your bank, your account number, the name of the account owner, and the bank BIC/SWIFT (an international standard Bank Identifier Code).

To find out your bank’s BIC/SWIFT you can use the online BIC search at http://www.swift.com/bsl/index.faces, or simply ask your bank (explain that you are expecting a bank transfer).

The transfer will be made in the currency you choose when registering and will be directed to the bank account you provide. Please allow up to a week for a transfer to arrive at your bank account.

We hope you find this service convenient and suitable to your needs."

That is the new bank transfer service, yes?

Nissim-Payoneer

That would be a payout solution in place of the card. So your payments would sent directly to your bank account, and not to the card.

The card to bank transfer service is still in the final stages of testing and planned to be available within the next few months.

Hi Everyone!

As we continue to develop and improve our services, we're always looking for feedback and comments from our account holders (or even potential ones).

Our latest survey focuses on which aspects are most important to you when considering a new payment solution. If you could take a few moments to complete the survey, it would be extremely helpful for us!

You can take the survey by clicking here: http://bit.ly/14btVsU

Haha! Can't argue with that, it's tough to compete with payment confirmations!

We attend events in the UK a few times a year, stop by our booth for some free giveaways!

This is probably a silly question, but can you do private loads if your signed up for the Global Bank Transfer Service

There are no silly questions :)

The answer would be no. Our private load service requires that you have an active Payoneer card to receive the payments to.

We do not plan to support private loading to global bank transfer service accounts. However, we do plan to introduce a service that will allow you to withdraw your Payoneer card balance to your bank account. This is planned to be available within the next few months.

Payoneer will not be having any payment delays during the Easter holiday, however I cannot comment on MFC's payment schedule during the holiday. You will need to confirm that with them.

Also note that if you're using our Global Bank Transfer service to receive your payments directly to your bank account, your bank may have delays of their own during the holiday (which you can confirm with them).

I've got a bit of tricky thing - I'm Finnish, but work in Sweden and applied for a Payoneer card but got the application bounced with a "your country and nationality don't match"-thing... How would that work? I'm a citizen of Finland but carry a Swedish ID-card, should I use my Finnish passport as an ID or the Swedish one?
Is it even possible to get an account in this kind of a situation?
Tried e-mailing Payoneer support about this but got no answer as of yet.. :/

Nissim-Payoneer
03-31-2013, 03:18 AM
Yes, it's possible to get an account in your situation, we just need to confirm some information.

From what I understand, you are applying with a Swedish billing address, and using a Finnish ID, correct? That's fine, you'll just need to provide us with a copy of the Swedish ID card and a proof of residence (confirming the address in Sweden).

You can send it in reply to the e-mail you received. If you send me a PM with your e-mail address after you've send it, I will make sure that it's reviewed promptly.

Yes, you understood right - sometimes moving just across the border makes a lot of things tricky! ;)

Thank you so much for replying so promptly, will send more scans over.

Nissim-Payoneer
03-31-2013, 04:42 AM
Ok, great. We do understand that the process can be a bit frustrating, but as a fully regulated company we're required to confirm this information prior to assigning new accounts. Let me know once you send the scans, and I'll make sure to expedite the process for you.

Edit: My inbox was full, cleared out some space. Sorry about that!

Hey I dont think I missed this in this thread but I may have - question abt Payoneer 'future products':

Any plans for Payoneer to begin creating widgets for websites? Like a payout button for products, services, checkout? A la Paypal, Payza, ccbill, verotel, or other payment processors? Or is that currently an option but only for Payoneer partners?

Hope that makes sense

Nissim-Payoneer
04-07-2013, 01:15 PM
Makes perfect sense.

While we are considering offering payment processing services, currently we do not have anything planned for the future. As we don't offer payment processing services, this would mean such an option (site widget/donation button) would not be possible.

I do not know if this had been asked but, does my bank incurrs in any fees if I transfer funds from it to my Payoneer card?

Nissim-Payoneer
04-08-2013, 12:20 AM
Loading of the card via direct bank transfer is only available for US residents. If you fund your account via US ACH, there is no additional charge to your bank account. Loading charges would be deducted from the amount funded to your card.

When is live customer support online. Are the hours the same as for phone support?

I live outside the USA so calling is not possible.

Live Chat support is generally available from Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM EST (though if there is an abnormally high amount of pending chats it may be taken down for short intervals)

My friend is trying to access his account he hasn't used his card for some time but had a payment sent to that account.

His account was reactivated but because the account was opened several years ago he is unable to tell them his phone number.

He was able to provide last 4 digits of the card the expiry date and answer the security question as requested by online customer support, he also offered to scan and email copies of his ID but he was told that is wasn't necessary as they had all the information that was needed and his information would be forwarded to the the correct department, but it would still be 2 weeks before he can access his account.

Really, 2 weeks to re-set a password that is beyond ridiculous no bank would dare try that on a customer.

It makes me worry about what could happen if I had an issue with my account, I can't go 2 weeks without being able to touch the money that had been deposited into the account the week before and I am sure that there are a lot of other cam girls in the same situation.

I would really would like to know why it takes Payoneer so long it re-set a password when they say they have everything that they need to do it. Is it simply company policy?

Nissim-Payoneer
04-10-2013, 06:11 AM
There is an auto-reset tool, however if all the information can't be verified it needs to go through a manual review. The estimated time given is due to compliance issues, but in the vast majority of cases it's done much sooner. 2 weeks is simply the general maximum waiting time for an account that requires security review. While some cases are much more complicated and take longer, forgotten phone number is a very simple case.

Can you PM me your friend's email? I will be happy to follow up regarding the status of the issue.

How do I sign up for a payoneer card account through streamate when I've been getting direct deposits through payoneer for awhile?

Nissim-Payoneer
04-12-2013, 11:03 AM
If you still have the option to sign up for Payoneer in your SM account, you can click on that and submit a card application. If you don't have that option, you will need to contact us and request to switch your payment method from direct deposit to the Payoneer card. You can send that request here: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx

I am US resident and ordered my card via mfc, the end of last month. I do understand that there is a load fee and what not but how long before you find out if a card was shipped to you and also is there a payment to ship the card...I apologize for the confusion but I am bit lost in regards to it all.

Nissim-Payoneer
04-13-2013, 03:55 AM
Once you apply, it generally takes a few days for the application to be reviewed. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation with further details.

Shipping is free of charge. If you'd like to PM me the e-mail address you signed up with, I can check the application status for you.

Hi Nissim, if we receive a private payment onto our payoneer card and it is subject to a chargeback after we have withdrawn the money, will our account then go into debit as there isn't any money in there? Many thanks.

Nissim-Payoneer
04-17-2013, 12:49 PM
If a loader submits a chargeback for a private payment, we will notify you and request that you provide us with any relevant documentation to dispute the claim on your behalf. If we are unable to win the dispute, the amount would be placed as a pending charge to the account.

Note, however, that this is very rare. The rate of chargebacks is not very high, and in many cases we are able to dispute the claim by showing the charge was valid. I'd recommend that you do what you can to keep any relevant proof or documentation of services given - this could include email correspondence, message transcripts, and confirmation by the loader that they acknowledge the charge. Having them review and confirm the Payment ID number (provided by Payoneer once the payment is made) is also an excellent way to do this.

I have a question, I've checked the site fees here - https://payouts.payoneer.com/partners/Default/fees.aspx
But then I got charged $29.95 twice.
05/01/2013 08:22 Maintenance fee May 2012 to April 2013 $29.95
04/05/2013 20:11 Activation fee $29.95

So my question is if the first one is the annual fee, then what is this activation fee and why it isn't listed on the fees page?

Hello, very new here and looking for help!

Firstly, some of the steps got messed up when I was signing up for LiveJasmin and I missed the step where I signed up for Payoneer. When I create a Payoneer account will it automatically be connected to my LiveJasmin? How long will that take?

Also, right now I'm trying to sign up for a Payoneer account from the main site but under country there's no option for United States??? Help please?

Hi Nissim,

i'm contacting you because of a problem with my payoneer card. I received it a couple of weeks ago, i activated it and today i received the first payment from the web site mondocamgirl. However, when someone try to charge my card with a private load, it appears "Private loads are not supported for this card". I contacted the Live Chat of Payoneer and they said that i must have a regular activity with someone of the payoneer partners (like mondocamgirls) to be able to receive private loads but they cannot tell me how much payment i have to receive or how much time does it occurres. Please, can you help me? I need to activate the private loads...

Thank you so much

Hi! Welcome to SW ;)

As a US resident, you need to apply for a card via one of our partners (such as LiveJasmin). Simply sign in to your LJ account, select Payoneer as a payment method, and you will be directed to an online application page. This will be directly linked to your LJ account.
