Applications take several business days to be reviewed.

The Payoneer Virtual Prepaid Card is only available as a payment method for specific partners of ours that offer it, you cannot sign up for it directly.

I've just gotten & started using my Payoneer card so i'm sure there is just some fee or something I'm not taking into account.

I used my card yesterday morning & it worked fine. The charge amount showed up on the site moments later as to be expected. Late last night I attempted to take the rest of the amount on the card and apply it towards my Insurance Bill but it wont go through.

So whats the issue, Is there a minimal amount that must remain on the card or a fee for charges i'm not taking into account?

Nissim-Payoneer

There is no minimum amount that you are required to maintain. If you can send me a PM with your e-mail (as listed on the Payoneer account), I can check to see the status and transaction history and provide further details.

are there places we can go to load money on our payoneer card and pull money out? atms takes $3-$5 out on top of the load fee its pretty much $8-$10 just to get money out

You can use the card to make purchases in stores and avoid the cash withdrawal fee, though currently there is no other way to access the funds. We plan to add the option to withdraw your card balance directly to your bank account and I'll be sure to post an update once I have further details regarding that service.

WTH Payoneer just decided to reject all my pending payments from customers and suspend my ability to accept private payments. Not cool! Ladies be careful if this is how you take payments for cam shows. This is close to $500 in orders over the last couple days, all wiped out. GRRRRRR

Edit*

Just talked to Payoneer customer service and this should be a warning to all girls who indy cam. If you take in more $$$ from your indy work than you take in from the company you got the card thru, they will decline your indy payments. As in, you make $500 with your own customers and they pay via payoneer. So you don't log in to MFC or whatever because you make enough off regulars. Guess what? Payoneer now declines your customers' payments.

Wow Lacy Luck, I hope you get your money!

Nissim, would you be able to confirm here whether that is Payoneer policy please? If it is, I won't be taking private payments through my card.

Nissim-Payoneer
06-13-2013, 12:33 AM
To confirm our exact policy regarding private loading:

The main purpose of your Payoneer account is to receive payments from companies/sites that pay with Payoneer (through any of our payment services such as prepaid cards, global bank transfers, US direct deposit, etc).

Payoneer cardholders that are active in receiving payments for that purpose are also eligible to use our Private Loading Service. In order to use that service we require two things:

1) Your Payoneer account must be active in receiving payments from any of our official partners (mentioned above). We based "activity" on payments over the last 6 months
2) The volume of private loads should not be disproportionate to partner payments. This doesn't mean the volumes need to be exactly the same, but overall the account should not be primarily used for private loading.

Payoneer is not a dedicated payment processor, and there are many online payment regulations that we must adhere to. If you are mainly looking for an account to receive private loads, we would unfortunately not be able to support that.

Thanks I did get most of it. My customers were all awesome and every one of them paid me elsewhere by the end of the day. I did end up losing $50 to fees at the other places. So... yeah.

Payoneer decided to cut off my private loads entirely. The majority of my business with Payoneer is independant sales so apparently I am not the ideal customer. I can still get cam site payments on my Payoneer card but they have decided they don't want to do business with me as far as private loading. Whatever then.

I would advise all girls to find another method for private loads.

Same has happened to me. Some months I would get over 2 k in loads and now m private load is shut off. Whats more theyhave denied some long term customers loads for a reason they can not and will not explain to me. I called them asking if they could please explain why and they simply said its "policy" I used to love Payoneer and use the daily. I love the ease of use and small fees but lately I have been running into a lot of issues with them. This is the 2nd time they've turned off my private load and they also denied over 1k in transactions without giving e a reason when I called. Wish they would help us so we can insure loads go through and we do not get blocked.

Nissim, is there any way to lift the private load hold or is it always permanent? And as lo as I DO NOT advertise on my blog or website about the private load option I shouldnt have an issue right? =/
Thanks for being so helpful every time Nissim

Thank you =) I just reviewed it and because I have been off daily pay and no longer receive as many official partner load as private loads I guess this is an issue. The only official partner I have left that loads on there is ELM and MGF which I both use very lightly. However I do use the private load option heavily. Big shame because I didn't think there would be an issue =( Oh well guess its time to try something else till I can get my official loads from MGF and ELM up..

Ah, I see. I'm sorry that we can't provide you with the exact service you're looking for.

It's our goal to be as up front about our policy as possible, so as to avoid any confusion or frustration in the future. In general Payoneer is not a dedicated payment processor and so we wouldn't be able to support an account used primarily for private loading.

If you have any additional questions about the service please let me know.

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of having my Payoneer app reviewed for approval and I was asked to send a copy of my signed SS card. Has this been your experience?

Nissim-Payoneer
07-01-2013, 02:46 AM
Payoneer is required to adhere to a regulation called KYC (Know Your Customer) - which requires that we verify the identity of every Payoneer cardholder. For US residents this is done via confirmation of the SSN.

In some cases we may be required to request a copy of your social security card. Note that this is used only for the purpose of validating your identity and issuing your card, and is not shared in any way.

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately we cannot support Private Loads to your card.
You can use the card for receiving payouts as before.

Sincerely,

Daniel

Payoneer Customer Support

I proceeded to ask why because I had been doing good business with them for over a year and never had any major issues. The response was

We are writing to send you a friendly reminder of our official Payoneer Privacy Policy. You are not required to take any additional action though we encourage you to take a moment to visit our website and review the policy which includes any recent updates.

You can view the updated Privacy Policy by clicking here.

So just like that I was making hundreds, some months over $1000 on Payoneer and they tell me no more. I was hoping to log back int MFC and get loads from them so I can continue to accept private loads but apparently that is no longer an option either. I love Nissim and lovED Payoneer. Not super happy about the way they just decided to cut me off though. And yes I agree phone support is the worst. They refuse to explain anything to you.
So sad about this =(

I think the privacy policy e-mail was unrelated to your question. Simply each year we are required to send all users an e-mail reminding them of the privacy policy, and we just started sending out another round of e-mails.

Can you send me a reference ID number (starts with LTK) for your e-mail to Daniel?

I understand you and I also think, that payoneer private loads are just awesome, because you make the most money, but let's face it, it's just not possible to get all your money for you if you're using a legitimate way, without paying to someone else. That way the other sites will lose money and they won't be happy about it. Really sad, but it's just not possible.

And I have a question. If payoneer decides that you have too much private loads and cancels them what happens with the money? Do they give them back to the senders?

Nissim-Payoneer
07-01-2013, 10:01 AM
We will never reverse any private loads that have already been approved and funded. In the event that we cannot approve a private load, it will be declined and returned to the sender (we will never hold the funds without returning them).

Why is it not possible to get all my money for me? I am not doing anything illegitimate. I am not stealing customers. I do my own marketing for cam shows, customs videos, ect. So I don't see how any of what I do would be anything but legitimate. And Payoneer is making money off of every single load. My customer pays a fee every time.
The fact that my loads were just permanently taken away without giving me the opportunity to try to get my MGF or MFC loads back up was not fair in my opinion.

Well, if you know a way to get all your money I'd like to know it. For legitimate I meant that for example it's not ok to use paypal for adult service. You can do it of course, but it's against the rules. From what I see I just get a feeling that all the big sites want to take your money. And yeah, payoneer have fees, but they don't take them from you and they can't be compared to other sites percentages.
From what I know I think the best is to use payoneer private loads as much as you can, but you still have to work on other sites, which means you won't be getting everything for you.

I think your misunderstanding me. I do not want to not work on other sites and simply live off of privates loads (though that would be nice lol). My main problem is that I DO work for major sites like Streamate, Mygirlfund, MFC ect. Im assuming it was never an issue because I was using dailypay which paid out via Payoeer. Now that I am out of daily pay I use wire because the studio I am with does not pay via Payoneer. My problem is that they told me my private loads are turned off now without warning. I still get deposits with MGF, and had I been told the private load option would be turned off, I would have tried to up my income with MGF and ELM in order to keep my private loads active.
Thanks for looking into it for me Nissim. Your always very helpful!

Indeed - we have recently updated the My Account platform to include several great new features (such as updated menus, a new log in screen and more). Once such addition is the icons in the transaction list.

This icon indicates a transaction that was not made at a physical location (such as online or over the phone). This is so you know when your card was charged without you being physically present.

I have a question! I had initially signed up for Payoneer direct deposit through ExtraLunchMoney but never used it...but then signed up for Payoneer through AdultWork, and not really knowing what I was doing, applied for the card. So my direct deposit was closed and now I receive payments on my card. My question is how do I go about getting my direct deposit back and close my card? I'd much rather have the convenience of my money going into my bank. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nissim-Payoneer
07-18-2013, 08:15 AM
AdultWork has chosen only to enable US direct deposit with Payoneer. Non-US bank transfers are not enabled.

If you are a US resident simply contact our support department and ask to switch from the card to US direct deposit. If you are outside the US, unfortunately you can only get paid from AdultWork to the card. I suggest contacting them and asking them to enable the global bank transfer service.

Classy_Katy
07-18-2013, 10:59 AM
If you have a UK bank account, Adultwork will make direct bank payments in GBP so there are no fees to pay. If you have a European bank account they will make direct bank payments in Euros. They also pay by cheque.

Anyone else had delayed payments on Friday?

I got money sent to Payoneer on Friday from MGF and SM, but they're still "In Process" rather than got sent that day, which they usually do, in keeping with Friday as a business day..

I'm wondering if there's some kind of issue with my account as it never usually takes this long for them to go from "In Process" to "Transferred". I need those funds pretty badly. :(

Nissim-Payoneer

As soon as the payment is sent to Payoneer we process it, regardless of the day of the week. It's possible that the partner has not yet made the payment.

I just had a quick question about the actual physical card.

I just signed up for Payoneer yesterday, and my application was approved. However, in the email I was sent, I was told it would take a month for my card to get to me (as late as August 21st). I do not live in America, but I do live in Canada, and I've had American friends send me things via regular post before and it's only taken a week at most. I've had similar emails from Paypal and Amazon regarding shipments and it's taken no more than a week in these cases as well, so I'm wondering if this is just a typical email and I can expect the card (assuming no delays) within a week or so, or if it really does take a month or more to ship it?

I appreciate the response!

Yep exactly the same issue here - I get it transferred from SM and then Payoneer transfer it to my bank account (UK). I also normally receive 2 emails on a Friday almost within half an hour of each other to tell me it's been processed etc. but this time I only got one and when I checked the next day on my Payoneer account it said 'processing' or something similar, however I have just checked again about 10 mins ago and there are no transactions on there at all now???!!! Not sure what's going on, but I'm starting panic as well lol!!

UPDATE: Have just checked my Payoneer account again and all my previous payments have now reappeared and my payment from SM on Friday is now saying 'transferred', phew, now I can breathe again :)

As soon as you receive the approval e-mail confirmation, the card is sent for shipping. From that time, it generally takes 1-2 days for it to be printed and mailed. We ship it via standard mail from the US.

The arrival time listed is just an estimated time - it's certainly possible that it will arrive sooner than the listed date, depending on your location and local postal system.

I hope so.

I can't afford to put my trust in the reliability Payoneer after this being as I've linked up the majority of the sites I work for with Payoneer and I completely rely on transactions processing during weekdays (which it didn't do on Friday, for some reason).
